Nice place to shop and eat, outside inside kind of place. Has a nice cinema, which isn’t too busy usually. Many young people and students here.

It is a modern and attractive shopping centre with a convenient location near Angel tube station. I enjoyed browsing the stores. There was also a free exhibition curated by WOW Foundation that showcased inspiring stories of women from different backgrounds and professions. I also noticed that there was a crazy golf course and a cinema nearby, but I didn't have time to try them out. Maybe next time! Angel Central is a great place to spend a few hours or a whole day, whether you are looking for fashion, food or fun. It has something for everyone and is easy to get to by public transport or car. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is visiting or living in London.

Wow! How Islington has changed, I haven't been in over 15 years, what an amazing place, so much variety for food and drink! Coffee was spot on.

Plenty of shops. Nice outdoor space to enjoy cup of tea/coffee and let's the kids run around. Close to public transport train and bus. They decorate the area nicely at Christmas.

Whether you're a shopaholic, a food lover, or seeking entertainment, Angel Central has something to captivate your interest. Its accessibility and vibrant atmosphere make it a fantastic spot to spend a day exploring, socialising, and immersing yourself in the dynamic spirit of Islington. Located near Angel underground station, it is easily reachable by public transportation. The center also provides ample parking facilities for those arriving by car. The accessibility and parking options make it a convenient destination for both local residents and those traveling from other parts of London.

Not the biggest shopping centre I've been to, the size of the centre limits the number of shops so not a wide variety of stores to visit, the centre of the place is mostly empty but when there's an event the place can be lively.

Very expensive for a korean hotdog (£6-7) even though it's a big portion. Tastes good, many sauces to choose from. Service a bit slow as there was only one person working.

The space is nice with the new plants and seating. Definitely an improvement from the concrete state that it was in earlier this year. Still feel I deeply miss the fake grass in the square and would love it if there was both the grass and the seating with plants. It gives a far more family friendly atmosphere and deters crime. Bit by attracting family and neighbour vibes around it.

Popped by recently and saw some lovely changes. The area is full of a collection of stores and restaurants. It's also right beside, Waitrose, the Korean food store Oseyo and Sainsbury. Not to forget the actural market too shere you can find a ray or things to purchase. It has a number of local cafes where you will find is always busy and the price is reasonable. It's a good stop off of you plan to have a quick catch up with friends or want to do a quick shop. Nearest station is Angel station. And there is also a good selection of buses that pass through here.

Angel Central has finally had its renovations completed. Not much has changed except for a couple of new stores some additional patrolling staff and brand new swanky, very clean abd well kept toilets. Makes such a huge difference to the last place. I just wondered why the weatherspoons moved out and whst is going to is going to be poitbin its stead!

We parked at the Angel Central parking with no problems. The centre provides several facilities including toilets, cinema, restaurants, fast food places and the O2 Inslington venue.

First time here, it has a nice little selection of shops and eateries. Was clean and had some lovely sculptures out the front. Not even a five minute walk from Angel Station so worth a visit if you are near by.

  • 5/5 Eddie R. 1 year ago on Google
A great selection of shops including Rituals, Monsoon, Pret, Argos, H&M, Tiger and Itsu to name a few. There is also a Vue cinema on the upper level along with several restaurants. A short walk from Angel underground station on the Northern line. Plenty of buses also stop outside the centre including 4, 19, 30, 38, 56, 73 and 341.

Went to see a Kate Bush tribute act. Pretty good night out. The place was about 50% capacity which was busy enough. Sound was ok. Seating upstairs is ok.

Love this space - it's just off the main high street and highly accessible yet it feels cocooned in a nice way. There's food, bars (and if you haven't tasted Prezzo's Truffle Burger then where have you been?!) homeware and clothing. Well worth a visit.

Some good shops, Muji, Uniqlo, L’Occitan etc cinema and o2 arena venue on sight. Close to Angel station and lots of busses into Central North and East London. Good selection of stores, main high street out front. Chapel Market close and Waitrose across from the centre. Nice and clean.

