I want to thank the Radisson Blu Edwardian New Providence Hotel, for their exceptional hospitality for my family, during the quarantine period. My family all have diet allergies and they went above and beyond to accommodate us, where they could and attend to our needs. The hotel room had all the conveniences, and quality comforts to make our stay pleasant and all staff were attentive and pleasant and all servicing requests were handled most exceptionally. The highlights – were the TV in the bathroom and the rain shower! We were pleased rooms had windows that could open, along with temp control in the room. Even beyond our stay, I left a package for collection at the hotel, which I had been trying to resolve for a month with the courier to collect and upon calling the hotel back… the service was exactly the same, as when we were guests - they even recalled my husbands’ name and were willing to assist us where they could! We were treated like guests and not prisoners (most associations/assumptions made of quarantine) and we are so grateful our experience was with them this way! We thank the kitchen staff and Chef for his good food and the efforts they made to accommodate us and make sure things were just right… from reception to room service! All guests were treated equally and 5-star - it's a notable accolade to commend the hotel for! It made our welcome into the UK, a memorable impression for our family – we wish to thank you in appreciation and hope to visit again! You can be proud! Thank you, Rook Family!

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the years, and every time we come here, it's like seeing friends again. The welcome we receive from reception staff, always make us feel so happy to be here. Barbara at the front desk is so professional, super friendly and always a pleasure to talk to. She has on a number of occasions, accomodated our requests to make our stay a pleasant and memorable one. Especially when we have stayed here on birthday's/anniversary. Without her, undoubtedly our experience would be different. The restaurant staff in the morning, especially the wonderful Catarina, who is always smiling, so welcoming and just a joy to talk with, goes out of her way to make our breakfast an enjoyable one. It's a great start to our day! We hope to continue staying at this Radisson for many more years to come.

Upon arrival, the outside is a building site with no clear instructions for parking as this was very limited initially. When checking in after 19.00 my room wasn't ready and another one was to be allocated. The room was fine and spacious. For the first evening meal, I waited for almost 10 minutes to be seated! The following morning g was worse as it again took a little time to be seated but then they never asked if I wanted a hot drink and had no explanation of the breakfast procedure. I helped myself to the buffet in the end and had to flag someone down to request a pot of tea. It arrived as I was finishing my food. The scenario regarding drinks in the morning was a regular occurrence. This morning I reminded them that I had ordered this when being seated. They were very quick to bring a pot of tea through after the gentle reminder but it was cold. After each time you leave the hotel the key card doesn't work and you need to get this sorted. They admit that this is a problem and they are looking to resolve this. Perhaps with all these flaws in your business, you might want to review your rates that reflect the service offered.

All staff were absolutely lovely and went out of their way to accommodate our requests during our stay and even added some personalised touches too! Our room was spacious and the views were stunning. We used the Spa facilities (special thanks to Sophia and Evelyn) and had dinner at the restaurant - both of which were brilliant. Prior to arrival I had arranged for some decorations to be in our room to celebrate my partners birthday, and I could never have imagined this would have turned out so perfect! Barbara and Milan especially made this visit amazing for us but everyone we interacted with at the hotel were super helpful and lovely to speak with - we will definitely be back!

Wonderful hotel with amazing service. If you really want the wow factor you must get a river view room. It was my husband's birthday and they left a birthday dessert and a card in the room , a lovely suprise. Room service was quick and very polite. The highlight was our room which had a spectacular view and a gorgeous bathroom. The DLR is easy walking distance and can get you into central London or over to the 02. Also we were very impressed with how baby friendly the hotel was.

I was fortunate enough to stay here for my 10 day quarantine during September. Barbara and the rest of the team were so welcoming, friendly and always happy to help. The food was delicious, healthy and generous. The rooms are spacious and faultless and I was lucky enough to have a magnificent view of the river and the O2. I wouldn’t have wanted to quarantine anywhere else. Thank you!

Had a great 5 night stay at this property. Stayed here for proximity to the office which was good. They offer a free morning shuttle into Canary Wharf and you can walk from the drop off. Rooms were nice and well maintained. I had a suite so the size was much larger than expected with a separate seating area and large bathroom. Breakfast included was good, served buffet style. All of the service from the front desk to the restaurant staff were helpful and responsive. Will be back.

