This was our first experience with Sona Tours and we loved every second. Our family members regularly go with them so we thought to give them a go for a different experience. We went on the Floriade and Tulips of Holland 4 day tour to celebrate our dad's 70th birthday and thanks to Sona Tours, we have created some special memories that we will always cherish. The food and hotel choices were great. The guide service and driver service were on point, always thinking about us and going the extra mile to keep us entertained. The weather turned out to be great for an added bonus so we could enjoy the Tulips. There were also a lot of free extras thrown in as we had time to do additional excursions in addition to the itinerary. We also had time to ourselves for personal shopping. I recommend Sona to everyone because you will not be disappointed. We will definitely book with Sona again and will recommend to our friends and family.

Unfortunately it wasn't a very good experience for my parents - they did the Snowdonia (Wales) tour and spent 3/4time travelling on the coach back & forth. They did not do the Snowdonia railway which was the highlight of the tour as they were told the weather was bad. (It was a bright sunny day) However when I called Snowdonia railway to check their customer service assistant mentioned otherwise and that they do update their website if bad weather conditions and trains had to be cancelled. On multiple requests Sona tours have failed to provide me with evidence of cancellation. The other group members were also very disappointed and also Indian food is advertised but to your dismay you will be told the booking was done for 9:30pm - unfortunately we finished our day early so we will take you to Pizza hut. So be cautious of this. £360 per person is not worth the trip :-(

We opted for Sona Tours for our Schengen visa services/application, and we are extremely grateful that we did, especially with the assistance of Mr. Vaibhav. We took the 4 days Scotland Highlands tour in August 2023(17th - 20th). It's one of the most basic tours with no basic facilities in the bus like WiFi, charging points, refreshment/water facility on the coach and the restricted use of toilet. We were not provided with the tour manager contact details or the bus information before the onset of the journey. Cable car in Ben Nevis was cancelled due to weather issues but there was no alternative arranged and we ended up wasting half a day. We were charged extra for boat ride in Loch Lomond which could have been adjusted with cancelled Cable car in Ben Nevis. Tour manager and Bus Driver - The tour guide was polite and hospitable. She was taking care of everything and keeping us informed. She even arranged very good quality Shortbread to us with discounted rate. However there was minimal entertainment throughout the trip except on the last day. The knowledge and the commentary on the tour was not upto the mark. The driver drove safely and maintained the timings. Hotel - They had promised 3 star similar to Holiday Inn but the facilities were otherwise. The rooms were very basic with dim lights and no facilities like water bottle, phone to reach out to reception. They had desk fans and WIFI provided. Every night after the journey we had to rush back to reception for enabling our room cards. The breakfast was hot and fresh continental range but same for all 3 days. Pros and Star Points of the entire tour- The Indian dinner was the highlight and satisfactory point. Safe coach journey with good driver and tour manager. Good Shortbreads arranged by the tour Manager. She also suggested honestly where to buy souvenirs or good items. This trip is perfect to have a sightseeing experience from the coach with awesome dinner buffet. Otherwise I would not recommend it.

I called their customer service number, got Rita on the phone who simply directed me to their website. She didnt sound very helpful nor interested. Would recommend Star tours instead just because their customer service personnel, patiently offered all details over the phone call.

Scotland 4 days tour. We booked the tour from India, but did not have any idea about quality. But we found it amazing. The whole tour was very meticulously planned, punctuality was maintained, hotel accommodation as well as food was very good. The tour incharge was very well informed, caring, very nice person and respectable. Fellow tourists, though most of them were locals, were also very nice and cooperative. It was wonderful experience, very much worth the cost of tour. We would like to go again with them in future too. We hope to get similar services.

Our first cruise just great. From the start Jesal and Ritaben were always approachable by phone . Zoom meeting helped to sort out the queries. Hetal Vyas , our tour guide and a very lovable person made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey to best of her ability. Planning our next holiday with them again!

This was my first time travelling with sona tours, very well organised tours, delicious food and very friendly chefs. Will diffently travel again with Sona tours. Thank you for the amazing memories in Iceland.

Amazing trip although the weather didn't exactly play out in our favour.All the necessary steps were taken for our safety by the very experienced driver cum guide. We were very lucky to see the Northern Lights on the first night. The food was just mouth watering done under supervision of Rajubhai and his team. The menus just kept on getting better every day. Hetal, Divya and Jessal were there as excellent guides and supporters. We had a brilliant time and would love to cover it over summer to see the Birdlife of Iceland especially the Puffins. Missed the glacier experience though. Kalika Shah

Amazing Rockies & Akaska Tour with Chetan Shah. Chetan looked after our every need and made our tour stress free, informative and enjoyable. His motto: Maja karo made this possible at every attraction. Saw many out of the usual tourist spots which normally one would not venture to see. Hotel checkins and outs were super quick and easy. His choice of restaurants were enjoyed by all. Thank you Chetan for the masala chai which kept us going. This was our first group tour and we are glad we chose Sona Tours for it. Hopefully, we will have many wonderful tours with Sona Tours. Thank you.