  • 4/5 Lara M. 10 months ago on Google
Angel is great for food options. Lots of restaurants and cafes and also for grocery shopping. Unfortunately it lacks actual shopping such as clothing. Very limited choices in that space. But there is the cinema there for entertainment.

This is one of my favourite places to go. As the name suggests, it's a centre with vue cinema 🎥, restaurants, coffee ☕️ stops and shops. After the renovation, it has a beautiful outdoor area. Worth a visit.

We didn't try any restaurants as we went to the Cinema. It was a very nice atmosphere and trendy place to hang out. A good variety of shops and restaurants. They had a few stalls on a Saturday selling candles, hot sauce and creams.

Has a Radar key toilet that's really clean. Some of the shops are a little too crowded with tables to easily get around but all are step free. Has a lift to upper floor.

Good little shopping centre, very relaxed atmosphere. I can't fault it. It's opposite Angel tube station and right in front of it are a few bus stops so easy transport links. It's also close to a lot of restaurants and trendy shops which are a few minutes walk away. Good area to go exploring.

Neat and clean but a bit pricey. Never mind, dirty old glorious Chapel Market is just round the corner. Go to the cheese guy outside Mark's. Great selection to try and his take away coffee is perfect.

It's free comedy, but acts weren't great on the day. However has a great reputation. Worth a try. There is a bucket at the end and you'll be made to feel bad for not donating lol so be aware

How this place has transformed over the years to expand from the footprint of the nearby chapel market to become what it is today over a period of 30 years. Probably have hit a peak in the last 10 yrs as online shopping gradually exert its influence causing retail stores to cease operations. Growing number of closures leaving the big guys like H&M to persevere for the time being. Only costa & pret continue to soldier on. Wud be a shame if this shopping hub in angel/Islington slowly die. Hope not

Such a cosy area to be around. It offets some of the best and most affordable restaurants around and everyone is also very friendly. The atmosphere is very gentle and unique. At any time of day or night, there is a very calm vibe about Angel Central in general. Offers so many entertainment spots like the cinema, restaurants & a variety of shops.

This is an sad story. We bought a chalk in “flying tiger”, and staying on this place. My daughter was drawing on the pavement. Very unfriendly stuff-man told us after 3 minutes that drawing on this Angel square is prohibited! It was really sad, my daughter was crying, and our day was broken. I won’t return on this square next time.

I have been a few times to this location. It is kept very clean and tidy. It is well lit and spacious. It has a limited number of shops, but a decent selection that should suit most people. There is also plenty of restaurants and independent shops that add a lot of character to the whole area overall on close by streets. Plenty of parking on site and close by. Easy to look in advance for price and times. Wheelchair accessible and very nice toilet facilities that are constantly maintained with very friendly helpful staff.

Visually it's pretty. The layout works. Shops are price wise a bit much but I suppose that's what too expect from somewhere in N1. Lots of shops and if you don't find what you need the market is sure to have it

  • 5/5 Alexia M. 1 year ago on Google

Nice area but the market seems to be smaller than it use to be some years back, nice cafes and restaurants around the area

  • 5/5 Alex A. 2 years ago on Google
A useful collection of shops in what seems a fairly well laid out arrangement. Didn't stop there long, a dash in & out for a few needed items at Argos. Knew of its existence as close to my work location, but first time I've needed it. Had almost forgotten what shopping in person was like, as so much has gone online these days.

Nice little shopping centre. Took my daughter to the Vue Cinema within the centre. Nice cinema with many screens but the refreshments are ridiculously expensive, buy your refreshments before you enter!

  • 4/5 Simmee R. 1 year ago on Google
Went to Wagamama's for a lunch date. Good food, quick service, not too busy that it slowed down the time from kitchen to table. Had thr chicken katsu curry which was well cooked amd presented. My dessert was a caramel chocolate mousse cake with vanilla ice cream which rounded the meal off perfectly. Good value for money for 2 diners. Would visit again.
