The seats are not comfortable and need refurbishment. Seats make quite a bit of noise when you move around, and seats are packed with dust it’s like a biohazard. Avoid if you can! I can’t quite stress how bad the seating positioning is, and it hurts your back! This place shouldn’t be open, and one of their screens is so small and they charge standard fee for it’ Overall much better to find near by other cineworld..

Good selection of recently released films. The snack has a variety of sweets and treats however it is extremely expensive. The theatre is very cold and looks like it never gets cleaned. The rubbish is piled all over the place and bins were jammed full.

We went there in night movie show. The place is nice. Movie is also nice. Prices are little over the neck, but it's ok. Lots of parking area. Today we watched a Punjabi movie Rakh Honsla 😀.

We had travelled miles to be at the cinema for Valentine’s day and, as my boyfriend had just moved to London and decided to leave my Cineworld card he usually *always* has in his wallet at his dad’s house, we had no choice but to show a photo of my card. Despite the person on the ticket scanner saying “no, we won’t let you in”, the manager let us in, which we greatly appreciated. I will say, considering the guy working the ticket scanner had to run between posts to serve customers on either side, they’re slightly understaffed, or could do with spreading out staff. The screen was also not cleaned beforehand, meaning there was rubbish from the group before us, something I’ve never seen in my history of going to Cineworld.

One of the older Cineworlds in south west London location. This cinema needs an uplift with its seating style and decor. The cinema theatre seems more of a 90s hall rather than than of 2020s and needs to be mordernized. The seats specially, which are not comfortable, dusty with little leg space. I have been going to this cinema for 10-12 years now and haven't seen any mordernization in this past decade.

The cinema was alright nothing spectacular but it was okay. The screen was good as was the sound. Service was good . I'm only giving it 4 stars because I went for Jurassic World Dominion in 4DX and the seats were rocking so hard that people were almost catapulting off them. Had popcorn fly over my head all the time but I guess that's to be expected. If they'd tone down the seats motion a bit it would have been much more fun and pleasant experience.

The building is literally in good location surrounding by many commercial shops like Burger King, Pizza Hut etc. Theatre has good parking space, good maintenance of interior but still they can improve in terms of cleanliness. Inside theatre not much amused over the sound acoustics. Snacks are over priced, try to take from outside for the budget people.

Cineworld Feltham is my go-to spot for an exceptional movie-watching experience. Situated conveniently in Feltham, it's easily accessible and offers a fantastic selection of films for all tastes. Here's why I keep coming back: Firstly, the facilities are top-notch. The theaters are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with high-quality sound and visuals, ensuring an immersive viewing experience. Plus, the seats are incredibly cozy, making long movie sessions a breeze. The staff at Cineworld Feltham are always friendly and helpful. Whether you need assistance with ticketing or snacks, they're there to lend a hand with a smile. Their excellent customer service adds to the overall enjoyment of the visit. One of the highlights of Cineworld Feltham is its diverse range of movies. From the latest blockbusters to indie gems, there's something for everyone. And with regular screenings and special events, there's always something new and exciting to see. Let's not forget about the snacks! The concession stand offers a variety of delicious treats, from classic popcorn and candy to gourmet options. And the prices are reasonable, so you can indulge without breaking the bank. Parking is ample and convenient, making it easy to get in and out without any hassle. Plus, the location is surrounded by other amenities, so you can make a day out of your trip to Cineworld Feltham. Overall, Cineworld Feltham is a fantastic cinema with excellent facilities, friendly staff, and a wide selection of movies. Whether you're a casual moviegoer or a film buff, it's the perfect place to catch the latest flicks. Highly recommended!

Mixed Experience with Unique Offerings Having visited Cineworld Cinema Feltham multiple times, my overall experience has been a mix of positives and negatives. While the screen quality left much to be desired, with lights that remained undimmed during the film, I found the range of food options in and around the cinema to be quite good. Additionally, the cinema offers ample car parking space, which is convenient. One standout feature of this cinema is its regular screening of movies from the southern part of India. As a fan of South Indian cinema, I appreciate having a dedicated space in London to enjoy these films. While improvements in screen quality and light management are needed, Cineworld Cinema Feltham remains a worthwhile option for those seeking a unique cinematic experience and the opportunity to watch movies from the vibrant South Indian film industry.

Most of the seats need to be replaced. Some of the staff find rude, not even bother to lift the scanner to scan the ticket unhygienic toilets. Not so good choices of snack. Yuph! Decent variety of ice cream. And yes, prepare for long queues in half time. Good luck.

Had gone to watch 4D movie Elemental with two families. Very nice experience, not crowded at all, seats were good and also the sound quality. Apart from buying tickets at the counter, there are 3 kiosks from where you can buy the tickets. However the tickets are more cheaper on their online App inspite of paying 95p booking fee per ticket. You have good option of drinks, popcorns, ice creams. Ample space to park and also surrounded by Pizza Hut & Burger King. Ten Pin is just next door, if you plan to spend the whole day out. Students get circa 10% discount and children up to the age of 15 get 25% discount. No ticket bookings on the phone.

Don't go with any explanations. It's an average theater, The sound system not too good and the seating is worse than Other Cineworlds I'm visited.!

