Smart hotel, nicely located about a mile along the Thames from Waterloo, the London Eye and Westminster. (Although the nearest Underground station is nearly a mile away). Conversely, it was a very expensive room compared with alternatives, breakfast not included (even for platinum tier members), and the restaurants within the hotel are also very pricey. If location and style are more important than value, this is a good option for exploring the Thames and London

While the room was nice and staff were friendly, the hotel has a weird policy of not being allowed to bring in your own food into your room. The room service menu is limited at best and the food that is available was mediocre at best, McDonald's has better food. The website also failed to mention prior to arrival that the closest area to park your car is 1.5 miles away.

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights, and the stay was great. The housekeeping did an exceptional job; from the card that was displayed on the desk, my wife and I thought housekeeping would come every 3 days. We didn't realize that housekeeping would come in every day if you didn't keep the "do not disturb" sign up. So after our first night in the hotel, we got ready and were leaving for what we had planned for the day, and we left the room in an absolute mess. We left our clothes everywhere, and our electronics were all out. By the time we came back to the hotel; house keeping folded all our clothes and neatly placed them on each side of the bed, our electronics were organized, and suitcases were untouched. Was great and unexpected. We also ordered room service a few times, we got to choose from two restaurants, "Mezemiso" & "Potus". The prices were expected but not bad, the quality of food was pretty good as well. As well as the hotel morning breakfast buffet. Love the stay here, and the hotel was within walking distance of the Big Ben, London Eye, Victoria Line (train/transit station), and the Westminster Bridge.

Amazing hotel and amazing service. The front desk people were very helpful and accommodating. Really enjoyed staying at this Hyatt regency location. Rooms very modern as well! The only downfall is if you are a tourist it is a bit far from everything but at the same time puts you right in the middle of the all the touristy spots. Plus the bus station is right down the road.

This is a great hotel tucked in an ideal spot on Albert embankment. The staff is excellent and friendly. I was particularly impressed with Taheer at the concierge desk. He was extremely helpful. He was extremely accommodating. He was wonderful at anticipating what your knees might be, and then making sure they were attended to. the location on the Thames is ideal. They are great views of parliament and Westminster Abbey. It’s far enough from the hustle and bustle. of the bridge at Westminster yet a short walk gets you there. It’s situated within reasonable walking distance from several underground stations and multiple buses. This will definitely be my go to place when staying in London.

Hotel is fine. But after 11 months we still haven’t received our deposit. They ensured to refund the deposit after departure and paying the bill. However still nothing.. they ignore all e-mails and phone calls.. DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL!

The view was amazing complete with balcony!! If only it had been warm enough to enjoy. The bed very comfortable and the bathroom with both a spa tub and separate shower were great. We didn't have a television in our room, which was odd and several outlets did not work. It would've been nice to have more employees at the desk to check-in quicker after a long day of traveling. Additionally, the room was not ready for early check-in, a benefit certainly, but this seemed almost customary throughout our travels.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, large choice and plentiful. Staff were helpful, attentive and very mannerly.Hotel location is superb, very handy for central London and transport. Only slight downside was the elevated prices of drinks at the hotel bar, almost £23 for 2 drinks. Apart from the price of drinks, everything else is A1.

Extremely friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel is within walking distance to a lot of landmarks and has beautiful, clean rooms. A wonderful first time visit to London. When we return we will definitely book the Crowne Plaza Albert Embankment again. Thank you.

Clean and well-polished rooms. Great view from the 12th-floor room that I had over the river Thames, Big Ben and Parliament. Walking distance from London Eye and Westminster. Quiet rooms. Very friendly staff. Will be coming again to this hotel soon.

Where do I even start? Having an IHG membership means nothing here. You don't get the complimentary stuff that you get with your membership level. Furthermore, if you have an issue or complaint, they don't care. Instead of finding a solution or offering some compensation (a single drink?), they try to sell the suite. Then we have cleaning, who left their water bottle in our room. Nice covid measures. Finally, they charged me for something in the minibar I did not take. Overall really bad service. In the future I won't book IHG hotels anymore.

We've been traveling to London for several years now and have not encountered a hotel as lovely as this one. The hotel was impeccable, the staff friendly and warm, and our room was spectacular! We had the room with a balcony and were thrilled with the room amenities, and most of all--the stunning view of Parliament and Big Ben! Simply marvelous. The room was modern and cozy, clean, and well appointed. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. I'd like to especially thank Michelle Bokhari, the Duty Manager, for welcoming us so warmly and making our stay so wonderful! She was organized, diligent, and friendly. We will definitely be back soon! Highly recommended.

If looking for amazing views of the Thames and city, this is the hotel. Absolutely loved the room with spectacular views up and down the river. Added bonus - the heated bidet seats are pure luxury. Beautiful hotel.