Not the best Radisson I have ever stayed in. Slightly disappointed. Rooms felt dark and small and not the best selection at breakfast. No/ very little GF options. Fitness suite was really good, great equipment and 24hours. Location is dependant on what you want - great for Canary Wharf (10 minute walk) but too far out if you want to enjoy an evening in any other part of London.

I was staying on a one night business trip, I chose the hotel based on their reviews and close proximity to my venue. The service was exceptional from Maria on the front desk, the room was a very high standard and spacious. I had one query regarding the weighing scales in the bedroom, this was replaced within the hour by the housekeeping team. I had food at Scoff and Banter, this was excellent while looking out on to the river. The breakfast team was efficient, however, they appeared understaffed which affected their ability to see to people ordering a coffee/hot food. The gym facilities were very modern which is welcome given the standard of other hotel gyms. I’ll be back again in the future without hesitation, thank you!

Overall good overnight or weekend stay. They have spa facilities included as well. Shout out to the staff. They were so lovely. Big shout out to Nikoletta who made us feel very welcome and assisted us during our stay.

Very pleased with our stay. Great service from the moment we checked in. Kids were greeted with a bag of sweets each. The place has a very calm and chilled vibe. Room was great, although the mattress could have been a little softer, aside from that, comfortable room for a family of 4. We will return next year for our annual trip to see a show at the 02.

Stayed one night for a visit to the O2, bit out of the way, but easy enough once you walk it once from the tube station. Had a fantastic stay, all the staff are amazing and so helpful. We had a meal in the Restaurant, which was great value and great food. Also had breakfast which was great value. Will definitely stay again if we visit London.

Staff very welcoming and friendly, they are available 24 hours to give assistance. We were given a room upgrade upon arrival with no extra fees, the room was very big, clean and there was a nice view from windows. Would recommend. Great place to stay for a chilled weekend

Fantastic service, staff are more than helpful (arranging transport and getting us settled). The view from the rooms is incredible, with a lovely modern layout. Their breakfast won’t disappoint you either. Highly recommend! Thank you !!!

We stayed at the Radisson New Providence Wharf for our quarantine in August 2021. We were very fortunate to be able to stay here. We received a very warm welcome and our stay was made very easy. The team led by Peter Wardley were brilliant despite working in clearly tough circumstances. Nothing was too much trouble, the food was of a high standard, always on time and hot, and the staff were very accommodating with any request. Anyone allocated this hotel in quarantine will be very lucky ! Highly recommend a stay once it is open.

We came for a corporate event last weekend and found the hotel and service wonderful. The service at front desk, location to visit the shops in Canary Wharf was brilliant! The rooms were clean and food was great too. Thank you Radisson Blu we will sure to be back again!

Conveniently located while not being in the center of the hustle and bustle of the city. Spectacular views of the thames and the O2 from Scoff and banter restaurant. Lovely lobby design with conversation pieces all around you. And an extra level of security in the lifts to get to the room floors. Welcoming staff. Clean rooms with black out curtains. Loved the entire stay!

Not a bad hotel at all. Just don't walk from customs House! Room was very good. Bed was comfortable. Bar was decent. The restaurant food was actually a very pleasant experience and I'll say good value for the quality of food I had.

Both my wife and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights for a weekend away in London. The location is great only a short ride into the Centre of London which was fantastic but what let this place down was the prices for breakfast! They were asking for £37 pp if you book ahead or £50 pp on the day which in my book is just ridiculous! There are some great local cafes which you would try which are way cheaper!

We used a double room and a triple room. We found ourselves very well as the structure is located in a modern, tidy area, with a beautiful view of the Thames and logistically very valid with respect to means of transport. Tidy, comfortable and well-appointed rooms, high-quality international breakfast. A special thanks to the receptionist Ms Barbara, who welcomed us from the first minute and throughout our stay with great professionalism, competence, courtesy and attention. We felt pampered by his kindness. Thanks for everything! Until we meet again.

