Updated ~ 2021 We visited a few times recently for one reason or another and some of the shops services has dipped a little since lockdown but no names mentioned. Getting here, Charlton (Thameslink/southeastern), Anchor and Hope Lane (Stop G) for the buses 472 and 486 is your best bet for public transport. --- A few shops around this spot, parking is only for around 90 minutes but if you purchase anything from one of the stores, they will wave that limit away from what i recall.

Couple of go-to shops. Food Warehouse, Halfords and Currys. Good location although since the dual carriageway became single due to bus lane and it now being a 20mph speed limit the traffic to get there is slow, even when clear.

I did a considerable amount of shopping and only discovered the existence of a time restriction in the car park when I received a £100 penalty ticket. The landowner is clearly engaging in unfair practices, profiting both from the stores and the customers by failing to provide clear indications of the car park's time limits. I will absolutely avoid visiting that place for any future shopping.

This is the first bad review I’m giving in my life. I usually prefer say nothing and not come back but this time is different. People needs to be aware. The shops are amazing but the car park is a joke. If you go to shop there make sure you’re rushing. You won’t have time to look around or visit another stores, otherwise be ready to receive a fine. I stayed 1h 30min and have to pay £60 (£100 if not paying on time). I bought things in different shops, spent over £100 and still need to pay the fine…

Don’t go as they employ a thieving parking company to fine you if you stay over 1hr 15 mins. Absolute scandalous, how can be you be expected to visit multiple shops and outlets in that time. RIP OFF MERCHANTS

Never park or shop here, no warning regarding the car parking regulations, parking allowed for 1 hour and 15 minutes then £100 fine. Thieves! Avoid this shopping centre at all cost

Good parking spaces. By the round about so can be tricky to get in when there's a bit of traffic around there. A handful of stores covering electronics, food, vehicle or bicycle, etc.

Has a good range of large shops, but as there is a short time limit on their free parking (no way to pay for parking) can't visit more then one shop on each visit in case you get a parking ticket.

**AVOID AT ALL COSTS** Don't give this retail park any of your business. They'll just rob you in broad daylight with unclear signage and a £100 PCN. Just look at their Parkopedia rating to know how bad this place is. Be sure to write to Greenwich council and your local MP regarding this criminal activity too. Retail staff won't help you with an appeal either, so don't bother shopping here at all!

I went shopping for a new mattress and as a 1st time shopper didn't realise that even for disabled people you only get 75 minutes parking, got a parking charge notice for staying 19 minutes over the time. Shoppers be aware if you shop here keep an eye on the time

Avoid this retail park if you're a driver! I went to three different shops and spent well over £100 and I got a fine letter saying I overstayed in the parking lot - I've never experienced such a ridiculous parking constraint whilst shopping, it's almost as if they don't want us to shop there! Will happily take my money elsewhere.

This is a total joke of a car park! More that 1hr 30mins and you get a fine, you're meant to be shopping, the retailers should complaint this is a put off for customers. So trying to buy electronic goods like TV and a fridge all at once forget it! Because it's going to take more than 1hr in one shop, so forget about visiting the other shops... You'll have no time. Total money grabbing scam!!!

Shops are good but the car park is a joke, not enough children bays and 1 hour 15 mins but they count it as soon as you get through the blocks, no time to park, get out etc without one big run around and get a charge for over stay.. Appalling

It would not be bad if the stores themselves warned that parking is free for only 75 minutes. Immediately after this period, you receive a fine by mail. £ 100. And another 50p for the payment itself. By this rule, the whole shopping experience is ruined. If you decide to choose medel or household appliances - get ready - add another 100 pounds to the purchase amount.

Went here to get a microwave, ended up getting a kettle and new toaster due to they had a decent sale on. However only 1 staff up stairs as I wanted more information about the coffee machine. I ended up ordering it all online. Although the member of staff was helpful helping me, he was said theirs meant to be 3 members of staff upstairs but clearly not.

Lots of stock but trying to find an assistant to answer questions or sell you an item is very difficult. They seem to have 3 or 4 staff at the door just laughing and chatting who tell you they can't help you. Then only one assistant on the whole shop floor. The number of items that are not sold by the assistant on the floor at his terminal are few and far between, so it doesn't warrant 2 staff at the main tills to just hang around talking

There is a place where you can find household goods, car spare parts, bicycles and spare parts, as well as large stores where you can find many foods together, and there is a parking lot.

Called here to visit Dream's beds. Nice store, friendly, knowledgeable staff with an excellent selection of beds. Also, we had a nice free coffee whilst browsing. There is plenty of free parking.

Good but the carpark is only 2 hours with 1 hour no return. Stupid. Can't get round those shops in that time.

When shopping spent lot of money in the shops in one shop got order for lot of money . To come home today to find I go fined for staying 13 minutes over the time I didn't see any signs on the way in. Now going to cancel my order and look for refund from the shops.

charged £100 with no notice. due to overstaying for 10 mins when parking my car here. No visible sign when I parked of this.... What a scam, while everyone in the country is paying Taxes... why the heck is there no sign of this?

Watch out! Dishonest parking enforcement. Other shopping centre car parks nearby alllow 3 or 4 hours, reduced to 90 minutes on Charlton football match days. This place allows 75 minutes every day. Some shops post a warning message on their glass doors. PC World refuses to do that, refuses to provide an address for the car park owner, and can easily keep you more than 75 minutes sorting out their paperwork. Avoid!

One of the best shops for absolutely all of your electronic needs. This store has it all, from wide-screen gaming monitors and gaming chairs to gaming peripherals, it even used to have some latest graphics card in the store. Anything pc related, i am sure this place will fulfill your desires on a silver platter. In addition to all of those, it also has all the latest tvs - 4Ks, 8Ks you name it and they have it. Plus the customer service is also surprisingly not bad

Halford stores in charlton needs to update their devices used for services. We had to wait longer as on one of till, the bar code scanner was not working and on the other till something else was not working. It was difficult and time consuming for us, the server and other customers in queue. We had to go to the ground floor till to finish our transaction. Service staff are good and helpful. Thanks

Had to visit Bensons for Beds because I broke my old bed. Was treated with the utmost courtesy by a very friendly assistant, who helped me to choose my new bed and mattress in record time!

After researching different washing machines I had decided on a particular make and model which Currys had on display. I visited again today and asked the assistant if they had this in stock, which she said they had. While completing the purchase paperwork I mentioned that I needed it delivered and fitted, and the old machine removed. She then took me downstairs for another staff member to complete the transaction. He told me that as this branch do not deliver products they do not hold items in stock. So the purchase was aborted and I had my money refunded. There was no notice that I could see that mentioned they do not deliver goods. So I will not be buying anything from that branch.

This is the worst shopping area I experience. Simply, not go, unless you want to get into money problem. I will never go back and watching for this park to shut down forever.

  • 1/5 Sok r. 1 year ago on Google
Not the best experience. Service is quite poor. I went to buy a TV, and I had to wait for 30 minutes to get help from an advisor, which proved to be useless by the end of the day. He didn't even answer my question because he didn't know, and he had to get on the internet to look for the answer. Totally waste of time.

DO NOT come here to shop at all. THE CAR PARK IS ALWAYS EMPTY FOR A REASON. There is always spaces to park because no one comes here to shop due to the ridiculous parking restrictions only 75 minutes to be shopping in shops that clearly needs more time than 75 mins. I went to currys and then B&m and now received a £100 fine… won’t be coming in here again or using these shops
