If
it
wasn’t
for
COVID
I
would
have
kissed
the
chefs
hand.
To
be
doing
that
good
food
for
such
large
numbers
consistently,
these
guys
are
GOD.
Always
love
visiting
Dishooms
all
over
London.
We
went
on
a
Tuesday
evening
round
6pm
&
right
from
the
hostess
who
was
very
nice
to
us
explained
we
would
have
to
wait.
The
waitress
was
very
nice
too,
every
demand
was
met
with
a
smile.
These
guys
really
create
a
good
environment
for
their
staff.
Popped
my
head
into
the
kitchen
&
all
the
chefs
were
laughing
&
smiling.
True
testimony
to
a
good
business.
&
the
food…..
soooooo
good.
I
actually
ended
up
asking
for
a
takeaway
Biryani
cause
I
couldn’t
eat
anymore
&
wanted
to
eat
the
next
day.
Second
visit
in
less
than
a
month
&
AGAIN
THEY
DID
NOT
DISAPPOINT.
I’m
originally
from
India
&
after
moving
to
London
I
have
come
across
very
few
restaurants
that
actually
do
good
Indian
food
&
I
don’t
mean
the
westernised
food,
I
mean
proper.
What
Dishoom
is
doing
is
something
incredible
by
teaching
the
British
that
India
is
more
than
Tikka
masala,
Jalfreze,
Bhuna,
etc.
Their
menu
doesn’t
even
say
CURRY,
it
says
RUBY
MURRY
so
the
English
crowd
can
understand.
The
service
staff
are
outstanding
&
the
food
is
simply
the
best
I
have
had
in
a
looooong
time.