Beautiful hotel, great service. So easy and accessible. The rooms are spacious and clean. Comfy beds. Definitely would recommend if staying in this area. Close from London city Airport. Art everywhere. Public transport just around the corner

Really nice hotel by the river with a great view if you are lucky. You have to go through a security check point if you are driving, be sure to ask the hotel about parking beforehand. Within walking distance to canary wharf

I stayed here from Christmas Eve to Boxing Day. I had a premium room which was nice and clean… except for the windows. The art in the room is very random….The breakfast buffet was average not worth even taking a picture so I chose the cinnamon French toast from the a la carte menu the next day and it was much better but not worth the price overall. The view was okay and I liked that there was warm mulled wine at reception on Christmas Day. The Christmas lunch could have been better in terms of portion size there wasn’t much on the plate. I requested no pigs in blankets when I did my order but was given it anyway. The gravy was watery and the lemon shallot and thyme stuffing wasn’t nice next time just stick to a traditional sage and onion stuffing. The cold palate cleanser wasn’t necessary I would have preferred something warm like a green or mint tea. Lastly there was nowhere I could charge my phone in the room with my usb-C cable so I kept going back and forth to reception for them to use the hotel charger because they couldn’t give the cable to me which was really annoying. All in all I’ll give this place a 6 out of ten. Would I come back?….. No

A huge thank you to Peter and his Team. I cannot praise you and your team enough for the superb way in which we have been looked after. The food has been exceptional with such incredible flavour and variety. Much better than the meals we experienced on our holiday in SA despite the cartons and bulk preparation required by your team. Every staff member we have come across has been delightful. Well done Peter. You should be proud of what you are doing. I would have paid more to have the choice to quarantine here! We were certainly fortunate to have been placed here and the entire team should be commended. Thank you!

I stayed in one of the suites which was absolutely beautiful with stunning views of the river. The room was huge and beautiful and the staff were so lovely and helpful. The lovely lady at reception who looks like selma hayek upgraded me just because I'd had a busy and tiring day which was so kind. I cannot fault it at all!

  • 5/5 Bronwyn B. 2 years ago on Google
I’ve been in isolation for 4 days and the staff at the hotel have been nothing but kind, accommodating, going the extra, extra mile and super helpful and cheerful on the multiple calls to reception, room service and house keeping. It hasn’t been easy but don’t take your frustration out on the staff. They know I like my morning cappuccino and sometimes wine after a remote day of work. The room was clean and tidy when I arrived as well. The food has been delicious even though the menu had already set the tone for delicious food. Thank you for making a tough time easier by being so incredible.

They have temporarily closed down the location and cancelled my reservation without a notice or a heads up. Worst even is that they have actually taken the money off of my account (while they were not supposed to till like the day I check in) and now "they dont have any info on my reservation". They were supposed to contact me back to reimburse me, but they haven't. Very odd, since they're a massive company with usually great reviews. Bookings are also closed till April, while not even a month ago almost every date was still available, proving the fact that they just closed the location without any notice.

Decent hotel, rooms good size. Open wardrobe is in bathroom which is a bit strange. Not much near by, we were going to o2 which is a 10 to 15 minute taxi ride away. Lunch was tasty. Breakfast was buffet and was nice but service for drinks slow due to lack of waiters not their fault.

We did a spa day which included a treatment including a lunch. My masseuse was amazing, it was sooo relaxing and the facilities are so clean and pretty. Our restaurant hosts Ben and Mo were absolutely brilliant. Mo went above and beyond to give us exactly what we needed to enjoy our meal, nothing was too much for him. He had a great sense of humour too and matched our vibe. Thank you Mo from up north!

Stayed for 2 nights in a 1 Bedroom Suite which was very nice, very clean and spacious. Staff on reception were excellent as we're the maids who were looking after the rooms. Our only disappointment was the 24/7 room service, we were in the bar at 10pm with only 2 other people in sight, we went up to our room and decided we wanted a couple more drinks so called down, 20 minutes later we get a call back saying they are too busy and if we want our drinks we need to go collect from the bar!!!!! Stayed for the O2, only a short walk to East India Train Staion and a short ride to the cable cars or in the other direction, 10 minute or so walk to Canary Wharf. If you want some good food in a great place go to The Ivy in the Park, Canary Wharf.

Lovely Hotel overlooking Thames-side walkway and the O2 Arena

. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a double suite, which was massive and all modern amenities. Hotel premises are very nice with great interior decoration. The Restaurant downstairs by the river, which provides quality food and of course great service (staff/waiters). Highly recommended and Would definitely visit again.

Stayed here to go to the O2 and was very impressed by the size of the room and bathroom - very lovely. Breakfast was good but surprised by the lack of veggie options. Hubby is veggie and couldn't get sausages. Apart from that, a good, clean hotel with nice staff.

