    22:30 Sat June 2021 Drove in with my motorcycle, near the entrance, was gonna order from the app. 1 McDonald's staff apparently was yelling at me 20 seconds in, while my earphones were on. He came close enough for me to see him, my head was facing down towards my phone. He bothered me, First he thought I was a delivery driver, then he thought I was a CAR and should use the drive, ignored completely that I told him I was ordering from the app. He went inside came back 3 mins later and asked if I had a disabled badge ..... I asked who trained him and for his name, he refused, so I took a few pictures of him. Enjoy! And no, he put me off ordering.

    Went and visited this branch on 13.02.2023. The service is very slow 🐌 the food wasn't that hot after waiting for sure a long time. The restaurant floor was quite clean but as for the toilets they were disgusting I forgot to mention the staff are not accompanying.

    One of the rare McDonald’s with realy hot food! It’s a small branch, but it has a decent sized car park behind it. Electric car changing in the car park too. Food was hot, staff were friendly and willing to help out. Drive through is a little tight if you’re driving a van.

    Arrived at the drive through 45 min before closing time to be told that the kitchen is closed and they are only serving the pre cooked food that they have left Firstly id like to highlight mcdonalds could never be serving food that was made 40 min prior to being orderd (certain they have display times on all food) Secondly from the skittish behaviour displayed it was clear to me that somthing was a miss So i ask for the manager .. .. a man who gave me the name mohammed (pic attached) tries to explain the logic behind the biggest fast food chain in the world choosing to opperate a different set of hours at the kitchen for his singular branch on wandsworth road (lie number 1)… amazed by his what i can only discribe as “utter rubbish” i ask why ive never been told this at the branch before being my local store … mohammed decided to close the window in my face mid centence at this point the another member of staff appears seeing the manner ive been spoken to in and confirms to me that not only is mohammed not the store manager (lie number 2) but that infact they are able to make me whatever id like to order. The constant moving of benchmark’s and shocking customer Service was actually enough to make me write this review and i get it not every time you go to a mcdonalds will they Be able to give you exactly what you want but to allow customers to que then follow up with some weak lie to finish the shift a little earlier whilst preteing to be a senior member of staff is beyond unprofessional -5 stars from me As a side note the kitchen staff at this branch do not wear hair covering nets whilst handeling food and id say about 60/70% of the time attending this branch you end up having to wait 5/10 min in the carpark for your food go be brought out … when it finally is 20/30% of the time an order is incorrect or packed in a rush and spills out in the paper bag Makes me wonder do mcdonalds do random branch audits or use mystery shoppers

    The slowest service I have ever experienced in a McDonald’s. There really seemed no reason for it, plenty of staff and not many customers. It took 20 minutes to get a sausage and egg McMuffin meal and a porridge.

    Placed on order and the second driver went and pick it up and waited 20 minutes to get my order so the delivery time was delayed twice and i will let you know if the food is cold. Contacted restaurant and no answer. Spoke to driver there were no employees at the till to give them the deliveries last time ordering from wandsworth.

    Confirmed closing times are 2 am, though the restaurant closes at midnight!! Refused to take our order at the drive through because we didn‘t have a vehicle. Would’ve been nice to know that before when we still had the chance to grab something to eat in the city center. Now we‘re going to bed hungry. Thanks for nothing!

    By far the worst McDonald’s drive through. I’m so disgusted at the fact that this is the closest McDonald’s to me. The quality is horrible . The service is ridiculous, they always want us to park up at the front. Why can’t you be like Streatham and give us a speedy service where we can pick up our food at the last window? Both managers and colleagues need to customer service training as it’s embarrassing. Do better , Many thanks

    Visited this McDonalds for the second time last night. It was appalling. The service, as before, was slow and completely indifferent and the bins were full to overflowing. The toilets were blocked and the hand dryers didn't work. Stay home, save some money and make yourself a sandwich, is my advice

    This place its a joke. The opening times in the app the restaurants are wrong. Ordered breakfast but because the opening times in the app were wrong I had to wait. After waiting for the restaurant to open and placed the order in the app. The ordered disappeared from their screen. Despite that , i had such a horrible moment with a staff member. She was sooooo rude , kept asking me for my order number. I showed her my order history and the email receipt she still didn't believed me plus she was extremely rude. Honestly , I hope I never see this woman again. Worst service ever.

    I don't know what's wrong with the restaurant in particular, but every time I drive through, the food comes quickly. Every time I sit down inside the restaurant, and order in the self checkout machines or online via the McDonald's app, the food never comes. I just sit for 30,40 minutes watching people come in and out and drivers getting their orders, and only after I go there to ask for my order they always reply "it's being prepared". It's ridiculous. I rather drive another 10 minutes to another restaurant.

    Ordered a meal via the drive through Payed then I was told to park up an they will bring out the food. Waited nearly 30 minutes so I drove back round an asked for a refund. The manager then started raising her voice saying "what did you order" I told her she walked off then a minute later comes back with cash for the refund. I told her I paid on my card could it go back onto my card she looked me in the eyes an said "take your money" I did not want the confrontation so I took the cash a drove off. People like this should not be in a mangers position let alone represent a company no manners no managing skills don't know how to talk/deal with people. Staff there are absolutely useless. They need to get rid of some and replace with decent ones.

    I've never been told their ice cream machine is broken! you know how rare that is??? if that does not deserve a FIVE STAR review I don't know what will! Great job of keeping the ice machine running everyday!

