Lovely meal well made. Very busy place with lots of space for eat in and many taking away. Toilet available. Wheel chair accessible. Along the street so didn’t notice any parking. My order was ready within 15 min. Great menu too

The place was almost full when visited, once entered we got seated immediately. The staff was very friendly. We received our meals fast, it was perfect, tasty, just how we like it. The only negative is that when I asked for straw the lady told me they run out, which is not acceptable on Friday night.

We were there in the evening for dinner. We got seated in few minutes even though it was pretty busy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Once you are seated, you simply scan qr code put your order online. Easy and fast. I ordered chicken thighs with sides, it was tasty. I recommend you to check the spicemeter though. I couldn’t go past 2 points as a spice lover myself, it can go really hot very quick. You won’t regret it!

Perhaps, just not my kind of food. Taking into account the amount of positive reviews, the efficiency of the order process, and prices - I had higher expectations for the food. Naturally, your mileage may vary. I will look for other places to dine.

Just around the corner from Doubletree Hilton, we were walking by and decided to eat very early dinner at 3 PM, so we wouldn't have to go back out, jet lagged and all from our trip from our home in Las Vegas. Even at this time, the place had several tables filled, but plenty of space to sit inside or out (it was too cold). My wife and I each had a quarter chicken, but with only the mildest spice rating, we should have gotten a little hotter. Chicken was juicy and tender, but a little more spice would be better, even for myself, I am not a spicy food lover, or my stomach isn't :-). I had chips, nothing special there, but we both had corn on the cob sides and the ears of corn were large and very very good. If I lived here, I definitely would go back. Place was clean, well kept, particularly for a "sort of fast food joint", well lite and they cleared away you plates for you.!

It was fine. Nothing special. Overall the food and service was good but nothing memorable. Place was clean and staff was helpful. The food was served quickly and presented well. Just didn’t have much flavor unless you added more sauce which there was many different types and options to choose from. But felt a little like the sauce was the only flavor. Overall I could go again just don’t expect anything to wow you.

Nice and cosy place to eat in or take away. friendly staff and all the tasty flavours of Nados Restaurant. Would recommend this place for quick bite and easy access to London Victoria Station.

Busy Nando's close to Victoria Station. We were ushered to table for two, which was a bit small. Staff were very helpful and the food was the usual good value and quality.

Excellent service. The deco was lovely and warm. The food was really good with so many variety of sauces to go with. We were there very late at 10pm and even though they closed at 10.30pm, they were happy to sit us dining in. Many other restaurants nearby although closes at 11pm, the kitchen were already close by 10pm and would not even let us in. Would definitely dine in there again hopefully earlier next time.

Very delicious food and friendly service. I had the boneless chicken thighs, spicy rice and coleslaw, finished off with a warm chocolate pudding. All was very good. Music a bit loud, but all in all a very nice experience.

The food in Nando’s Is always so savoury and delicious but this branch got that environmental appeal from inside out so it is a great place for having lunch at a rush hour..!

Had the hot churrasco flavour wings and it was sooo good. Also the peri peri mac and cheese is my favourite thing ever

The food scratches that itch when you're looking for some tasty chicken and sides. The chicken breast was a bit dry, but tasted great. Everything is clean, the service is good, and the decor is nice - not much to complain about!

The food here is always good. Had a couple of lads taking care of me that afternoon with a great attitude and friendliness. I think the half chicken meal with rice and chips at 13 pounds is worth it. Will always come back as I am from this area. Atmosphere is nice too.

Really decent loaded chips. I was waiting 20 minutes before I went up and apparently my order hadn't gone to the kitchen. They made it pretty quickly though after that though it was nearly closing time. Better than what you can get at Nandos in Australia.

