Honestly, selection was quite small compared to the price paid Me and my partner spent £51 in total (with refillable drinks included for both of us) When entering, we walked to the self service machine to buy ourselves the tickets, however we were abruptly stopped by one of the Asian workers (jumped in front of us) and she started to use the self service screen for us. It was only 4 clicks, which we could have done ourselves very easily in seconds. This wasn’t very welcoming. We came at 17:00 on an Easter Sunday as walk ins and there was plenty of seats. As stated, selection was quite small. One thing we liked the most as seafood lovers was the grilled squid, however the portion given was very very small! Grilled beef tasted nice but way too chewy. Sushi was aright, kind of warm, and again the portions are small Noodles were quite hard and cold Desert selection is super limited. It’s mainly just very very tiny mouse, jelly and pudding pots (so small the spoon won’t even fit in), and only 2 types of cakes. Only 3 different fruits. Oranges, melon, and grapes. The ice cream in the small white pots are horrible and tasteless though! I do recommend the Pork Buns and Din Sum. Most of the workers seem moody and unbothered Overall, I much recommend Aroma more, which is in Shepherds Bush, W12 Shopping Centre. Cheaper, larger selection of food (nicer food), and way more seafood options, with freshly made ice cream, cotton candy, chocolate fountain, etc. Wasn’t all too impressed with this Global Buffet

Costs £23 quid a person and experience is appalling..If you are a vegan or a vegetarian, you may want to be very careful in a few sections in this restaurant..Especially the Chinese..It's not clear what's vegetarian and what's not? Which has oyster sauce, which has fish sauce or fish oil, which has meat and which doesn't..Counters are all together..Chef doesn't speak English, customer support staff aren't clear of what ingredient goes in what..Nobody cares about the sentiments of being Vegan or Vegetarian..The response I get is most people who come in are non-vegetarians and we need to cater to them..Least we expected was to see the green label clearly marked as vegetarian and what's in it..The Italian section was closed and the support staff wants us to ask the Chef..Worst experience..

I went here today for birthday meal . £12 for two as I got a free meal . Enjoyed my visit . I had tap water & carer got unlimited refill for extra £3. I had 11 plates of sushi & a big plate of variety of food like Indian , Chinese & many more. Looks nice inside , pricing I would say is good as got free meal but if they did not have that offer £12 each bit much I could say . Ken

Visited on Sunday evening, very busy, but the speed of replenishing dishes was not match with the demands of the guests, many trays were left emptied quite awhile. The atmosphere was good as the restaurant was almost at full capacity.

Generally it was a nice experience. Big variety of dishes from around the world. There was a lot of customers but we didn’t have to wait or the food wasn’t lacking. Also in your birthday you can eat for free (just need to book in advance). The only problem was the fact that some dishes were too cold

Food is great however we found the choice was less than excepted , Watford JRC has more choice than Wembley branch. Some of the counters was closed. We couldn’t find anyone at tepanyanki counter for a while and food replacing was delayed as well. For adults it’s £24.00 and kids is £12.00 however you have to pay for drinks separately which is £3.80. Service was ok however it can better .

Generally I would avoid scoring “LOW” but we were genuinely DISAPPOINTED here. ☹️ The restaurant has multiple cuisine to offer from Indian, Thai, Japanese, Italian and tradition English food but NONE OF THE food tasted good. I am sure the core of successful restaurant is within its TASTE !! 🤔 On top of that, we arrived here at 8pm (Regular Dinner time) but majority of selection were either empty, taken away or not replenished. I am sure a “BUFFET” restaurant has obligation to serve food till last guest!! Saying all, good friendly staff and i do see potential to make it Bigger & Better. P.S. DO NOT eat ice cream, its Flavoured WATER!