We all senior citizens, ladies went to Bali in Sept 2023 and we had a great time. Despite the food was not to our expectations but Sona tours changed the menus to Indian food which made us feel like not missing home. They had chosen great hotels with amazing breakfast menu. The itinerary with all the sight seeings went smoothly. The local guide was very helpful but had a mix English which confused us but gave us a laugh. Will recommend Sona tours for Bali tour.

We took the 4 days Scotland Highlands tour in August 2023(17th - 20th) and by end of fourth day we realised that Sona travels had arranged a bus travel for 4 days with few sightseeing spots. One of the most basic tours with no facilities in the bus. No WiFi, no charging points and even the toilet had restricted use with zero water facilities. Coming to the tour itinerary - the first day started with a delay of 1 hour. We were not provided with the tour manager contact details and no bus information. Cable car in Ben Nevis was cancelled due to weather issues but there was no alternative arranged. What a shame! Extra charge for boat ride in Loch Lomond. Edinburgh castle visit was arranged on a festival day which made the entire sightseeing very stressful and delayed. Most of the spots were just shown from outside or while being inside the bus. One of the worst tour experiences. Last day ended worst with no sufficient stops for toilets. Tour manager - The tour guide/manager had zero knowledge about these historical beauties. She barely knew anything about the city or any basic information. She was polite and hospital. However there was zero entertainment throughout the trip. It expected that when we are given some positive experience. The only positives were the dinner for first two nights and the driver....who drove very safe and maintained the timings. Hotel - As promised 3 star it was not even a budget stay. The rooms were very basic with no facilities like water bottle, phone, AC or cleaning of sheets. We had request for towel change. Only positive was the breakfast....hot and fresh continental range. I will never recommend this travels to anyone. It's a waste of money experience wise.

We were really happy to be on the Scotland 4 day tour. The guide, Dhyan was very friendly and had a good knowledge of the places that we visited. In addition we made some new friends.

My experience with Sona tour Scotland 4 days was awesome. Everything was well planed and organised. Our tour guide manager sabah and driver mark were really nice persons. Sabah is so cute and caring girl who looked after everyone, she always keeps smiling and keep informing the group about each and every historical facts. We had perfect and comfortable stay in Holiday Inn. And Indian dinner was the best part of this tour. Our Co travellers were so nice that we felt like travelling with family. Thank you Sona tour and sabah for making our trip amazing, memorable and full of fun.I must recommend Sona tour.

Our 4 days tour of Scotland Highland from 4-7 August 2022 was very enjoyable trip. Jesal Travel consultant made our booking very efficiently and provided great tips and guidance with great knowledge. Sabah and Chandni our tour guides were very well organised, courteous and great fun. We also had very safe and professional coach driver Mark. The itinerary was followed on time and the Holiday Inn was very good place to stay for 3 nights in Glasgow. Also choice of Indian Restaurant for dinner was very nice and also in Edinburgh we had outstanding restaurant with superb delicious food. Overall an excellent service from all Sona Tours team. A tour that I would recommend.. coach drive was smooth, and tour guide very informative and helpful.. giving us lots of insights throughout the tour. We saw many places in a short time giving us a snapshot of all the various places that we visited.. only thing I would change is the venue for our first meal.. it was shoddy and felt unkept.. food was ok; however, the following meals made up for the first poor experience.. recommend the trip any time!

I travelled after 5 years and really had great time seeing Peak District and Lake District. It was well organised and they took us to Jain Ashram (Jain Derasar) which was not included in our itenary. It is a very beautiful Derasar which most of them did not know. We all had a good time and bonus was a warm weather in September! Thank you Divya Kumar and Hetal ben. The Driver Adam was very good and flexible with the timings.

Me and my family went on the 4 day Scotland highland trip on 10th to 13th August. Our tour manager was Sabah and driver was Mark. This trip was an absolute amazing experience and I loved every moment of it. Sabah was an excellent tour guide who kept us all entertained and informed and she took really good care of us all. Due to her organisation, we saw alot of places such as Edinburgh Castle, The Kelpies and Gretna green, and we could see extra places too. The hotel was good too with good continental breakfast every morning. If anyone is looking to book with Sona Tours for the Scotland trip do not hesitate!

We had a fantastic 3 days tour of Peak and Lake district. Our group was all members of Oshwal UK. Our tour guides Diviya Kumar and Hetal were very caring, warm, and mixing with all. Even they took us to couple of extra locations which were not part of our itinerary. Overall, we all had good laugh and fun throughout the trip. Will definitely recommend Sona tours to others.

Just settling back from a wonderful holiday at the Maasai Mara. We really enjoyed our holiday and saw lots of game, including many lions, leopards and Cheetahs. We stayed at the Mara Sarova Lodge, and we really thank Mr Mohammed Tadicha, who went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and made us feel at home, Mr Douglas Bigege, the chef, who prepared world class delicious cuisines, and Mr Nicholas Sapur, who really looked after us in the club lounge, and ensured we had the best comforts, and were served in time. These 3 gentlemen were very friendly, and as guests, we can say they went the extra mile, to provide excellent customer service. Went into star tours with my mother to inquiry about Spain trip for December. Extremely rude staff and not a welcoming atmosphere. Then went to talk about Japan and Bali for 2024 and persistent rude replies. I was planning to go with sona tours but customer service was very poor.

There are minor issues which can be improved.