Visited for the first time since COVID and screen 4 smelled of stale beer and the seats caved in as we sat down. We've going to this cinema since it first opened in the 90's, but you can tell it hasn't been updated since as it's very dated and definitely in need of modernizing. Tickets are cheaper online and there's a booking fee; however when buying inside the cinema, tickets cost £1 more each so price worked out near enough the same. Toilets are the same as they've been for years and could also do with updating but there are lots of cubicles and not the worst I've seen. I've given this experience 2 stars because the location is decent, car park is good and spacious and free. With a little bit of updating this cinema could easily reach it's former glory days!

This is one of the old Cineworld cinemas in London I guess. Screens are close to the audience and seating is not in a high area like we all are used to. But they do have many movies available and staff and facilities are also good. Have a great amount of parking area outside the cinemas.

I cannot praise the staff I spoke to last night highly enough. They were all so helpful going above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed our experience, especially the manager Debbie. Thank you all so much.

No milk for milkshakes, old and very uncomfortable seats. Rubbish still in and around the seats. Cup holders sticky. Won’t be back. Other Cineworld’s are so much better.

Basically normal cinema, but the staff where is food area is really dreadful and not knowing what they do. One of the staff, receiving from us 1 star for customer service - Stephanie - was serving us and unfortunately she didn't hear what we wanted: we asked her not to put cider into a cup, just open the bottle and don't open small can what we purchased there as we want to take it inside cinema hall, but yet she done both of things and both were put into a plastic cup so we had hard time to get everything together. Next time try to listen to your customers and don't be distracted by something else, and if you are not hearing properly ask politely the customer to repeat request and not say "yes, okay"...

Really alright but unfortunately whatever you buy is super ultra mega hyper expensive. The rooms are clean but they could be better. Toilets are clean. Another big plus about this theater 🎥 is the free parking. The staff is helpful and polite.

Still being conscious of mixing with too many people I went for an afternoon showing, where it was fairly empty and as i had booked on line the whole process of getting in went very smoothly. Didn't have a lot of interaction with the staff but those that I did were friendly enough. For me it made me feel more comfortable and would certainly go again for the afternoon slot.

The seating placement is an issue. If you sit to the left, you are totally across the screen and there are a few lights on which kind of distract viewing especially if you are at the seats behind. Also, for some reason there is no partition in toilet and the WC is only one on each side of the reception and that too the door does not get locked. Compared to other Cineworld theatres, in this Feltham theatre, I did not feel comfortable.

Went to watch a movie in 3DX. Fantastic effects. Total effects. The seat moves. It rains, wind blows, there is light effects. You feel the punches as it happens on the screen. I loved it. Action movies should be watched here.Toddlers are not allowed due to the seat movement.

Only plus here is free parking but that’s the retail park not the cinema. Cinema has not been refurbished ever, seats are louder than the movie, screens are not as bright or as loud as you would expect for a cinematic Cineworld experience. The cinema lobby is basic and the toilets are shocking. Staff are polite but you can tell they have had enough of the 420 loving movie goers. Will stick to my local cinema.

Screen 10 absolutely freezing!!!! Would have left Immediately if it wasn't for the fact we'd just spent £20 on tickets to watch the film. Seats so uncomfortable, totally out dated compared to other venues, fold down seats that don't stay down you constantly feel like your being pushed upwards. Hadn't been cleaned from the previous film so rubbish and mess everywhere. Final straw was a group of lads turning up 40 mins in to the film clearly hadn't paid just in for a jolly. Phone torches shining across the screen, laughing and chatting non stop. Completely ruined the experience. Had to leave at that point. Total waste of money. Vue cinema every time from now on, wouldn't get this there! Outdated Joke!

I went to watch Avatar in 4DX 3D and it was phenomenal. The experience was amazing and I would recommend to families and friends. The only issue was that the seats did leave you feeling a bit sore, however, the service was great, and they were really patient.

Worst cinema I've been to, ever. This is a poor excuse of a cinema. They are charging £10 a ticket for a severely outdated screen (screen 12). The screen had marks on it and they've not bothered to clean it. The volume was too low to enjoy for a cinema experience. Both the video and audio quality just don't stack up to vue or other cinema quality, this is massively outdated. The seats must be 15+ years old with marks all over them and you can see rust within the bolts and fixings. I stopped going to this years ago but made the mistake of revisiting - never again.

Happy with customer service, Good parking space. But the problem is seats are not comfortable, there’s no legroom and some seats are making squeaky noise. Screens are very small and the projection was very poor(Projection was not covering the whole screen and was not aligned properly), lights are not dimmed properly which disturbs concentration while watching a movie. Toilets are stinky and not well maintained.

They don’t know what customer service means which is a shame as this venue has a lot of potential, but it is wasted because of the staff. The popcorn tasted like soap, it’s as if the staff cleaned the popcorn stand and couldn’t be bothered to properly wash away any chemical residue which could be dangerous for their customers especially for young children. I told the guy behind the till about the soapy popcorn, his body language and attitude showed that he didn’t care. He then gave me free & fresh popcorn from another stand but I could already tell he didn’t want to be there. Same goes with the guy who scanned our tickets. Teach your staff how to act happy or better still, get better staff who actually want to work & know a thing or two about customer service!
