Ah, the joys of finding a toilet in one of the busiest places on Earth! It may seem unfair, but let's be honest, a significant portion of the traffic at this flagship Burger King is probably due to that very fact. We decided to pop in on a Saturday morning before the hordes of Leicester Square engulfed the area. To our surprise, the place was surprisingly spotless and quiet. Ah, the luxury of a calm Burger King! Of course, there was a desperate lady who had to utilize the aforementioned facility. I must admit, it wasn't in the best shape, but hey, it's working hard daily, so we can cut it some slack. After taking care of our restroom needs, we decided to order some quick drinks. It wasn't necessary, but we figured it was only fair since we made use of their facilities. The automated ordering desk was a breeze to use, and the service was kind and attentive. We sat there, sipping our drinks, watching the square slowly come to life with the first busker setting up. It was oddly pleasant, witnessing the awakening of the square. When this place isn't bombarded by hundreds of hungry souls, it's actually quite a nice spot to unwind. So, if you find yourself in need of a burger and a clean toilet in the midst of the bustling Leicester Square, give this Burger King a go. Just aim for the quieter moments, and you might find yourself enjoying a surprisingly pleasant experience.

Finally tried the flagship vegan Burger King in Leicester Square. I went before the rush lunch time hour so it was very empty. As I was looking though the self service machine, a BK staff asked if he could help. So the service was good for a fast food joint. The options were plentiful. I had a plant base whopper. It was tastier than the competitor’s vegan option. I would go again to try other options! Definitely.

Definitely the best burger king in London for me so far. The fries were so much nicer and fresh. I could not believe my eyes when I have seen that this BK was fully vegan! Wow! And it was packed with a queue outside. A green and cruelty free world is possible? BK thinks so for sure! Very very impressed

I visited here in April 2022 when it was trialling a 100% vegan/plant-based menu that was accessible to all. The food was good and there was a big selection, but it was a bit overpriced, and the trial was only temporary.

I got to try the vegan Burger King before they changed back to a normal branch. I'm so glad that I did! First of all, it was nice to try other options that are unavailable in regular stores. It was well managed and the staff were all friendly and polite. We had the katsu royale, the katsu whopper, onion rings, chips and jalapeño cheesy things. I didn't take a picture of the burgers as we were too excited to eat them, but they were tasty! Extra bonus, I really like that the meal would have been plastic free if I hadn't ordered extra bbq sauce. It would have been nice if there were BBQ sauce dispensers along with the ketchup ones, but I can do without BBQ sauce in future. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Am sad that it will be no more, but hope beyond all hope that some of these products are integrated nationwide. Also, it's amazing that a multinational company decided to turn what is probably one of their busiest restaurants completely vegan for an experiment. Thank you, Burger King!

Went there for the vegan range and it was pretty impressive with lots to choose from. I got the bacon burger but i could tell it had been sitting there for ages but the rest of my meal was nice. The workers are lovely as well

Just tried the new Vegan Burger King outlet in Leicester Square. It was really good the Vegan Royale was soo good that It made me think into turning Vegan. However, the whopper was badly burnt and couldn’t eat but wasn’t as good as the royale. The place was too over crowded and not enough staff to serve customers. Overall it wasn’t too bad. Would recommend the Vegan Royale over the whopper.

Tried the new veg menu. The nuggets were super dry and old. The double cheeseburger was literally BURNT. The only decent thing was the Whopper Jr. So sad.

Well staffed very busy outlet, close to leicester squareTube Station. All 6 screen ordering stations were working and in use. Helpful staff member assisted with my screen ordering query. Large queue around ordering pickup and drinks dispensers. Our order was quite quick and well cooked and presented. They had both Bottled water and Dr Pepper which several recently visited outlets haven't had.