I wish I could eat everything! Probably the best branch they have. 🤗 They had flavorful indian meals, dimsums (got me excited), japanese sushi and tepanyaki (i would recommend seasonings the tepanyaki food tho, it wasn't seasoned but the chef was very nice so i didn't mind), huge fish, a big lamb and more! It's heaven for foodies but I couldn't eat everything sadly😂 The entrance here is very nice too. Nice staff, nice atmosphere. PS: i would pay more attention to the toilet entrance, it was not smelling nice 😭

Help yourself buffet. Plenty of choice but average food. Staff are friendly and take plates away very quickly. Paid an extra £3.80 per person to have free refills which is definitely worth it. Veggie / vegan options aren't clear and it isn't hard to show this as every food choice has a label, so make it on the label? Good luck with that veggies. The decor is nice and modern. It is very clean. There is a good choice of soft drinks plus, apple and orange juice, tea and coffee. There is also a bar selling alcohol which isn't included in the price. Ok, so here is the punch. Kids under 13 are half price...but they have to be under 150cm 4ft 11" So our child is 12 and she's 5'4" so how many kids at 13 are 4'11"? So we paid full adult price. Ridiculous rule, because guess what? She isn't getting on a fairground ride. So are they thinking that if you child is tall they eat more. Ours is skinny and tall but doesn't eat a lot and kids under 4'11" aren't overweight and eat less? And because I get fed up of so many of these places trying to rip you off with ridiculous rules, we won't be returning to this very average 'resturant' with numbingly half baked rules.

The service upon entry was welcoming, unfortunately, no birthday specials as we we're celebrating my daughters 16th birthday the day before due to travels the next day. The food was ok, and there was lots of variety to choose from. However, a lot of items containing nuts, which my daughter couldn't eat because of allergies, so she couldn't enjoy the meal as much as we hoped. Staff was attentive to detail, clearing the plates that were used. Had a lovely steak cooked to order by a young chef he was brilliant, so thank you for that. The atmosphere was fairly quiet and could have played some music in the background. Overall, the experience could be better. The restaurant was clean and open. I have a tall 12 year old as well and was charged adult price of £24 but JRC works on height. I don't think that's fair as a 12 year old doesn't eat as much as an adult 🤔 well my daughter anyway. Wasn't the best birthday lunch, given the amount we had spent, but she had a good group of friends, which made her day special. ✨️🥳

£30 per person to have no seafood, no chocolate fountain, very disappointed. I went at 1pm when the restaurant opened, to be charged the same price as dinner time, expected to have the same dish varieties, but the restaurant failed this. At 2pm when there was finally some seafood, only 1 lobster was placed on the seafood section, with an additional price tag of £16. No other seafood other than prawns. Definitely no octopus.

The food was terrible! The pots were empty and weren’t refilled for more than a hour. The food that was in the pots were either cold or burnt! I would not ever go here again! I have been to many buffets but this is not worth the money. Took a long time for them to open the steak cooking station and when they did serve steak it was served raw not cooked more than 10 seconds. it was an absolute disaster. Really disappointed, I tried raising this with a supervisor who didn’t have much to say not even an apology and the manager was so unbothered by my comments about the empty dish pots with no food.

Really quite bad, came before a concert at around 4:30 and half the food wasn’t out, some of the curries like korma were stone cold when they were mean’t to be hot. Our dirty plates stopped being collected so we had a stack of 4 plates on our table with us? Do not recommend it was a waste of £24 the food is cheap and the staff were not exactly welcoming or smiley. Also there was no chocolate fountain.

One of the best buffet in London. Specially their Black Bean Beef and BBQ Lamb Ribs were phenomenal.

Good today was great! All stations were open. Fairly empty and I could choose our table for 5. Birthday husband didn’t pay for his meal as we booked in advance and had I’d at hand. Enjoyable evening!