Absolutely blown away by this hotel. I feel like I’ve checked into a hotel in Dubai. The service is impeccable, but also the receptionist mun mun just went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome. Any time I come back to London. I am going to stay here. I have made up my mind. this was even before I entered the room I am even more astounded at the quality and cleanliness of the room. Again, I feel I have checked into Dubai into a five star luxury hotel. Never have I been so impressed I would give it 7/5 stars

Firstly the hotel is very nice although a little hard to find and located right on the river . Once we found the hotel ,check in is very simple and your car is parked by a valet (parking is £25 per night ) also be aware you are liable to pay the congestion charge (£15 ), our room was nicely situated on the 6th floor and are very comfortable, there is an ironing board ,a safe ,tea and coffee making facilities in the room but on the first night we had no water ,also no biscuits for a morning or evening dunk , there are a small selection of coffee and tea and sugar and sweetners . The bed was very nice ,large bed ,firm mattress and spare pillows in the room ,so slept very well . The shower is a big walk in one with a lovely sunflower head and a very nice flow of water, there are shower gels ,shampoo and conditioner available as well and the towels are nice and soft ,also there are two sinks, which is really helpful . We also used room service a couple of times ,both times the food was very nice and delivered promptly. There is a nice bar and restaurant down in the lobby with a view over the Thames and the food was very good ,Inc the buffet breakfast, the staff are very good ,friendly and helpful both in the evening and at breakfast . A few negatives ...on arrival we needed to make a show in Central London and had no time to source our own cab , I asked for a preferred cab company the hotel used and the receptionist contacted a company (falcon cabs ) the price was £50 , expensive because of the rail strike I was told ,so had little choice but to accept as we had already bought show tickets , the cab picked us up and dropped us NEAR the theatre saying we were close but he wasn't sure exactly where the place was ,also the driver said as we would br using a card there would be a charge (another £10 ,so now £60 ) after the show we caught a black cab back and that same journey cost us £28 !!! The driver said we should report them to TFL but when we checked the receipt given to us by the first driver it was blank ,no driver name ,price or reg number but we have proof of payment on our on line banking app , its disappointing that the hotel would use a company that on the face of it have a less than fare pricing policy . Also if you are booking this hotel because of its proximity to the O2 please be aware it is on the opposite side of the river and will involve a £20 (each way ) taxi ride ..not a big deal but good to know . Lastly ,although the restaurant is very good the food selection for evening meals seems very limited for a hotel of this size, couple of fish dishes, 2 steak choices ,burger ,a pasta dish, a salad choice ?? and a couple of pizza choices and 2 or 3 dessert choices , the breakfast menu has far more choices !! ( but food was extremely nice ) Overall ,apart from the £60 taxi rip off the hotel is very good indeed ,staff are very good and the cleanliness in the rooms and public areas are excellent .

Excellent services, all the staff were friendly, welcoming, quick to respond to queries and guide you appropriately. They were always smiling showing they were ready and happy to serve us. Great food. The room was spacious, clean and had facilities that i needed including iron kettle...I loved the the hotel decor and the building. The atmosphere was peaceful and calm. I would definitely visit again and recommend friends to visit. I had fantastic time qt the hotel

I was extremely fortunate to have stayed in this hotel for my 10 day quarantine. What an excellent hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous. Reception checked often if I needed anything. The food was so delicious! The room was very clean and comfortable. Thank you to all who are helping run this hotel so efficiently and making the quarantine time so much more bearable.

Unfortunately we never got to stay. Booked in Oct 21 for Aug 22 and due to a change in concert days (completely out of our control) we asked the hotel to change the booking from a Friday night to a Sunday night. Surely given it’s the quietest night of the week, I would have expected they could honour same rate or similar but decided to double the rate. Communication was slow via email and I had to keep chasing. This was supposed to be a special occasion travelling with my mum so we have now had to find accommodation elsewhere :( shame as we were really looking forward to staying…

Best Hotel I've stayed in! All staff were very helpful and friendly. My room was upgraded to a suit also! Breakfast was fantastic and the hotel is clean with beautiful decor. I had the best time and will return in the future. The food I had ordered via room service arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious, hot and fresh! I had a wonderful time at this hotel and highly recommended it.

