recent
experience

Burger
King,

mobile
app
for
delivery

my
office

Deliveroo,
was
nothing
short
of
a
catastrophe.
This
ordeal
left
me
feeling
frustrated
and
disappointed,

considering
the
premium

of
the
restaurant

I
opted
for
the
app's
convenience,
assuming
it
would
ensure
a
smooth
process.
However,
right
from
the
start,
there
were
issues.
The
initial
delivery
took
longer
than
expected,
but
that
was
just
the
tip
of
the
iceberg.
When
the
delivery
finally
arrived
at
my
office,
I
eagerly
checked
the
contents
of
my
order,
only
to
find
that
it
was
incomplete.
The
combo
meal
I
had
ordered
was
missing
both
the
fries
and
the
drink.
This
was
a
glaring
oversight,
and

left

baffled
that
such
a
simple
task
could

so
wrong.
I
immediately
called
the
Burger
King
location
to
inform
them
about

missing
items
and
seek
a
resolution.
To
my
astonishment,
the
person
on
the
phone
was
not
only
unapologetic
but
shockingly
rude.
Instead
of
acknowledging
the
error,
they
tried
to
shift
the
blame
onto
me,
insinuating
that
I
should
have
checked
the
order
before
the
delivery
person
left.
It's
important
to
note
that
as
a
customer,
I
rely
on
the
restaurant
to
fulfill
my
order
correctly,
especially
when
ordering
through
a
reputable
delivery
service
like
Deliveroo.
It
is
not
my
responsibility
to
ensure
that
my
order
is
complete
before
the
delivery
person
departs.
Adding
to
the
frustration,
the
person
on
the
phone
had
the
audacity
to
hang
up
on
me
not
once,
but
twice,
without
even
offering
to
replace
the
missing
items
or
provide
any
meaningful
assistance.
In
conclusion,
my
recent
experience
with
Burger
King's
mobile
app
order,
delivered
by
Deliveroo
to
my
office
at

was
a
complete
disaster.
The
app's
lackluster
service,
coupled
with
the
rudeness
and
unprofessional
behavior

on

and

partners.

has
