Disappointing service. I love LÉON. I love the food. But for some reason this time the experience is not good at all. Me and my mum ordered first and after the server handled two customers who ordered after us we got our food. It was about ten minutes. Less people doesn’t made the waiting time lesser at all. The service itself was also bad. She looks like me like I shouldn’t be here in the night time. It was only 19:09. The burger sauce was everywhere and it wasn’t the normal standard I always have in the same location. I hope LÉON can see this and make some improvements. I understand everyone is tired and want to call a day off but you are doing the business.

I ordered the sweet potato curry to take away, got a box with the curry label on it, but when I sat down to eat it it was chicken satay! I'm not a strict vegetarian so I ate it and it was good, but if you are vegetarian maybe double check your food before you leave the shop.

No view when you sit in front of one of the huge displays. Producing waste with take away cups for having coffee inside. No wifi.

Great location and clean restaurant. Staff were soooo friendly! My life has been changed by the Halloumi wrap.

Refreshingly plant-based and creatively spiced food next to the Tate Modern. Autumn Mezze Salad offers an explosion of flavours and textures that will titillate your tastebuds. (I apologize in advance for the annoying nature of this review). But don’t let that stop you from coming here, which has an attractive high-ceilinged, glass-walled factory chic type of aesthetic. Fast and efficient service. Many pleasant tables at which to sit and savour a meal that’s good for you and for Planet Earth.

Update: We went in this evening and ordered food, it was simple as you are able to use a touch screen kiosk. We ordered the Aioli Chicken (Chargrilled chicken thigh with creamy garlic aioli, a sprinkling of sumac and pomegranate seeds), Korean Chicken Burger (Chargrilled chicken thighs, raw kimchi slaw and, Korean mayo) Moroccan Me*tballs (fresh herbs, toasted seeds, and garlic aioli). My daughter wanted extra Me*tables and while it wasn’t available to add via kiosks the associates were kind enough to assist. Many of the items are gluten free or made so by adding a gluten free bun. This food is delicious, light yet filling and will be missed by us in Texas. ————————————————- Aug 1, 23’. Delicious and light food. Delivered to us right on time.

Service was quick and efficient. The kids chicken nuggets were ok but nothing special. The chips were tasty.

Our order number was 414 and, 20 minutes later, people with order number 432 had been served, but not us. When we asked the staff about this, we were told that the halloumi was missing and it will be a while longer. The staff were to busy on their phone to think that it would be courteous to warn us of this

This is the best Leon in London. Impeccable quality standards, with a clean and hygienic ambience. The food is delicious with great choices for vegans and vegetarians. The staff is super friendly and it’s a great place to spend time with friends and family. With an awesome location, prepare to spend some quality time while you munch on various delicacies from their ever changing mouth watering menu. My personal recommendation is the Love burger and Moroccan Meat balls.

Tasty food sensibly priced quickly served by courteous staff. Glass of water provided as soon as asked. Touchscreen ordering a bit of a challenge for this octogenarian but only because of touch sensitivity. My first ever visit to a Leon. Will be back!

Offers plant based food, but not that very good quality. The veggie burgers 2/10. Soft Drinks were out of steam and watery. And the employee refused to replace them. Not recommended :(

Food is good. Staff are terrible. You can to stay and to wait 5 minutes and no one will pay attention at you. And it’s if without queue! Also, woman should understand accents, it’s international city and country. I had the impression that she was specifically asking again. 1/5.Spoiled my appetite and mood

I have been a fan of Leon for many years, I have always admired their innovative approach to their menu, and quality healthy food, fast. One thing I have always appreciated about Leon is the warm friendly staff. It is still something I look forward to when I visit. This visit was no exception. I had not visited for a while and the lovely staff member remembered me. My favourite dishes on the menu at the moment are Chicken Satay with brown rice and slaw side salad, the combination is so fresh & tasty. It did not disappoint. Thank you team. I see how hard you work and appreciate you.

This was really an anticlimax, even with modest expectations. Our receptionist had suggested the place as an upscale fast food, and the chain itself claims to have the reshaping of the world of fast food as its objective. Judging from what we were served (a sorry excuse for a culinary experience) and the fact that there did not appear to be any urge to clean tables for new guests, the distance to be covered still very long. A cheap dinner is no reason for a shoddy experience.

Yeah, nah. Chips were stone cold. Food luke warm. Not the best for a chilly day outside. When I asked for the chips (baked) to be heated up at least, they binned them and then asked where I was sitting. No show. No chips. Couldn’t be bothered asking again. You don’t need a PhD to do this stuff well for goodness sake.

Leon is my go to place for breakfast. Their saucy beans egg pot is pretty good and the hash browns with the korean mayo sauce are incredible. Their banana and cinnamon porridge is tasty but could use more bananas. I'd highly recommend this place for picking up a quick and delicious breakfast when going to work.

Quick service and very tasty food, very healthy too. The ordering process could be better as you have to use large touch screens which isn't very hygienic.

Another visit to Leon now my favourite place to meet friends for a quick tasty snack. Love the food, the staff at Bankside are fabulous, always make us feel so special. And what a great venue… A special call out to I think his name is Tino what an asset to your company Tobias

They have a wide range of products available and the vegan burger was delicious! The place is also welcoming with friendly staff and an interior layout that doesn't smack of cheap fast food. Charging stations and WiFi being available also greatly Improves customer satisfaction

Love my trips to this Leon. Exceptionally welcoming and friendly staff who know their customers like old friends so much more than the numbers on the collection screen. The food here is top notch. The freshness and juiciness of the food shows that it’s always cooked to order, never reheated never defrosted .

Men's toilet lock broken. No hand soap in New dispensers in new shiny toilets. Indifferent service by grouchy staff Saturday morning. Why Spend all that money on a beautiful refit when staff can't be bothered???

Nice and pleasant place to enjoy a breakfast. You can get a breakfast meal with a coffee for about £5 and it's still healthy. There are many vegetarian and vegan choices.

A nice seating in London's Arts heart. A good place for a group hangout, nice sandwiches for a bite and great coffee, all handmade in-house.

Excellent customer service by the manager (Vaiva), she has brilliant manners and is very professional. She should be promoted and other branches could learn from her. She is sincere, kind and friendly; it was a pleasure visiting this branch. Thank you for being so awesome!

Clean, well stocked and largely empty on Sunday afternoons. Good venue to work in. Reliable wifi and several power sockets. Have noticed they have installed contactless charging points for phones too.

Quick stop for lunch after a visit to the Tate Modern. Had Chicken Satay rice box and Mango Coconut smoothie. Both delicious reasonable price for central London.

These are the sicilian meatballs. In the event that a Sicilian strolled here he'd request that they kindly quit offending him and his family. Costly frozen food that you can cook better without anyone else at home. A snare for travelers visiting the TATE displays before it. Never returning.
