The most friendly and helpful owner. He caters for food allergies brilliantly and was happy to explain what each of their sauces go well with. Top quality authentic food!

A lovely local cafe and deli. Superb coffee, tasty food ( we snacked on arancini which were great). The friendly and helpful staff are definitely a plus! It has a reasonable range of Italian food as well as plenty of ingredients. If you're local - give them a go.

I've just been to this place for the first time, for a take away. I ordered a Lasagne, Cannoli (my first ever) and a coffee. All absolutely delicious. I still have no idea what a Cannoli is but I love it. The man in there has a very dry sense of humour but to be honest I like that. I don't like boring - I like interesting. And he is certainly interesting. Would definitely go again!

This is a lovely Italian Deli and Store locally between Kensal Rise & Nr Willesden..If you love Italy and miss it like I do..its a little bit of that. Had a coffee, Italian pastry and cheese and ham croissant..Good Value.👏😊

I was very happy to have discovered this precious gem of an Italian shop, I enjoyed an excellent espresso at the counter and I treated myself to some arancini and some Pecorino Romano dop and Guanciale from Norcia to prepare a proud carbonara at home. Rudi the owner is very nice and kind, I felt at home. Superlative choice of Italian products and Italian vegetables and fruit. I will return to enjoy a breakfast like in Italy with their cafeteria and choice of croissants and more. I highly recommend. As I had written weeks ago, we returned to delight ourselves with an Italian breakfast. Excellent cappuccino, superlative croissant. And as always a good laugh with Rudi the owner.

I used to go there for years to buy the organic wholemeal pastas, Italian biscuits and the absolutely delicious coconut ice cream in the coconut shell. The staff were really nice but several times the owner had been unpleasant in his responses and the treatment of his staff. I live in the area and that was the only place I wouldn't buy the items above. My friend and I went there a few days ago and the owner had no staff. He was very again aggressive the way he spoke to us and unpleasant so for this reason I will no longer be a client and will not recommend this place. It's very unfortunate.

Just had the most amazing lunch... Felt like I was transported back to italy. You can tell the food is homemade with the finest ingredients. I travel to Italy at least 4 times a year and am quite particular with my food. Highly recommend!!

I just moved around the corner last year and have been to this cafe on many occasions to buy ham and cheese from the counter. The owner is so nice and is super patient as sometimes I order quite a lot and it takes time to cut the ham. When I’m there with my children he often gives them a little lollipop which they absolutely love. What a nice local cafe. Thank you :)

Favourite cafe for breakfast. Great selection of Italian products, knowledgeable staff and friendly atmosphere. Also pet friendly. I suggest having a look at their cheese and cured meats.

I don't like it, but need to be honest, because you don't treat other people right. Just no. He's a crazy person with issues. Passive-aggressive, rude to staff, rude to clients, overcharging in the end. The only good thing is coffee. I'm surprised with 4,6 on Google. Probably nice to regular customers and aggressive to the new ones. Bizarre place.

I love this place!! Everything I have ever eaten here has been awesome, my favorite is the pesto lasagna. The coffee is the best of the area, the staff are welcoming and super polite especially Salvina. Great little shop with all the Italian products. Definitely would recommend this place. 10/10 Will be back for sure!

This place is very authentic. Many products that I could only bring back from Italy, I can now buy all year around 😊. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. A little treasure for sure. Ps. And they also have pizzoccheri!!

Great Italian café and deli. Worth mentioning the amazing Sicilian cannoli with handmade filling! And they have many other genuine Italian products that are hard to find elsewhere.

Cuore is a wonderful coffee shop, bringing the community together with amazing food, coffee, sweet treats and bread, along with great service! My favourite local coffee shop!

I had breakfast yesterday. the girl who served me was very nice and kind. everything was good. the only thing I didn't like was the owner who was very stressed because under staff and in front of customers several times he treated the girl in an unprofessional way, who perhaps doesn't have much experience or was just starting out but she was absolutely amazing. I will return with the hope of being served by her and that the owner will learn to manage stressful situations better.

Me and my partner stayed in an Airbnb around the corner from this lovely Italian cafe. I am from Italy and I felt like being at home. We had cappuccinos and croissants for breakfast and obviously had to go back to buy some of the authentic and delicious food they sell. The products are imported from Italy and you can find things which you wouldn’t at the supermarket. Highly recommend, such a great atmosphere there and lovely people working there. You can tell how much this place is liked by the locals as there is always a queue and everyone smiling!!!