    My review is just my experience with the store the food was fine and the atmosphere was good I went there during a busy hour I understand but then again there is customer service . It’s a fast food chain and they will have a time limit to serve each customer I waited 35 and I just order 3 burgers . I went to the pickup window thrice coz my order number never came up on the screen and I asked everyone no one gave me a proper response and I stood there for 30 mins and later when I got fed up went to the pickup window and they told me they called my order number 3 times which they never did but I can’t blame them maybe I was distracted . But the thing is they should have responded me properly when I went to find my order status they never said anything poor customer service

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MCDONALD'S. They will regularly miss items from your order and have been told by deliver drivers that the staff are rude and don't want to listen to questions about the orders. I have even received orders of just a pot of tomato ketchup with the entire meal missing. It's like someone there is deliberately trying to mess with your day, whoever it is needs to get fired.

    Hello, after the renovation of the restaurant the app still says closes at 01:59 for online orders. But then when you are about to pay it says it opens at 6am. So what’s going on? Are you fixing online ordering? Or are you changing the closing time to the actual time you guys stop serving? Btw it’s only 00:23.

    A pitiful McDonald’s. Had to wait over 25mins for a Big Mac and a couple of cheeseburgers, and when we finally got the food it was cold. Wasn’t even that busy! Had this happen a few times, wouldn’t recommend if you’re in a rush 🫠

    Worst McDonald's I have ever had will never go there again. The vanilla milkshake was watery, did not taste like a McDonald's milkshake at all. I remember when McDonald's milkshakes used be so thick you could not even drink it through a straw. My big Mac was also cold. Overall terrible experience.

    It closes at 12. They haven't updated their Google page. We arrived after and they said we could order collection to the front of the store. We ordered two drinks and a medium chips. It took 25-30 minutes to come. Such a waste of time

    Got the chicken legend burger and the actual chicken tasted either raw or just fake couldn't quiet understand it was weird to be honest but all I know is the bun also is just so thick and dense and they don't put enough sauce inside either it was dry a waste of money honestly I ended up throwing the burger away my hubby had the Italiano he liked it so there's a positive feedback and my daughter had nuggets they w ere good and she liked them .me personally MacDonald staff cooks whichever or both need to really put more heart into cooking/ preparing the food .

    Waited 33 mins to get an email confirmation to say my order is cancelled. Absolutely BAD SERVICE. Could have checked before accepting the order, taken off from your menu Or given a refund for that item and still sent the rest. Rather have something to eat then not 😒🙈

    Flew through on our drive back from the theatre as child was hungry (for a change). The chips were the best I've ever had from any McDonald's. Not sure what you guys are doing in there but share with the rest of the McDonald's franchise, particularly the one in Paignton Devon as their chips are always cold and tasteless! The chips were hot, but not annihilate your mouth to destruction, salted perfectly AND tasted of potatoes! Who knew this could be achieved by McDonald's? It can, it's a revelation which they must create in all branches! Go on McDonald's you can do this!

    Closed before time every day, i went at 00:15 and they told me they closed early, waste of time, if you are not going to comply with the schedule please change it at the door and at google please, eveey day they have a diferent closing time.

    Today, I ordered on the app again. They scrubbed the order as the person in from had two orders one car. The young man was clearly new and inexperienced. His manager was shouting at him which was horrible to hear and witness. There was a lady who was hearing impaired and tapping him and signing at him. And I personally would not like my colleague to be tapping me at all. They argued amongst themselves, all while I waited. I respect the young man so much for not losing his cool. He was the only one concerned about the fact I am waiting for my food and have paid for a service undelivered. The food when received was cold. I ask for fresh fries and received this. But my Big mac was so soggy its sitting in the bag with the fries. Horrible end to a lovely Saturday night. Bottom line is terrible customer service and a soggy burger please see attached.     This place is disgusting. Hair in my food and what looked like some black tar substance I could not indentify on the bun. Called to ask for help and they told me to go the website. I feel physically sick. Felt like I was talking to a machine that had no concept of human emotion or empathy.

    Be prepared to spend at least 20 mins minimum waiting for your food if not using the drive-thru. Kitchen is very busy. Drive thru always a "park and wait for your order" situation. Staff seem to be cool but are great at ignoring complainers.

    My recent visit to this McDonald's left me quite disappointed with the service provided. While I understand that staff diversity is important, I was concerned about the slow service during my visit. The waiting times were unusually long, and when I inquired about the status of my order, I received vague responses indicating uncertainty about when it would be ready. This lack of clarity and efficiency was frustrating.

    By far the worst McDonald I've had the displeasure of visiting. After completing a 10k Run with family and friends we were really excited to treat ourselves to our favourite fast food chain. This excitement quickly diminished as soon as we began interacting with the staff here. Pulling up in the drive through we could already hear the pandemonium in the kitchen. The staff member taking our order was having a really hard time taking our order for some reason despite our order being pretty basic. After placing our order we proceeded to spend the next 20 minutes turning away incorrect orders from the same confused member of staff. There is apparently no ticket system in place in this McDonald, with staff seemingly guessing orders. The lady kept asking what we order and then responding with the incorrect order, she seemed pretty certain we had ordered a "Big Mac only Cheese" and persisted with this item for a while. At one point the staff member asked us where the person who ordered the "Big Mac no cheese" went". She eventually told us to park up while she looked for our order, another major problem because there is literally no space to park up. Cars just eventually end up blocking the exit while orders are being processed. After final receiving our order we realised after more than 20 minutes of waiting, they had forgotten my apple pie. I had to stomach the indignity of leaving my car to walk in to the shop to claim my apple pie. The travesty is that the place was not even busy, just full of clueless staff. This place is truly a customer service monstrosity.

    This is literally the amount for large fries. Does the person who works here all have a terrible day? I can’t imagine whoever it is can work there. I’m looking forward to just a large pack of hot crunchy fries whole day but look at what I get!
