Pretty restaurant, but when you go inside of it, nobody greets you or smiles. It gives you an unwelcoming feeling. The place is clean though. The waitresses were not smiling or nice (they had an Eastern European accent). I do not know why the place hires people who cannot smile or say proper hello. Anyway we ordered Cheese Manoushe, Eggs and Desserts. The food was good. The bill came with the sneaky non-mandatory 12.5% service charge. I said that I only will pay for the food I ordered without the service charge. The waitress said she cannot change it, then I told her that I want to speak with the manager. After that she came and gave me the change without service charge.

Highly recommend. A friend of mine took me here. No wonder why this place is quite popular and always busy. Food and desserts were delicious. A wide variety of ranges of mouthwatering baklavas to traditional Lebanese desserts with mint tea, just a bomb. Tried their shisha as well. Great service too!

This place has the most decadent patisserie I’ve ever seen. There’s different types of baklava for miles all so beautifully presented. Tastes amazing not overly drenched in syrup and the staff were lovely!

Went their the other day, service was not as good as I thought it would be. All staff were miserable and service with a smile was no where to be seen. Although the sweets were nice they could be a little more friendly.

I am yet to have a bad meal here. Superb service, even better coffee. The cakes and baklava are amazing. I love their Maamoul ( pasteries baked and filled with dates). Their chicken salad was also great. Thankyou

Unique biscuits savory and sweet. We love the food. Well priced. On ground floor and parking was very convenient as they have their own car park. Diana was amazing, friendly and very professional.

I have been to this restaurant twice so far. I had an excellent experience on both occasions. Very hospitable and friendly staff. FOOD: Tried their bakery which is mouthwatering stuff, and shawarma was one of the best I had. One time, I went for their special for the day and it was simply so delicious and filling too! Couldn't write down the name, but they recommended it and I loved it. I would highly recommend their LATTE too. They have far too many sweets options. Whatever I tried was good 👍 SERVICE: excellent on both occasions. The staff were attentive. PARKING: on both occasions, they had adequate parking space. I went in the afternoon for lunch. So I am not sure how it would be in the evening for dinner hours. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would definitely go there again, when possible!

Delicious shawarma, nice Beklawa and sweets. When ordering Beklawa with ice cream, I expected the triangle Beklawa and ice cream inserted between layers as it usually served in Turkey, but it came as in the picture. May be it's their way. Osmallya was nice. The sweets are not that strong sugary, which is good. The place is very busy, and the extra order might need a reminder.

I am not surprised when people leave five star reviews for this place. Absolutely loved this place..never been here before a friends of mine kept on saying you must try this place in the end..well loved it!! Service was brilliant the staff were accommodating nothing was too much trouble / just a lovely atmosphere. Ps there shop with the various Baklava/Biscuits was just amazing just couldn’t help myself.. Highly recommend this place..food was good, service was good Would definitely eat here again..should have taken a pic of the wrap and the breads which I completely forgot. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Very clean, quick service, friendly staff. I have been to the place many times, the atmosphere is great in all aspects, sitting outside enjoying the nice weather with a smile and a nice smile from all people working in there. Shisha is perfect and the charges is great comparing with similar pastries or cafes. I strongly recommend the place.

Friendly staff, very attentive and they serve with a smile. Delicious food and sweets. My kids love their savoury pastries and we drive 10 miles just to buy them from Patchi.

Quality of pastries and dessert selection is high. Prices for the dessert and baklava is decently priced. Other items on the menu are expensive. I was charged £3.99 for a glass bottle of Coke Zero. Cakes shown in the pictures posted were £3.75 which I think was a good price considering they were high quality. Free parking in the back with roughly about 20 spaces. Staff are polite and hospitable

I have tried many sort of sweet my friends like it. It is the first time I have been at it. So I think sweet is better than food

Nice place,tasty food but please do something with the personal !!! They don't interact with you to see if you need something or anything else,they don't bother at all..you feel silly to keep looking to them and pray that they will see you !!! I don't know that I will be back even that the food is nice........

This person "Bilal " is the most beautiful guy who is always service me with big smile. He is humble and helpful guy . I really like going there , all the staff are friendly and worm welcoming. The shop is very clean and organized. I and my friends have been customers for ages in both shops . I and my friends go there once a month. Always pleased with them 🙂. All the best

Beautiful Lebanese restaurant, reasonable prices roughly £20 per person without dessert or drinks. they have parking. A separate beautiful bakery / sweet section and a hall upstairs for parties for around 100 people. A shisha area outside too

We (my family) ordered for chicken shawarma and Chicken soup … it was so dry and bread was not hot and very difficult to eat . Honestly we didn’t like the food and price was very high . But ambiance is very beautiful and tidy…

We went to Patchi for breakfast and I have to say it was great. Olga took good care of us, the food was delicious (I have to say, I love their bread of all kinds). The environment was clean and pleasant (music not too loud, clean and nice furnishings and design). Furthermore, on our way out, we wanted to buy some treats from the bakery and Olga kindly left her post in the restaurant to help us out! I think their food is reasonably priced, but drinks are perhaps slightly overpriced. I couldn't fault the food, service or environment (apart from the TV which seemed to have been damaged, but who goes to watch TV.... I'd be just as happy without a TV at all).

I usually go to Patisserie Patchi Baqlava which you can buy in different sized boxes that make for lovely gifts. The inside of the shop/restaurant is very clean, well decorated and the staff are generally friendly. I had never had proper food/breakfast at the restaurant before and I have to say I was very disappointed in it. The portions were small, the hummus lahem was extremely oily with no flavour and the eggs in the Moussaka were completely overcooked - the yolk was solid which it shouldn’t be in this dish. The waitresses were also not very attentive/friendly and the prices were expensive for the quality of food/taste. I will likely not be coming back.

I visited restaurant 28 for breakfast with my mum today. I was shocked how amazing the service has been since we stepped foot inside. Olga was very kind she gave us recommendations and welcomed us in the warmest way possible. The food was delicious we will definitely be returning with the family. This restaurant is beautiful!! Olga was so helpful and kind serving our table. She was very nice and friendly. This was our second time there and we honestly loved Olga and her wonderful work. Breakfast was served very quickly and nicely made and was very delicious. We came from Australia and I am very happy that we decided to come and try out this restaurant!
