BAD EXPERIENCE if you’re on holiday don’t book this hotel, because they are so rude! they don’t respect their guests and the reception Has no experience and the manger are weak too ,they should hire mangers with skills so they can manage the hotel well !! I send by email that I extends my stay and they confirmed my reservation but then they change their words and told us that their is no reservation and left me without a room for a day. They didn’t solve the problem because as I said before mangers at this hotel they don’t know how to mange the hotel well and they don’t satisfy their guests, instead of solving their problem they left us without a room and told us “that leave the hotel”. I usually stay in 5 stars hotel I never experienced something like this and I didn’t even receive apology not even a sorry about the mistake they made. Usually in other hotels if they did a mistake about my reservation they try to solve it and offer me any room because as I said their mistake, is great that the emails that shows that they confirmed the reservation. I don’t recommend to stay in this hotel there is more affordable hotels. This not a five star hotel and to be honest the rooms are good as five star hotel but the service is more important than the room so, I don’t recommend at all, this my first time and last time!

I went for afternoon tea in this hotel so am only commenting on the parts I saw, and not the hotel rooms. The entrance is really nice, the lobby is modern but absolutely filled with Arabs sitting around playing on their phones so it has zero atmosphere. The actual restaurant is really well decorated, amazing service (a little hard to get the bill) with a nice array of food (albeit slightly pricely). The toilets were very small for such a large hotel

I just got robbed of $15,000 and some change at the Carlton Tower Jumeirah in London. Housekeeping came to clean the room I went out and before I came the money is missing from my luggage. The hotel security said the cameras showed only the cleaner entered the room and she left the building abruptly after cleaning my room. According to them ahe claimed her child was ill and she needed to leave the building. I'm waiting for the cops now. This is a terrible experience for me at a luxurious hotel of this nature.

Bad check in experience cos of the reception manager called Anushka( Chinese lady). We were a family with 2 children and wanted two rooms on same floor close to each other. The check in guide called Laura was a sweetheart and professional she deserves to be a manager- went out of her way to sort us out. But the attitude of the manager was not good and found her to be rude, she was like no room available and then it came to you have to pay more take a higher category room! etc. I had stayed at this hotel a lot of times but first time after the pandemic and noticed new staff who were not up to the mark. Also once rooms sorted out I get a call from the same manager and another manager to pay upfront for the extra upgrade although I had already paid upfront for both the rooms. When it should have been upon check out I should be paying. Anyways apart from this I did like the new fit out and changed furniture in the rooms although they have become smaller. Food quality is good but breakfast was again being served by waiters who did not know English or who did not know what they were doing! last by not least I booked a airport transfer via the concierge and find out after checking out the next day I get a charge on my cc for 100pounds!! when I called up they said it was a late fee for waiting charges!! which was not communicated to me at booking if there would be such charges!!. The location of the hotel is perfect and also the views are nice from the balcony. Hope they get the customer service sorted out for a better guest experience!!

Arrived early in the morning (room wasn’t ready) and enjoyed a cappuccino with oat milk in the lobby lounge. Very delicious ☕️ Staff is extraordinary friendly & competent and we felt immediately “at home” The room was decorated with SO MUCH LOVE by Roberto & Gabriella. Never experienced such a warm & magical welcome. The gym / views from up there is epic. If you’re looking for a exceptional hotel, this is your place 🇬🇧

Incredibly luxurious & stylish hotel. I have stayed here a number of times but it has been recently refurbished, giving some of the now dated top hotels in London a run for their money. Staff were absolutely wonderful. Went really out their way for my birthday celebrations too. We are regular customers to Jumeirah hotels across the world and this was one of the best hotel stays I've had in a while. P.s. the french toast in Al Mare for breakfast is a must try !

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower in London for an extended two-month visit, and it was truly exceptional. The concierge team, led by Mr. Ammar, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their expertise in booking the finest restaurants and attractions in London was invaluable. Every recommendation they made exceeded my expectations, making my stay in London memorable and enjoyable. Mr. Ammar's dedication to ensuring my comfort and satisfaction was commendable, and I greatly appreciate his assistance throughout my stay. I can confidently say that I will be returning to Jumeirah Carlton Tower on my next visit to London. The outstanding service provided by Mr. Ammar and the entire concierge team has left a lasting impression, and I can't wait to experience their hospitality once again. Thank you for making my stay truly remarkable.

Top notch hotel - service is excellent, timely and not contrived. I’ve stayed at few 5 star hotels in Knightsbridge area but this one stands out with amazing views of Cadogan Garden from the suites high up. This is also perfect for travellers who like to exercise. For me, the fitness area and pool are important and the cleanliness and space were far better than other in the neighbourhood. Bedding quality was top and lots of details in the room to appreciate. Biggest downside was the breakfast. It didn’t taste good and service was slow. The lifts can also be a bit of pain. Small matter. Special mention to the efficient WhatsApp service from the concierge and the housekeeping, it exceeded expectations.

Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a stay. This web site will compare hundreds of booking websites and normally will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the highest rated in the area. I've been coming here for years. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't regret it. A stunningly beautiful hotel superbly located. Outstanding attention to detail on every level, staff were all very professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend if looking for London luxury.

Went for the afternoon tea and would say it’s the best afternoon tea I’ve had in London when comparing to other similar establishments. The no added sugar menu was so clever with a menu that felt more like a restaurant meal rather basic sandwiches you get at other places. The 4 different scones with the associated spreads/sauces. And the tart… the cheese creme brûlée… amazing!

I lived in this city for over a decade and now JCT is home whenever I come back to London. It’s just perfect. My family and I absolutely love the feel, rooms, dining, service and of course the location. Jumeirah is always a cut above the rest! It’s all the little details that make it so special.

Its taken nearly 6 months to do this review, but the wonderful experience is still as fresh. Travelling with my daughter we spent 2 nights at CT and from the moment we arrived the service was outstanding. Casey and Yuliana were incredibly kind and thoughtful, going above and beyond, giving us a wonderful box of goodies (incl facemasks, chocolate and wine etc) to enjoy a girls night in together. The staff all looked spectacular in their gorgeous dresses and suits and were attentive and friendly. Not at all stuffy or pretentious. The bar was spectacular with lovely service where we enjoyed spicy margs and G&T's. Absolutely nothing to fault.

It's a 5 star hotel. I met friends there (they were staying) It's pretty much what I'd expect from a 5 star hotel in a wealthy part of London. Service was good. Aircon was good. Staff friendly

Beautiful hotel! I'm staying in a garden suite with a view of the garden. It's not soundproof a bit, but the room is very beautiful and good condition and the staff are so careful. It's not a big hotel, but that's why not crowded and I like it the most among the hotels I've stayed in London!

I always stay in the Carlton Tower when in London. Staff are polite, friendly, attentive and professional. Best hotel swimming pool and peak club facilities. The luxury suite is a must but all rooms are well presented offering every luxury.

Other than the beautiful surroundings and wonderful amenities, the staff is beyond compare. Having had a mild emergency with my back, the staff showed endless care and concern. They are completely focused on the comfort of all their guests. Bravo!

I have been twice in The Carlton tower last week for a business trip. The hotel is amazing totally renovated. comfy and big twin beds, the coffee and tea complimentary section was really beautiful, comfy robes, and Dyson air dryer!! The staff were amazing especially Hana upgraded who my room for free and offered us a complementary tea and cheesecake in the hotel lobby. Thank you Jumeirah Carlton and I hope to stay again and soon there.

Best hotel in London, hands down. Highly recommended. The service is perfected, every detail in design and room is incredible, location wow, make you feel at home from the first second. Every single staff member has a smile and does everything they can to make your stay memorable, so nice to see true luxury finally at its best. Best hotel gym in London, plus a really cool pool and facilities. Amazing for business or leisure too. Super experience, will be back for sure!

6 star service. The hotel is sublime. We had adjoining rooms for 3 kids and 2 parents. Normally I'd be a little hesitant to stay somewhere so flash with the kids, however the staff (Alexis, Darius, Claudia and Hana) made the stay so special for the kids, each day doing something new for them. Breakfast was top notch, and the location ideal. Good for supercar spotting!

The hotel location is superb for meetings & mixing with pleasure. From the front door team, reception, concierge as well as the housekeeping all were truly a 5* Standard like the Asian hotels Vs English standard ;-) . I got my room with balcony @ nite enjoyed opening the door listening to the cool Autumn breeze with light thrilling rain and during the day, I even saw a rainbow. It was indeed a magical time on London as I came with lots work load and negative emotions in my heart but in the hotel, I was chilled, released my stress by using the hotel gym, spa and also manage to enjoy the food.

Pretty poor dinner service, staff imply things have run out because they’re too lazy to serve it, just ask another member of staff and suddenly it’s back in stock haha. Plenty of other 5 star hotels you should probably frequent in Knightsbridge.

I went to this new hotel and let me tell you that was a-m-a-z-i-n-g. The establishment, the room and all the staff ( specially guest relations Yuliana) you are magic and I mean it. You made my stay memorable for sure. One of the best hotel in London .

As one would expect, great location, quality and the spa and private members club on the top floor is a place to unwind, think and also work on projects in peace. Their lunch buffet is deliciously fresh and tasteful.

Near the upmarket shops of Sloane Street, this high-end hotel is a 15-minute walk from Hyde Park and 1.1 miles from Buckingham Palace. Refined rooms include 40-inch flat-screen TVs, iPod docks and sound systems, as well as free Wi-Fi and Nespresso machines. Upgraded rooms add sitting areas and balconies. Suites offer lounges and whirlpool tubs; some have kitchens, dining rooms and 24-hour butler service. There's an elegant restaurant serving traditional British cuisine, a sophisticated tearoom, and a relaxed, health-focused restaurant. Other amenities include a spa, a gym and an indoor pool, as well as a golf simulator and meeting rooms.