Excellent Hotel, but beware there is quite a bit of construction going on round about the hotel (but not on the hotel). If arriving by car it will be put into valet parking. Rooms spacious, bathrooms very roomy and accessible (but double check) there is a lift for those with mobility issues to the dining room bar area, so if your wheel chair bound you need not worry. Enjoy.

I can't give this hotel a 5 star rating unfortunately. The main reason being is that this stay was a very special occasion for my wife's birthday and absolutely NONE of the staff acknowledged that. I have never had that before. I have stayed in different hotels around for the same occasion and they have even gotten in touch with me to offer extra services to surprise my wife. I was looking forward to that but I did not get it, sorry... That is a real deal breaker for a 5 star review. However, the room allocation and the view was spectacular. I recommend Premium Rooms with River View as they have a view to the river even from the bathroom, which is what I was looking for. Breakfast was really good, the host was professional and friendly as he should be, so thumbs up for that. Waiters also, polite and respectful. Would I come back? Yes.

This is a UK government mandated quarantine hotel at the moment. The rooms are lovely. All one needs. Lovely bathroom with bath and shower separate. The food is delicious. Freshly made. Vegan meals are lovely. Large portions. Staff very helpful.

The Radisson Hotel is absolutely stunning. The reception, the rooms, the views everything about it is just beautiful. The spa area is lovely and relaxing and the gym is amazing too. The bar is so nice and chilled and breakfast is great. Buffet style full English breakfast and lots of other options too croissants, cereal etc. Tea and coffee offered at your table once your sat down. River view from the dining area is beautiful. All the staff there are absolutely lovely. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We received a complimentary glass of Prosecco each on arrival and another glass each the next day as we extended our stay for another night. The staff at reception were so kind and efficient at our request for this. Nikoletta checked us in when we first arrived she was so lovely she also helped us sort out the extra night and again was amazing. A lovely man who I think may have been management was also really helpful with this and so friendly talking to my partner all about football and West Ham. Maria checked us out and she was a gem too. We couldn’t be happier with our stay at Radisson Blu for our first time there.

I had such a lovely stay, I was attending a conference but managed to also have a delicious dinner, breakfast & relaxing visit to the spa. Everything was so comfortable & enjoyable. My room & bathroom were stunning, spacious, clean with luxury products & all amenities provided. There was a high standard of service & attention to detail everywhere, the staff were very accommodating of any request I had and the panoramic river views highlighted the whole experience. I felt excellently taken care of at reception, in the restaurant, at the spa & also by all the housekeeping staff I encountered in the hallways & spa, smiley, friendly & chatty. Thank you to Maria on reception who left a lasting impression while checking me out, she was a delight, warm & caring. I left feeling happy, content & rejuvenated! Not bad for a quick business trip eh!? 😁

Had high hopes for my stay based on the hotel's promising reviews and elegant website. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that the level of service and attention to detail was not up to par. The front desk staff was indifferent and seemed overwhelmed, making the check-in process frustratingly slow. The condition of my room was disappointing. Despite being advertised as 'luxuriously appointed,' it was anything but. The furnishings were worn and outdated, the bedding was uncomfortable, and, most concerning, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There were noticeable stains on the carpet and a musty odor that lingered throughout my stay. Dining at the hotel restaurant was another letdown. The menu was limited, and the food that I did order was mediocre at best. Service was slow, and my waiter seemed disinterested in providing a pleasant dining experience. The amenities, which were one of the reasons I chose this hotel, were not as advertised. The Wi-Fi was spotty and unreliable, making it difficult to get any work done. The fitness center was under-equipped and not well-maintained, with several machines out of order. To make matters worse, when I voiced my concerns to the management, their response was lackluster. They seemed uninterested in addressing my complaints or making any effort to improve my stay. Overall, this hotel was a major disappointment. It failed to deliver on its promises of luxury and comfort, and the lack of responsive customer service only compounded the issue. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay. It's clear that there's a significant gap between how this hotel presents itself and the reality of what it offers.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the service to be below the standards I expected, especially considering the price point of at least $300 per night. Unfortunately, the staff seemed untrained in the essential aspects of hospitality, including service etiquette and communication skills. This experience gave me the impression that the hotel is not investing adequately in providing quality service to its guests, which was disappointing for a hotel in this price category.