So I think going to a lot of Nando's in the past and every time I go to the one with this current Patro resides is always very welcoming, professional, clean and service is top notch, but she I go back to the previous restaurants that used to run they always seem to be run down. I'm just wondering why she hasn't moved up further than being a patro. Maybe someone in head office has not heard of diversity inclusion! I went into Nando's the other day, and I created three sauces with what was available to me; I have to say they were really banging, and I ate it for the first time with the great limitator wrap. It was nice and didn't have any meat. Hope somebody doesn't try to steal my idea hint, hint nudge nudge. 😘

Food was good but the staff couldn’t care less and that really affected our experience. Wish the ordering was done through staff only so they could put more effort into working (tips=quality service).

I don't recommend this branch- when we were seated, the waiter told us to order via the QR code and walked off without even offering us to order with him. After ordering, no one brought us glasses for our bottomless drinks and had to go ask for them at the counter once our food was served. Ordered skin-on chicken thighs with fries, they were tiny and the skin wasn't crispy. The fries were kinda cold. When they were about to close, one of the waiter took the bottle of sauce we had on the table without even asking, and upon confrontation, he didn't even give it back.

I don't like this Nandos. This is the third time I eat in here and it's a mess. Staff seem not to care and behave like they own the shop. No soft drinks, food took ages, seat in here if you want, front of the door, right close to it, otherwise I have no place (even though there were some free tables) I guess they wanted to fill bad tables. Las time I had chipped glass, now they had dirty ones . You couldn't walk to get water on them whiskey glasses (they had no jugs) as the passage between tables were full of stuff.

Staff were friendly just a little tired maybe, did feel slightly sorry for the people waiting on their food which was sitting on the hatch for at least 10mins (that's how long from ordering to get our food). It wasn't that busy, staff cleaning tables as soon as customers left. My boy enjoyed his meal apart from the massive tomato which was nearly as big as the bun, peri and normal chips were really hot which was a bonus as we hate warm chips

We went for a dinner. We are impressed from all people working there and especially Angel. She welcomed us with a very warm and positive attitude. We were not sure what to order - Angel was kind and patience and recommended great food. It was big pleasure to meet such a wonderful person with great smile and attitude. Thank you Angel for being so professional, kind and positive.

A very disappointing experience last night, it took a while to be seated, and then when someone came to seat us the table was still dirty so had to be cleaned before we could sit down (there were no plates etc left on the table just one single ketchup bottle so it had been a while since someone had left). We decided we would order through the app rather than queue up and so ordered our drinks, food and desserts all in one. Our glasses came very quickly but unfortunately one of the main meals was significantly delayed in coming compared to the other 3 and it just happened to be the child who was left waiting. The food was good definitely up to the Nando's standard, however after finishing our main meal we waited 40 mins and no desserts came and no one came to clear our plates. Eventually we had to go up to the counter where the woman said "oh sorry we forgot about it" then promptly put on her coat and left. It was another 5 minutes before someone came over to inform us one of the desserts was no longer in stock (it was available on the app when I ordered so clearly they had some at the time but the delay in bringing it out had meant they'd run out). It was another 10 minutes before the other desserts finally arrived and the waitress attempted to put them down next to all our food plates that still hadn't been cleared away. When we asked her to please clear the table before putting our desserts down she just huffed walked away then came back and started clearing the table muttering under her breath about how they're very busy right now. I don't accept being busy as an excuse to slack and be lazy, every work place gets busy it doesn't mean you don't do your job, if the team are incapable of pulling together and pushing through the busy periods then they need re-training. You're in the restaurant business it's going to constantly be busy the attitude was unacceptable and it left a bad impression on the restaurant.

Just everything you'd expect from Nando's. The food was great, very well cooked and presented. Portion sizes were on the small size for what I'm used to, but nothing a couple of extra sides diddnt solve. Price was decent for London prices. The phone ordering system is super efficient and I really enjoyed using it rather than having to catch the attention of the waiting staff. Service staff were nice and friendly.

Nando’s is the easiest place to grab a delicious charbroiled chicken. I buy Nando’s peri-peri often for home. But I prefer dining at a Nando’s restaurant in the UK.