It could get higher stars if the management wanted.. but in fact I couldn't rate 0 star or minus star! Food is ok quality, their website is misleading regarding on Parking , after I talked to the manager, first he said it's only weekend has that £1 parking deal, after I said I called before I came, he has to go downstairs to ask other staff.. then the answers "bullsh.tting... something like only events day, Wembley parking will charger more, then they will support...blah blah... But all those words denied by the parking staffs, they said there is nothing like the manager said... So there is no parking deduction at all!!! Cheating!!! 2ndly, communication is terrible! We got in there, paid the meal fee £23/pp, the cashier didn't tell us how much the soft drink (£3.5/pp, used be free, been told by the cast parking staff, again. Another shocking news!) , Also didn't explain how to get the alcohol from etc, after we got up the 3rd floor, friend want alcohol from, went to bar, bar staff said I purchased the soft drink voucher couldn't use it for alcohol drink even I want to top up the difference, and that voucher will be wasted.. I asked why, he couldn't give explanation then asked supervisor, then cashier then I went to downstairs talk to the cashier explain situation, she ended up charged me another £3.5 for they supposedly for a pint of (£6) larger... When we leave talked it to manager, he didn't offer the refund for all the inconvenience and fuss, just shaked his head, careless... I quite straightforward to him, there are lots of miscommunications between your staff, the customer should not pay the price for your staffs' incompetence of their job... He nodded the head, that's it!!! 3rdly, from their TV promotion/ online promotion video/photo clips, you will see there were lobster, clams and chocolate fountain etc, (not saying I like it) but that's con!! Nothing like that, lobster (about 5 inches long) you have to pay £10 extra, the tapanyaki cooking station only allow you having 2 items.. the sushi looked very tired and taste awful... It doesn't have the sushi shown on their media... Another cheating feeling.... The Chinese section food were looking set there for hours.. the crisp duck and pan cakes as dry as wood.. dimsum section only has 3 types the cheapest you can get from any Chinese supermarket... very very disappointed!!! Thai section's sea food won't fresh, you can smell the bad seafood smell...taste horrible!! And they use tones of MSG!!! Won't go the whole brand again... JRC, you should shameful!!!

No doubt its better to go at night times. Day time has limited choice and not as fresh as would have liked. I went at lunch time, quality of food was rather below average but at least there is plenty of choice still.

Due to allergies I couldn't have much on food stalls. The food I did have was lovely. Some was bland or no flavour but it was okay. For about £30 a head for unlimited buffet including desserts was actually really good.

Love this place, One of our regulars. It's best to go around 5-6pm as when it gets later, there's not much food choice left. Popular restaurant, nice atmosphere, some friendly staff. Lots of food choice. A bit pricey though & price has gone up quite a bit.

The staff were pleasant enough and the restaurant is quite nice. However the food is pretty terrible. Most of it was bland, the meat dishes were very poor quality, and lots of items were missing and not topped up (particularly the sushi). I’m not even convinced the Coke Zero was Coke Zero, it tasted more like a cheaper brand. All of the above makes it way over priced at £24. I live locally but will definitely not be returning.

Hi Folks! If you can’t decide which cuisine you’d like to try tonight, head out to JRC Global Buffet Wembley! Amazing! A beautifully decorated, eat as much as you can, multi cuisine JRC restaurant offers dozens of dishes, freshly prepared and some grilled in front of you! You can enjoy a variety of cuisines ranging from English to Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Indian for just £26, I think this is a great place to sit and enjoy global cuisines! I’d suggest you make a booking during weekends and holidays as it tends to get super busy. It’s two pound cheaper if you visit Monday-Friday. And half price for kids under 150cm height and free if your birthday is on the same day as you are dining (they will ask you for an Photo identity card to verify your birthday). But don't forget to book at least a day in advance to avail the free birthday meal... Check their website for more details! There’s huge parking area in Red Car Park Wembley stadium. The restaurant is located on the second floor in London Designer Outlet. This was my 5th visit and I had enjoyed all the visits with my family.. Planning for Christmas party next month... See you guys soon!!

Nice buffet, with fresh cod, octopus, prawns, chicken and beef to grill (the portion are small each time you're served). Very good selection of desserts.

We were surprised by the fact that there was no live pasta or tandoori station. For the price level you would expect a certain level of quality and service. The food was all cold and to our amazement the pizza was as solid as a rock and resembled cardboard. Our overall experience wasn’t the best and safe to say we will not be coming back. We were very disappointed.

Save some money and go eat somewhere else. Not worth it ! It was Thursday afternoon and the meat and seafood dishes taste like they’ve been there for few days. Cold, dry and no taste ! Sushi felt like leftovers from days before. Fruits and desserts were ok. I would like to visit this place again but not until i see many good reviews and definitely not within another 6 months.

WARNING!! the atmosphere in the room reflects the food - DEPRESSING. the food was so disgusting i have nothing nice to say about this place. modern day scam. none of the food we had was hot. it was all cold, dry and tasteless. especially the salt and pepper wings. it was so dry. don’t believe me? check the cucumber sticks they have. they look past their expiry date. even the selection of drinks was so unappealing. the only decent thing was profiteroles. would NEVER go again.

The restaurant is amazing. My favourite part was the meat and I really loved the Chef Sidney as I am a big fan of Brazilian cuisine. His food was excellent and he is a great guy! Definitely recommend.
