Thank you Dinner Ladies for the amazing food and service for our wedding at London Rowing Club in September. Christabell, Zoe and the entire team made everything stress-free, and many of our guests commented that it was the best wedding breakfast they'd ever had. The flexibility and attention to detail when planning the canape and dinner menu and table settings was excellent. We loved working with Dinner Ladies for a large two day conference for over 350 guests. The team was amazing to work with and the food was incredible. They exceeded our expectations. We look forward to working with them again soon!

In short: Dinner Ladies were a 10/10 outfit and operated flawlessly on the day of our wedding. The food was sublime, the staff couldn't have been friendlier, and everyone was completely on top of the days itinerary. The table service was impeccable, the table decorations were lovely. I really can't fault Lily and her team here - they were amazing. Few highlights: We wanted a very specific (and hard to make) desert from one of our favourite London restaurants. After the first wedding tasting it was not quite right, instead of giving up, Lily took her team to the restaurant itself for a team outing. The team gave it a few more tries and offered a final tasting which was on point. Needless to say the team ended up absolutely nailing it on the day and about 20 of our guests liked it so much they went to the restaurant the next week. The dedication on getting this right for us was very impressive and something very few caterers would have done. The canapés were unbelievable - many of our guests said they were the best ones they have had at a wedding. My favourite were the crab goujons. The starter and the main were also amazing - we did the Burrata to start and the Persian Pulled Lamb as the main. We got married at 100 Barrington; Dinner Ladies clearly know exactly what they are doing - if you book Lily and her team have every confidence they will just deliver flawlessly on the day even though you might be stressed during the build up to your big day. Having never planned a wedding before, and having spent so much I wanted complete confidence that my caterer was on-top of everything. Especially at 100 Barrington given it is a dry-hire venue. In the end I really had nothing to worry about. A message for the the "early 30s / London restaurant foodie / millennial crowd" get these guys to cater for your wedding - you could not make a better choice.

My partner and I went to a supper club run by Dinner Ladies and were blown away by the experience and the exceptional food! We got married a few years later and knew we wanted the team to be part of our day. Our whole experience with them has been fantastic. The team are so warm and accommodating in creating your dream menu. On the day, the service was excellent and the presentation was beautiful. As a bride and groom you can often get left out at the canapé reception but the team made sure we were looked after and headed to us first. The staff were also so warm and welcoming to our guests. The food was absolutely delicious and our guest remarked on it the next day being the best food they'd ever had at a wedding! I was so impressed with the service throughout, the food was set down to guests with incredible poise and at similar times to the whole room and for a reception of 150 it was impressive to have everyone eating at the same time. Dinner Ladies made our big day so special and if you are into your food I would say there is no one better to cater your wedding or event.

Dinner Ladies were fantastic at our daughters wedding I could not fault them in any way .... the food was superb with one guest saying ‘ I have never been to a Michelin star wedding before’, the cocktails were to die for and all the staff were engaging and delightful. Dinner Ladies exceeded our expectations in every way and we cannot thank them enough for making the wedding reception just perfect so we could just enjoy the day !

Hosted a great seafood themed event at London Rowing Club. immaculately presented, the food was well thought out and we were so happy that they were many courses of very small things. There was a drink upon arrival, thumbs up for that! Very glad there was a seating plan, and the decor was really cute. I had expected the event to be inside, but the event was set up outside on the balcony where the breeze caused havoc, the food got cold and the guests were chilly. Glad there were blankets about! 4 stars for food, minus one star for event planning.

Excellent service from start to finish for my 40th birthday party. Zoe and Bex provided lots of ideas for my rooftop party in Uncommon In Liverpool Street. The guests and I really enjoyed the food and the wine went down a treat! I’ll use Dinner Ladies again

We're so grateful we chose Dinner Ladies as our catering company for our wedding! Every element was thought out and they came up with fantastic ideas too! I'm so grateful for the time especially Zoe and Bex that had 100's of emails throughout the year to iron out every detail. Originally when I chatted to Zoe I had the concept roughly; Wes Anderson's Grand Budapest Hotel theme with elements of Vietnamese and Jewish culture woven in but wasn't quite sure how to make our vision a reality. I shared my Pinterest board with some pink and blue inspiration + some more alternative weddings and the Dinner Ladies crew loved it! I loved that Zoe and the crew bounced off ideas with me, and shared lots of versions of ideas for the table settings. They even shared a Lord of the Rings style wedding tablescapes which if you haven't got a theme yet; that's a really beautiful one!! I loved that every part of the planning felt so unique to us, every few weeks new ideas involving our theme like the Mendel's boxes or the pink dessert table of dreams! I think the plates we got were pretty unique, never seen a table spread like it. The canopies were so delicious! A fusion of flavours from Japanese, Vietnamese to Jewish. Each bite was so umami. My personal favourite was the tofu toast, super crisp and juicy at the same time. These were a welcome bite whilst we had a drink and took photos before dinner. All the food was of course incredible, now we might be bias but we're pretty sure it's the best wedding food we've ever had. We went for a tasting which again we would highly recommend; it was like the most romantic cute little date! We tried some of the potential dishes and dinner ladies got it perfect. We really wanted Vietnamese casual plates with a bit of fusion. The aubergine and fish we chose we had so many compliments on, super aromatic and fresh! The bread and miso butter was also delicious and the green bean salad was really fresh and summery. The glassware was magical too, pink glasses pairing nicely with the gold rimmed plates and cutlery. The tablecloths and napkins were perfect too and all very cohesive. Going back to the dessert table, each dessert was so delicious and we had a lot of options which everyone loved!! You could help yourself and there were meringue, shortbread and fruity options. The flavours were amazing and even a couple of friends who attended that are professional pastry chefs were really impressed by the options! Sometimes everyone is too full to eat dessert at weddings but many people said they even went up for a round 2! Lastly for food we also decided to go for some egg fried rice later in the evening. This went down a treat!! The bowls were these adorable pastel blue with little feet and the rice tasted delicious! Just what everyone needed and I couldn't recommend enough to do a late night snack to keep people going. Dinner ladies were also kind enough to recommend the most incredible florist; Emily from Design by Nature! We're so happy we got a recommendation as they worked great together. I still can't believe how smooth and seamless the turnovers were from the ceremony to the dinner to the dance-floor!! Just so smooth and relaxed. Booking dinner ladies for the day was one of our best decisions, everything was taken care of perfectly and we didn't have to worry about anything. They even set up the chairs exactly how we wanted, and the chairs were so comfortable and beautiful! Just the whole wedding was a dream! Just again; thank you so much for making our wildest dreams into a magical reality, every detail was considered and executed to perfection.

