***November 2023 revising my review to 3 stars as the toilets improved a lot since my last review but the ceiling problems and leaking from the roof persists*** First things first I’m going in the Club regularly playing pool or snooker. •The male toilets are always filthy dirty and they stink as hell. •The staff is always polite but they don’t really care about the place as the tables are constantly getting smashed by the cues of the players or letting drinks all the time getting spilled on the cloth the table. •Above the table #13 there is an air conditioning unit always leaking on the table and the floor for the last couple of months. It is clearly that the place is not really taken care of from the management. And it’s benefiting that it’s the only snooker club in the area. Hope to revise my review in the upcoming months.

Not bad place if you like pool and beer. Could be more cozy. Open 24/7. Offering some bar snacks. Jukebox is a nice touch.

Updated: Really disappointed. One of the staff member had been really rude, I had been waiting for the table for a while and she let others join before us. She came up with new rules and refused to cooperate, while I have been a member and a regular for over 2 years. I thought this was a members only club, but there is no respect for the members nor any priority. Old review: Very good place but make sure to call in advance to know the availability of the boards.

Iv been attending this pool place for many years (even before it got rebranded) and its a lovely little place to play snoomer or pool. Staff are friendly and they have a good array of tables. Its nice and quiet if you go during the day and want a few quiet frames of snooker. Its open 24hours or till very late so its a good place for after a night out to have a drink and shoot a few games of pool. Good price on tables and drinks, membership is also worth it for the year. Look forward to coming back :-)

Lots of tables, only a few snooker though. Fairly cheap. No windows!!! Super dark and dingy

I love the Raging Ball!! It is a great club for those who just want to have a peaceful game of snooker (although I can't even pot a ball). The staff all seem to have different rules and one of them doesn't even understand English.

I love coming to this pool club, the prices are great and they have a bar. There are about 10 tables (maybe a couple more) and the club is open 24/7. Will definitely be coming back for the foreseeable future.

I went on a Sunday evening and the atmosphere was perfect ... chilled, low volume music and sports tv in the background. Tables are decent and i'd recommend a try. Sadly they enforce a registration , which requires ID... you become a member, which is free and while you're there , you collect tabs... if you're not keeping track ... you could rack up a large bill... I feel that the registration is a way of getting you to come back . 3 beers on tap, a handful of bottled drinks, adequate seating , gambling machines. If you like playing pool regardless of skill level , if recommend this place. As this is on the Broadway, you'll have to find parking if you're driving. There are plenty of bus options --- Update 2022 --- Dropping from 4 stars, to 3 , I still like the place and will continue to go, However, a few things have changed: - There are no more tabs allowed, pay everything up front (which is fair). - Minimum card spend is £5 - this means if you'll need to buy at least 2 drinks to meet the minimum spend. - You have to purchase your time upfront. If you want to play for 3 hours, you pay for 3 hours. The lights turn off your table as soon as its done. Maybe thats a good thing? you'll stay in your budget if you have one? But if you're a free spirit and want to just go with the flow, its not ideal. - The snooker room is permanently closed - this means less real estate, less pool tables, as 2 snooker tables have come in the main room and can mean some evenings are busy that you may have to wait - The pool tables quality has diminished - the balls don't roll accurately

Local Snooker club with clean unmarked tables. Nice people and quiet atmosphere. Too hot though inside, air con isn't strong enough, not sure you can stay over an hour and be comfortable.

This is a members only place. If you are not a memeber, then they will charge 2.50£ pp and 8£ for an hour on the table

Decent prices for tables and drinks. 2 English pool tables, 5 standard 9ft SAM pool tables (5" pockets) and 2 12ft billiard tables. The 9fts needs reclothing (play slow and have a few rip repairs) and a clean. Could also do with better balls (you get given mismatching and scuffed sets) and get rid of those flimsy broken plastic racks for something more solid and some magic racks. Staff are always friendly though and same with all the players with getting an impromptu game.

Very disrespectful staff and so rude they are to the customers We was playing snooker and suddenly they switched off the lights after few minutes and they said pay first otherwise you can’t play on the table and staff was arguing Previous staff was very helpful but now the staff is so annoying and disrespectful I have been to many snooker club’s Never had this issue in any club’s You can’t play really well in Greenford Best snooker place is in acton

Very disrespectful staff, they don’t tell you how long the waiting time is. They made me wait for more than an hour and after no table was still available. I wanted to leave and asked for my entry fee back and they wouldn’t give it. Very rude staff, this place has gone downhill and is disgusting, the main snooker area is closed and there are only two snooker tables. I would strongly recommend that you do not visit this place, the staff are absolutely disgraceful.

Great place to chill and have a game of pool or snooker. Betting machines if you're into that. Serves alcohol. Membership required which is not unreasonable request. Nice staff, 5 star all day long 👌

Nice vibe… I normally don’t enjoy playing American pool. But here it feels nice, and cosy. Each table has a chalk and the staff are lovely.

Not many snooker clubs left anymore, but this one is pretty decent. Good quality cues and there's English 8 ball pool tables also. Just off Greenford Broadway.

As a customer the most important thing for you is how you get treated by the staff. Ive had pretty good experiences with most of the staff, but the lady who claims to be the manager needs to learn some customer service ethics. I raised complain to her about the untidy toilet and she got back at me saying shes not the “cleaner”. I don’t think any well versed manager would say that but everything else is fine.

Only 2 snooker tables, if you fancy playing snooker, no point coming here since its always in use for hours. Staff always stay on their phones. Rip off as well.