Poor customer service from your security guard desperately needed the toilet before I ordered and ate my food with my son security wouldn't let me go upstairs to use the toilet said I had to buy food 1st explained I would be ordering once we had been to the toilet would let us past but happily let young girls up to use it so he could look up their skirts then laughed at us when we confronted him about it I had to order my food and wait right next to him while stood in the queue to pick up my food he decided to start winking at my 11 year old son told him stop and he just laughed got our food went and used the toilet and left ate the food outside as we didn't feel comfortable with him. Will never come here again this predator needs sacking before he does something he shouldn't

This is a very busy burger King and half the machines ti order dont work, either because they have no paper or the card machine doesn't work. Some of the card machines struggle to connect to the Internet so you'll be waiting a while for the payment to go through. The drinks machine is decent. The food is just normal burger King food. The lady who gave us the food forgot to give us our drink cups and also seemed stingy with the sauces. I could see a fight between a homeless guy and some random dude in leciester Square from the top floor and it's fairly clean.

Can't go in a burger King without having a whopper and very tasty it was..Leicester Square restaurant is kept very clean,including the toilets,the manager behind the counter took my order and 2 minutes and 9 seconds later was very happy 😊 with his staff served up my order..I eat in on the 1st floor,great view of Leicester Square and watching the world go by below.well done ✔ 😀

Tried the new BBQ burgers and they taste really good. It’s nice to have some new quality products from time to time. The place is clean and the toilet is a massive plus.

The burger was really dry and had little to no sauces. The chips were similarly dry as if the had been left out for too long. The freestyle drinks machines are great and convenient to use.

In Leicester Square, as we all know, this place can be very busy, but on this occasion, it was not. It was on a Monday, so fewer people in and outside.. but j enjoyed it. It had a place to sit.

Burger King's burgers are unbeatable! The quality of their ingredients and the great value for money make it a top-notch fast-food destination. The Whopper combo is my favorite, complete with crispy fries and a refreshing drink. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making each visit a pleasure. Burger King continues to impress with their consistently delicious offerings.

I ordered the food for take away. I did not customise the burger but my whopper had nothing inside except for the burger meat and the buns and there was no salads or sauce and it was just a dry bread and meat. Never going there again.

Been here a few times & food is standard Burger King..fresh & tasty. This branch is let down on service. I did mobile order of large chicken royale meal. Was given medium side & drinks cup. When mentioned this to the staff member one behind told her to ignore me, mistakes happen. Not even an apology. Other customers were having same issues with incorrect items, missing or wrong sizeesls. Watch what you receive here

After having asked to make sure my burger was hot I was given a cold burger again!!! Having told the manager he did not care or even offer to heat up again and told me that’s how it is. Never again will I eat at this Burger King! Rude staff!

I want to make a real fuss of the two security guards that worked this evening. They were absolute stars. so friendly and helpful. The food is what you expect, the waiting time was very good but both of these guys were so helpful when my friend need the toilet. They didn’t have to, but they did and O hope they’re recognised for their fabulous nature. Very much appreciated!!

I have tried their melt king box was very nice with the good price. Love the atmosphere clean and tidy. Their staff also polite and kind . Always ready to help and short out your problem . If you want to spend good time while having good food deal surely visit this place in town .

Great customer service the environment is clean and tidy the food is amazing. I like the vegan royal with the vegan bakon. Plus I love the plant based also I like the onion rings when it’s crispy and the vegan nuggets. I would always go to Burger King the food is delicious and tasty and it’s 100% better than McDonald’s by far no doubt in that. I would recommend Burger King to my friends and family for sure.

Terrible service! The absolute worse Burger King I ever been to. This place deserve a -5 star rating!!! I waited for 10 minutes just to get my drink order!!! So I order my food and drink first time, ate and drank it and I decided to take a drink as takeaway. Since, I finished my drink, I decided to order a new one. Then I proceed to WAIT FOR 10 MINUTES!!!! The staff serves was all but helpful. They never even call out my number order like it didn't even exist. So, when I went and ask for it, they acted like it was MY FAULT for WAITING FOR MY ORDER!!! Worse customer service never and he should just be fired! Another then that everything was fine.

