Store have a wide variety of products and prices are also very decent. The only negative point is their customer services is very poor. Staff not friendly or helpful at all. If attention is given on customer services this place can easily achieve 5 stars

Pros: Good amount of groceries. Cons: The store is absolutely cluttered, people gathered everywhere, staff are absolutely rude and do not want to help, some grocery is old or out of date but prices do get reduced accordingly to that. The store hasn't been refurbished since it opened and I think it needs some refurbishment! Maybe make the isles bigger so people can walk feely rather than bumping into each other especially with the trollies. Checking out is absolutely horrendous and slow. Staff at the check out are ignorant and rude!

I bought this product in December and when I came back home, I saw that the product was expired.I went back to the store to return the product after 15 days and the staff told me to go to the section where someone would help me with this. He was talking to me very rudely then he told me he would not refund or exchange the product. Then he said you probably stole it and told me he would call the police and when I told him to check the cctv, he stopped talking and went away. Very rude staff.

Very rude and impolite manager. When I tried to refund an expired oil item, management refused and said we don’t sell this products. Arul the manager spoke very indecently in a very low manner and ask me leave the shop immediately and told me to keep my mouth shut. I told him I don’t have receipt but I have it on my bank statement to prove I bought it at this store . Management needs to learn respect, how to speak to people in general and how to handle such complaints . Being rude and offensive does not lead to any goodness for anyone. Finally one of the staff members confirmed that this product is sold here and gave me a refund , after I showed them the product was sitting on the shop shelf.

Quality foods samosas are normally really nice. I just had 4. 2 chicken and 2 cheese and onion. They tasted of nothing but salt. I have been buying your samosas for years. This really upset me. The bbe was 4/10/23. Please dont put so much salt in. It ws not what they normally taste like and very disappointing. I have been eating those for years and they were also drier than usual too and barely any chicken. Please don't change your classic samosas.

Good varieties of groceries. However, be cautious and do see your bill before paying. I paid part of my bill using some change in my pocket, around £1-1.5, and the rest using my card. After reaching home, I realised they charged my card for the full amount and never applied the change to the bill.

Business discriminates disabled people with assistance dogs. Manager of the store is absolutely ignorant of UK law on assistance dogs and has threatened me to leave the store because his muslim clients will stop buying in the store. Manager of the store presents a discriminatory argument saying that hai muslim clientele is above the law. Absolutely ridiculous and unlawful.

BEWARE OF PARKING SCAM AT QUALITY FOODS IN SOUTHALL! On December 23, I visited Quality Foods in Southall. They offer a parking programme where you pay £2 for a 2-hour stay and get your money back after you finish your shopping. However, on December 23rd, when I inserted £2, the machine did not print out a ticket. I attempted to get assistance from the store manager (Ashok), but he refused because he said that even though they owned the parking spaces, Horizon Parking was in charge of managing them. I attempted to locate the parking attendant but was unsuccessful due to Ashok's complete lack of assistance and appalling customer service. One of the store employees I spoke to after wandering the parking lot reported they saw him enter the toilets. I waited for him to exit the toilets for nearly 30 minutes! before telling him what had happened. He then led me over to the machine and explained that the circumstance I found myself in was not feasible, showing how it worked with the following client who had just paid for a ticket. As a result, I assumed I could have done something incorrectly. However, a different customer soon arrived and said that he had experienced the same problem as me, except that it happened on the second machine. We don't have the same selection of Asian foods in our area, so I spend at least £100 at Quality foods in Southall each time I visit. Needless to say, I won't be going back to there because it is obvious that they don't value your business and you will constantly be concerned about being conned. If you've experienced the same problem, kindly leave a remark since I'd like to know how frequently it occurs.

Wide range of Asian products but this is like going inside a maze. Hard to find goods that you are looking and the customers are blocking the way with trolley and the staff seem to be fine with it. Price is bit dear compared to others but if you are in luck they have promotions going on regularly. Go here if you can't find goods in other shops

This girl on till did not give me the receipt after I paid for the stuff. I walked out without it but the security guard misbehaved and took me inside in a disrespectful way. I told him it's my first time in here and I was not aware of the protocol. Now after having gone through this experience I wanted to return the product but they treated me even badly and told me to wait in the long queue. I will never come here again!

Nice place for Indian people, good stuff at reasonable price, well managed, great job, suitable parking . It would be excellent if there was a provision of toilet for visitors.

Good store for Asian groceries and vegetables. A little pricey as I can find same groceries at slightly cheaper rate elsewhere. I have been there a few times recently and they did not have much choice in vegetables. May be they ran out.

Nearly every Indian grocery item is available here for a very reasonable price. The staff was a little rude, but otherwise everything was fine.

Never going back to this place again. Car park managed by crooks. Bought £175 worth of groceries.Time allowed in the pak was 1hr. Can anyone buy, load, pay to queue and reload all items in the car within an hour. I was 10 minutes Over the hr mark, whilst sound all this. Now, im being sent a parking fine notice of £80. Surely, this place is making customers pay lots of parking fines each day.I was a regular customer for the last 10 years in Southall. Never going back there. Especially, quality food NCD the car park run by Crooks.

