STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! FOOD IS NOT AS DESCRIBED and POOR QUALITY! I ordered a Salt Beef Sandwich and instead of having the mustard inside the sandwich I asked to have the mustard on the side. They refused and said that they have to charge for the FREE mustard offered inside the sandwich!? I was totally bamboozled and asked why? His response was "because that is the way it is". I called back to speak to a manager asking what can be done and then got hung up on. I also made them aware of the last order in which i received a half empty sandwich, certainly not how it looks in the images. He said you will get the standard weight. The issue is what they advertise in the images and what they call standard weight is HUGLY different. So different that it should be a crime!! The staff there are miserable, rude, unenthusiastic and have NO VALUE for customers who are the ones paying their bills and salaries. Absolutely shocking. this place is allowed to trade. I have already made a formal complaint with Deliveroo and I am waiting for a callback from the manager. Also what they advertise and what you get are two totally different things - Totally false advertising! See Pictures.

This is a joke. Probably the worst value in London. Bland. Overpriced and disgusting. £18 for this horrific insult to sandwiches. Made with zero care or attention. At all cost do not buy from here. I have no time to write reviews because I am generally not surprised or too isappojnted to make myself angry about a service.but this is the ultimate piss take. I didn't know how it was possible to have less pride in anything. But these guys out do themselves. The most disgraceful sandwich in London. Stay clear at all cost. Close this place down.

Had a great visit to Reubens over the last weekend and it has come leaps and bounds since a few years ago. The inside is nicely redone, the service great and prices for the area and kosher very reasonable. Basically the same prices as Golder Green. Good was great but simple and great flavour. Chips were a bit soggy though, don't over complicate them! Overall very good service and food, place was very clean and good staff. If you liked my review feel free to give it a 👍 and follow me on Google Maps for more reviews

Incredible food. We have been wanting to come here for a while, knowing how popular this place is. There was plenty of seating available when we visited, and the service was fast and friendly. We had a Reuben Sandwich, a Chicken Shawarma, and chips poutine between two of us (yes, we were hungry). This was a great opportunity to try some of the most popular food served here, but the portions are massive, and it was definitely too much 😆. The flavours were incredible, however, and the dishes beautifully served. The meat was perfectly tender and just fell apart as you tucked in. Cannot wait to come back again!

Had a nice dinner here with family. Sat in the upstairs area looked like downstairs was closed. Good food and big portions!

These guys are a top class Jewish (kosher) deli. Their salt beef is superb (chefs kiss) and their other dishes are spot on and delicious. Medium range prices for kosher food but well worth it. Also a great option for kosher food while in the west end. I got the Reuben which is a double decker salt beef sandwich with coleslaw, mustard and pickles! As you can see, it couldn’t hold itself up but it survived. Well not for long. If anything, service was a bit slow but I can let that pass. Times are tough to hire staff so I get it. Def come here, even if you don’t eat kosher because their salt beef is amazing!!

We came here with zero expectations. We really expected to have a subpar experience and wow how wrong we were. The service was phenomenal. The food was superb and the atmosphere was solid for a downtown London kosher deli! We much recommend the poutine and the frizzy chicken wings. The portions were very generous and the food arrived in a timely manner by a lovely server. I would love to come back again soon. Highly recommend checking out this place.

We have been here twice now on our trip to London. The first time we ordered the burger with salt beef combination and the schwarma platter. The second time we ordered the BBQ beef on a Ciabetta and the Schnitzel on Ciabetted. The food was fantastic. The portions generous. The service great. Rusi, one of the waiters was very accommodating and the manager came by and checked on us to see how we were doing.

Very Recommended!!! I had salt beef sandwich in rye bread and potato salad, didn’t know what to expect as I had few bad experiences in salt beef sandwich from other places, Also since the reviews are mixed in google I didn’t know what to expect. Let me tell you!!! So far my favourite Salt beef sandwich, it was so juicy (not dry at all) the bread was very soft and the spicy mustard amount was perfect, pickels added nice crunch. Amazing experience!!! Very friendly staff too, Keep it up !!!

Stumbled across on a short trip. Had the burger and salt beef (Reubens burger). Was delicious. Only slight critism was burger was a little under done but I did order a medium. Service was good despite restaurant being full booked. Manage to grab a seat at the bar Would come back.

The salt beef is out of the universe and one of the best I’ve ever had. Loved the other dishes specially the hummus. I’ll be coming again every time I’m in London

Ignore the bad reviews, they’re from dummies who don’t know what they’re talking about. What, is the salt beef too tasty for you? The portions too generous? Did the chicken soup warm your soul up too much? Yes, Reuben’s is on the pricey side, but that’s because it’s kosher. Kosher meat is expensive, because it can’t be mass-produced in the way that other meat can. So you can’t blame the restaurant for their prices. They cater to a kosher market. If you don’t like it, don’t eat kosher food, it’s that simple. The fact is, this is a top-tier Jewish deli. The Reubens chicken soup is comforting and delicious. The pulled beef in ciabatta is so tasty and tender. The sandwiches are top notch, and absolutely stuffed to the brim with fillings… so those photos from that other user’s review that showed just a thin layer of meat are not correct, they must have taken the fillings out to take those pictures to smear the restaurant on purpose. I won’t speculate as to what their reasons for that could be. The only thing that matters is Reubens is a great place to eat great food.

Reubens has been serving up an array of delicious food for over 46 years as the longest running kosher restaurant in the UK and the only kosher restaurant in the West End. It's updated offering retains the heart of the brand and continues to serve up all the classic and favourite recipes that it's customers have always loved – including piled high salt beef sandwiches, the Reubens burger, latkes, schnitzel and chicken soup with all the trimmings.

A good kosher deli with some fine hummus and felafel as well! Beware the hot English mustard when ordering the salted beef sandwich!

Oh my God. I was just walking by this restaurant and wasn’t even planning on eating. Everything here is absolutely delicious, it exceeded my expectations, the staff is so friendly and lovely and they pamper you. You will be having breakfast, lunch, dinner here every day if you try. The variety is also great and everything is so fresh and homemade. I’ve had the best experience. 5 star service, well done to all of you guys

Don’t come here without a booking. Your only other option is a counter with stools - fine if you are eat/go. Corned beef sandwich was great. Pickles was great. Chicken soup with dumplings was lovely. However, my chopped liver is better!

Took some time for someone to come to our table to take our order. Once the waiter got to us he was absolutely wonderful and gave us some great recommendations. The Reubens burger comes with salt beef on top of the burger and was absolutely delicious! Will definitely return.

Great option for kosher food in London. I recommend the Reuben sandwich which is double decker sandwich. Pictured in this review is cottage pie, which was good but had more potato than pie. I appreciate the service, which made extra room for us even though we didn't have a reservation.

Arrived not expecting much after a wonderful talk from Nick Mallet, the former South African rugby coach. Restaurant was packed. No tables available. Managed to get two seats at the bar. Made a mistake of ordering the Ruebens Sandwich- had to take half home. Service was quick, friendly even with a busy hungry crowd around

The atmosphere here was simply amazing! I visited on a Tuesday evening and it was ram packed! Ordered the famous salt beef sandwich and I loved it. I must say the service was slow, ONLY because it was busy, but the staff were all very polite and friendly.