I’m a customer of a regular of Burger King. However, not anymore as I have seen the guy in the kitchen assembling the burger with his bare hands !!!🤮. I asked the guy in the catchier would you mind tell your colleague to wear his gloves however they did not care at all. Never again and so disappointed Burger King

The initial delivery took longer than expected, but that was just the tip of the iceberg. When the delivery finally arrived at my office, I eagerly checked the contents of my order, only to find that it was incomplete. The combo meal I had ordered was missing both the fries and the drink. This was a glaring oversight, and it left me baffled that such a simple task could go so wrong. I immediately called the Burger King location to inform them about the missing items and seek a resolution. To my astonishment, the person on the phone was not only unapologetic but shockingly rude. Instead of acknowledging the error, they tried to shift the blame onto me, insinuating that I should have checked the order before the delivery person left. It's important to note that as a customer, I rely on the restaurant to fulfill my order correctly, especially when ordering through a reputable delivery service like Deliveroo. It is not my responsibility to ensure that my order is complete before the delivery person departs. Adding to the frustration, the person on the phone had the audacity to hang up on me not once, but twice, without even offering to replace the missing items or provide any meaningful assistance. In conclusion, my recent experience with Burger King's mobile app order, delivered by Deliveroo to my office at 17-21 Leicester Square, London WC2H 7LE, was a complete disaster. The app's lackluster service, coupled with the rudeness and unprofessional behavior of the staff member on the phone, left me deeply dissatisfied. Seen this Burger King in Leicester Square for years gave it a try and the food was the best I’ve ever had out of a burger king. No wonder this it has lasted so long and even though it is busy it was very clean and the staff were really helpful and in a good mood.

Cheese burger was very small. 3 special meals + 1 chicken nuggets+ 1 bottle of water for £40. Was very noisy even at 9.30pm with big groups of kids. Well situated for quick bite on Leicester Square, We did not find it good value for money overall. We were trying to look at menu by the order desk but board kept rolling on. Very difficult to concentrate on items listed which is very frustrating.

I remember BK being much better several years ago. The coffee was cold, the veggie burger overpriced and the service mostly via the touch screen but it was a place to wait before meeting others.

One of the better Burger Kings I've been to throughout my life. The food is of the same quality as it usually is so it's all good in that regard. You know what you're in for and you probably won't be disappointed. What I really liked though, is the way you get drinks here. You get your cups and whenever you want something to drink, you can just get free refills yourself. The best thing about it is the sheer amount of options you get with a wide variety of beverages that I've, to a degree, have never heard or seen anywhere else before. If you're looking for a quick bite or drink, for sure check this BK out.

Waited ages for plant based whopper (with everything on it including extra vegan cheese and bacon)....and fries, so expected fresh hot food......when it eventually turned up it was cold! .....and looked absolutely terrible.......Very strange. Girl serving on Friday with curly ginger hair has an attitude problem. Guy in front of me said his food was supposed to be "take out" not "dine in"....the girl replied "oh" and walked off. She needs customer service training. Tramp in the cubicle toilet upstairs with terrible body odour. Overall - pretty bad

The Burger King in Leceister Square is always open, although sometimes very busy. Really good to have for a snack in the evening. You can always find seats upstairs and there are really clean sanitary facilities. It is always possible to refill your drinks. For such a busy place, it's clean.

The service was very nice and staff was polite to every customer . Atmosphere also good and clean . Love the food , i would surely recommend the Burger King to my friends and family. I can visit this place again and again because of the food and kind service . The managers are Humble and listen my problem carefully and the try to solve it right away.

While I admire the confidence of the staff member offering all the customers tonight free items in exchange for 5 star reviews (and getting a lot of takers!), unfortunately it is necessary to amend my rating on this occasion due to the absolutely revolting toilets! However, the dining area is very clean and the food freshly prepared, especially considering the heavy footfall in such a convenient location.

Hair includes the meal. It was a security issue by some guys, the staff didn't know where is he. I recognised it was a hair in my bag in the food. One staff upstairs told me to complain. I went down, and the “manager” didn't care.