Everything seems well apart from the parking on the other side and paying and then refunding. If you park more than an hour which is the maximum in the area, don't panic but continue to do your parking. During billing, one of the staff would guide you on how to get the refund done safely. Last but not least my question to the staffs is why would you keep Bombay onions at the exit and not near the entry. I purchased some other Onion and finished paying and while I passed the exit door that's when this slot for Bombay Onion was kept.. That's not gonna help any new customers coming to your shop. Everything else is ok but a very busy place during the weekends.

The parking is a con, given to private company who is making money. The time start from the entry into the premises. Not from when the ticket is issued, you can only get an hour of parking, if you can take out 10min for in and out and 15min for check out you only got 35min to complete your shopping. The staff are OK and the goods are reasonable but the quality of products are low.

Very useful place for buying Indian food items, spices, Puja samagri, utensils and you name it. Price tag is very reasonable. If need any request Quality foods staff they might arrange it for you. Might be very busy and long queue if you are visiting before Navaratri or Diwali so plan accordingly. Best part is you will as if you are in India 😊.

Will get every indian grocery and vegetables to buy, so will nvr let us indian to miss our country. Excellent customer service as well. But the manager is seems to be extremely rude to staff infront of the customers as is not seems to be appropriate or professional. Those staff also must need to be respected. 0 or negative staff to the manager or head.

It was dirty , no covid caution was taken or sops followed . The staff , I have to say I have never seen such entitled , rude and arrogant staff ever . You would ask them for a certain item and they will literally ignore you even if that communication was done in their mother tongue . A variety of South Asian products and vegetables. Quick check outs as well .

Very rude staff with poor customer service. Did not want to give a return that was in my statutory rights, was like getting blood out of a stone. There are better Indian grocery stores elsewhere with better customer service.

SAFETY HAZARD: ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK We recently visited with kids at 7.30 pm (They close at 8 pm) on a weekend. The way their staff was moving palettes back into the store was REALLY DANGEROUS. We had to sway our kids and ourselves out of their way. Theirs was a simple DO NOT CARE A BIT attitude. It is your responsibility to keep yourself safe from being injured. Should you really need to visit them, safety gear including bullet proof jackets is highly recommended, you never know what or who may come and hit from whichever direction! Stay safe and avoid visiting the store.

This place is amazing yes staff should have a better attitude and training but the place is amazing. I find fruits and veg that cant find anywhere else and prices are quite reasonable even if they went up. The aisle I love the most is the spices sometimes i walk by to just smell it..love those large chili bags .

A must visit grocery store for every Indian living in West London area. You will get all the Indian groceries you are looking for. Fresh vegetables, frozen vegetables, frozen Indian snacks and mains, Indian sweets, you can find everything there.

Its a big store with so much variety of Indians things specially spices, snacks and fresh vegetables, groceries, fruits with reasonable prices. Some items are high priced and some are very cheap as well. Car parking is bit congested and the refund mechanism, we may easily forget to claim that back. But for news we can get most of the Indian food items over there. The major concern is staff quality, as they never mind and treat customers very badly. I have reduced the rating only because of staff. The Diwali crackers are heavily priced and the staffs are utterly poorly serviced on fireworks section.

POSITIVES: Quality food products. I found this place to be economical too. Items are well displayed with easy access. Spacious enough too. NEGATIVES: Only negative I can point out is that 'I wish the staff at the till to be bit more warm and welcoming in their approach to customers. I had couple of experience now that they don't wish the customers, there is no smile either'. Makes a difference to the customers in my opinion!

For people from any part of India, this is a heaven, you can buy most of the vegetables you might not very easily get to cook and eat in other parts of England. From lays chips to Maggie, Indian mangoes, leechi, indian watermelon, all type of rice and pickles. There is nothing they don't have to help you fight your home sickness. 😍

Huge place for Asian goods and ration. They have got branches in Hounslow & other areas as well. You can blindfolded go to them for any kinds of requirements starting from soaps, nuts, spices, vegetables to anything. Bigger than a Sainsburys local and smaller than a superstore. Our regular store/stop each month.

Given the lack of availability of fresh food in the UK, this supermarket is fantastic for providing so much fruit and vegetables all in one place. The great range of what you can buy - including Ayurvedic products - is exactly what we were looking for. Not to mention, so many delicious South Asian foods.

Staff is so rude, the one lady with round big spects she was at the back of off-license till. I did my payment but forget to ask the bag. I again gave the money and asked her for a bag, she was angrily saying me that why didn't you asked me before. It's not the customer service. No politeness at all. You have to train the staff how to behave with the customers. But coming to products, the products are so good. I can find each n everything easily there.

Horrible people. My mother who suffers from mental disability accidentally took some carrot out. These people threatened to call police. Seeing her vulnerable and when she asked it was a mistake and to drop the issue they coerced her into giving them £50 for a carrot, turnip and garlic. Shame on these people who work here. Any who sees these, I suggest to stay from this shop unless you want to face similar coercion. Men, don't let your women (mother, daughter or wife) go here alone.