I contacted the team to arrange catering for a new location. Dani was absolutely amazing and very responsive. Though in the end we decided not to go with the company they did the homework on the location and were great communicators.

Dinner Ladies catered our wedding at 100 Barrington in Brixton and they were amazing. The food was restaurant standard and we were able to ask for ingredients amendments which went way above our expectations. Our guests loved the food and we got such good feedback. From beginning to end the staff were so thorough, helpful, offered great recommendations and were very patient with us. We couldn't recommend them highly enough, thanks to Christabell, Ieva and the whole team for doing such an incredible job!

We used Dinner Ladies for a 21st birthday party for 35 people at our home. We found the table wear, food (hot buffet) and cocktail bar were all great. The team were prompt and professional. We barely knew they were there, the event went so smoothly. And all the dirty plates, glasses etc were whisked away at the end…perfect. Would definitely recommend.

Dinner Ladies are fantastic! Christabell was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish - answering all of our questions really quickly and being very diligent in doing venue visits and liaising with the event team onsite around logistics. The canapes and mains on the day were spectacular, presented beautifully and Christabell and the team ran the catering side of the day incredibly smoothly. We recently got married and the Dinner Ladies catered our wedding in Brixton, South London. It was without doubt above and beyond what we wanted for the food for our big day - really delicious and beautiful food, attentive and fun / kind service and just created such a wonderful atmosphere. The staff (especially Zoe and Ana) in the lead up to the event and on the day were so helpful - a real joy to work with! Couldn't recommend Dinner Ladies enough! They recently catered for our wedding and the food was simply fantastic. They were easy to work with from start to finish, quickly responding to any changes and arranging a fantastic tasting for us to sample their dishes. The food ended up being a highlight of our wedding and received rave reviews from our friends and family.

Booking Dinner Ladies for our wedding was one of the best decisions we could have made. We couldn’t be happier with the food, the help in planning, the service on the day…everything was impeccable and utterly delicious. Lily, Zoe & Emily were so patient and accommodating with our multiple date changes due to Covid, which we are so grateful for as it made the planning that much less complicated in what were pretty tricky circumstances! From the word go the girls helped us design our ultimate menu and the food, drinks & service on the actual day was everything we had hoped for and more. They all went above and beyond to help us make the day perfect and to allow us to feel relaxed. Zoe helped manage our event for the day and the days leading up to the wedding, she made the whole weekend feel so easy and enjoyable, she effortlessly made everything happen just how we had dreamt it would…somehow knowing what we wanted before we had even thought of it. Almost a month on and we are still getting messages from our friends and family saying how delicious the food was. We couldn’t recommend the Dinner Ladies any higher, what a fab team.

Dinner Ladies came to cater my 30th birthday. From start to finish they were amazing - great communication, brilliant food choices etc. The chef & waitress that came were great, and we didn’t have to think about anything. They helped make the event feel really special. The photos definitely don’t do the food justice, it was delicious.

The Dinner Ladies did the catering for our wedding and I’m not sure that this review will do them justice but will try my best! From start to finish they have been excellent, arranging an at home tasting during the pandemic, being really accommodating with our wedding date moving and extremely patient and encouraging with us changing our guest numbers and food choices. In the end, we worked together to create an incredible bespoke Scottish themed supper which both us and their team were really excited about and went down a storm with our family and friends. They were happy to go with anything we asked for, even giving us chips, cheese and gravy for the late night food (which was big hit with our guests)! Zoe, Lily, Emily and the team work with such energy and enthusiasm. They have a real flair and love of putting interesting, beautiful and delicious dishes together. We have loved attending their supper clubs and this has given us a great opportunity to not only taste more of their amazing food but build a great relationship with them as well. We had the most wonderful experience with Dinner Ladies who catered our wedding to perfection. From start to finish, everyone we spoke to was professional, helpful, responsive, and so so fun! The initial tasting with Ana and Nikika got us incredibly excited for our big day - everything we tried was colourful, thoughtfully presented and most importantly absolutely delicious! The notes we took on the menu were absolutely littered with exclamation marks and hearts - it made it very difficult to choose... Throughout the planning process Zoe was so helpful and all her suggestions for food, service and table settings were so practical and creative. We were supported all the way through with emails and Zoom calls so that we were all on the same page at every step. And a massive thank you to Nikika who came up with a beautiful dessert that was a nod to my husband's childhood! On the day itself, everything was an absolute dream. The tables were incredible, the whole staff team were so friendly (and our guests appreciated the top ups!) Our friends and family are still talking about the canapés which are the best we've ever had - we've even tried to recreate some of them with little success! The margaritas went down an absolute treat and the cheese display will live on long in our memories (and dreams...)
