Had to eat as EVERY Train in Euston DELAYED!! You know that feeling that you get when no route to get home seems easy...I had that one! Went walk about but liked the look of Cafe Rouge. Sat in a corner expecting Station Food - poor service and overpriced everything. I was right on the price - but surprisingly I loved it. The Burger was expensive but God I cleaned the plate. I WANTED CHOCOLATE Browned and they had it. Best waitress ever - not imposing but attentive. Probably the best meal I've had in a year. Overpriced? Probably. But this is the surprising bit - I'd do it again tomorrow! Yeh who would have guessed that! I don't know how much they pay for a waitress or how much they pay their chief- but it's not enough! Lovely food totally surprised! If your stuck at Euston with no where to go, then go here.... If I wasn't such a coward and about 20 years too late, I'd have asked her name! Anyway I digress, lovely place to spend time when you have a lot of time...nice beer, nice food, great service and a pleasant experience. Highly reccomended.

If I can pick zero star, I will. Absolutely the English big breakfast was poor as bacons were not properly pan-fried. Food was cold. Avocado & poached eggs were slightly better. Generally food was very sub-standard. Literally there was lack of service & staff was not attentive. Besides, I could find better value for breakfast even at pubs nearby.

Super rude staff, would not recommend! I asked to use the toilet before being seated and was told very snippishly that it's for customers only. After assuring her several times that I WILL order after having used the bathroom, she finally allowed me to use it, after treating me to a heavy sigh and over-acted eyeroll. I get it, it's a busy restaurant at a busy station, they probably have a lot of people wanting to just quickly use the toilets, but that's no reason to treat customers so disdainfully. I thought it would surely get better once I sat down and ordered, but I was wrong. She continued being quite rude to me and eventually plopped a torn up pain au raisin in front of me. It took me several minutes to get her attention to finally pay and leave. I'm definitely not coming back here.

At 8am the waiting staff were positive and visibly happy. Good positive vibe. Eggs royale tasty with decent fresh salmon. Good experience. 10/10 for staff, 10/10 food and 10/10 for cleanliness. Not bad for a mainline station restaurant..

We got our food real quick and even if it looked quite loveless on its plate it tasted very good. I had a bread with avocado and egg, my wife a cheese toast with ham. They don't have any fancy drinks like smoothies e.g., just the standards (coffee, juice, etc.). Prices are okay.

Restaurant has a very nice vibe, Ordering was crazy fast and the food was delivered to our table just as fast. When the Waiter Made a mistake he came with a solution and in no time the tasty solution was standing on our table.

Cute, cosy coffee shop, ideal while waiting for your train. The atmosphere is nicer than your regular train station coffee shop and the staff has been very helpful :) The trains timetable inside the shop is very practical. I've seen the staff clean the surfaces as soon as a client leaves.

Always friendly staff and much quicker than Nandos In the evening and good choice of red wines. I had the Haddock Monte Carlo which was tasty but would recommend ordering some vegetables too. Good choice if your in a rush for the train, can usually get seated served and eat in 45mins

The initial waiter was lovely and friendly as I walked in. He told me it will be a few minutes as he needs to clean the table. Then a rude woman waitress came and told me I can't sit at the table until my friend arrives. I told her the man waiter is cleaning my table. He then took me to it and apologised for her rude behaviour. The woman waitress shouted to the man waiter that my friend has to fine in a few minutes. I had the new salmon, my friend had the beef burger with sweet potato fries and we shared haloumi fries. All food was delicious. I would give 5* if it wasn't for the woman waitress

It was nice and cosy, since it's right outside Euston station , It is understandable. Other Cafe rouge have been a little bit more spacious and offer the afternoon tea for two or four. Not this one. Otherwise it is lovely to have a quick tea before you catch your train. Also there is a screen display for departures inside the restaurant. To make sure you do not miss your train.