Very nice and welcoming hotel, good location.Had view of Big Ben from the room. All the staffs were friendly and profesional The Manager on duty Shumona was a superstar. She got solution of everything and goes way beyond to help the guest (which most of the properties are lagging behind) Refreshing and clean atmosphere. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

Updated, beautiful room and great location. Most importantly, the staff was amazing -- each staff member provided excellent service. They went out of way to help me when I lost my phone during the trip. I hope to stay there again when I'm in London.

Overall morning and evening staff was great but not sure what the night staff was laughing about giving me my water bottles. I get that I ask about it near the same time but I’m busy guy and pints don’t have enough water! Knock a star for night service but still overall great place to stay. Upgrade: I got upgraded from my globalist status. I will say I don’t think the hotel was too busy so that was a nice perk. The room: TL;DR: it’s awesome. While small like NYC but honestly didn’t feel claustrophobic. I really liked it and the bathtub as well as shower room was AMAZING! And the heated toilet seat and heated towel rack is game changer.

Stayed at the Hyatt last week - celebrating my fiancé’s birthday. Being a Hyatt member is a must and I am so glad I picked this hotel. It was easy to navigate to and from all our excursions during our stay. It was a comfortable room and the staff was amazing. I would recommend this location to anyone, weather you’re a Hyatt member or not.

I visited last week with a dear friend, the rooms are not big but cozy. The service is excellent, especially at breakfast, the staff are really nice and kind. At the reception, the service is pleasant except for 1-2 employees without the strength to smile. I visited with a good friend from Israel, when we went up to the Lebanese restaurant upstairs, as soon as they heard that my friend was from Israel, everyone turned around with a look of disgust. The food in the restaurant is at the lowest level, just horrible and a cartel atmosphere when they looked at us with penetrating looks. I am sorry that such a hotel has a racist restaurant in an atmosphere of terror and this is the feeling they gave to mean and my Israeli friend. Instead of finding a restaurant and authentic classic British food, we found an atmosphere of anger and hatred in the Lebanese restaurant. I do recommend the restaurants near the hotel, which are of a high standard. The British are amazing and pleasant people and we really enjoyed our stay in England except for the horrible and hostile reception in the Lebanese restaurant upstairs.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Regency London Albert Embankment and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a truly welcoming atmosphere. A special shoutout to Taher, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. His attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine kindness truly set the standard for exceptional customer service. He was always there to offer assistance, provide recommendations, and ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The hotel itself is a gem impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The location along the Albert Embankment is breathtaking, offering stunning views of the Thames and easy access to some of London's most iconic landmarks. I can't recommend the Hyatt Regency London Albert Embankment enough, and a huge thank you once again to Taher for making my stay truly special.

Rooms are modern, elegant and comfortable. Worth to book a room with views from the Thames. Staff is knowledgeable and always willing to do their best to help. Thank you Sarah! We appreciate everything you did to make sure that we were happy during our visit to London

Wonderful hotel. Located in the heart of the West End of London. The view from our 9th floor room was stunning. I could see the River Thames, Big Ben and Parliament. The Eye of London is a short walk from the hotel. The room it’s self featured a huge tub along with a walk-in shower. The hot water never ran out. You can control the heating / AC from the room. I stayed here 6 nights and I enjoyed each night. I will return to this hotel on my next visit to London. If you’re thinking of booking a stay with them my advice would be to do so. I think you will enjoy your stay.

My wife Vali stayed at this hotel for 5 days recently and said it was super comfortable, with friendly professional staff. The location was perfect and it was great to see the Houses of Parliament close by! The rooms were clean, and comfortable. Thanks for a great stay, she will be back!

I booked a "high floor deluxe with balcony". The room was barely high floor, and absolutely tiny. The balcony door was locked at first - you have to go and ask the front desk to unlock it for you after a disclaimer. I have no idea why the person I checked in with didn't do that at check-in. He seemed more interested in telling me about their restaurant instead of actually helping or recognising Hyatt status. Really feels like they're trying to nickel and dime you with 6 menus for various restaurants and services in the room, especially when combined with the no food delivery policy! My room had a problem with the TV where it made this loud humming when turned off. I got moved to a different room without the balcony, but when I asked about a refund for the difference, I was told that this new room was an upgrade. Before check-out, I looked up the room types to see that this new room was actually $150pn cheaper. I don't appreciate being straight up lied to, though thankfully Rebeca at check-out was able to sort out the refund.

The hotel was lovely and relaxing. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. And after long days out in London we could come back and relax in peace. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful especially Lee who helped us when we arrived and was very approachable, polite and very knowledgeable of the area. Will definitely come back again to stay.

ATN Cars provide private Airport taxi transfers, cruise port transfers and day trip transfers to guests at this Hotel. It is easy to pickup/drop off passengers in front of the hotel reception. Nice location with scenic views of river and parliament building. Located within 50 minutes taxi drive from Heathrow airport .

We had an amazing stay! The entire staff was so accommodating and kind. Every member of the front desk answered questions and made sure to make my child feel so special and welcome. The concierge, Taher, was the best and constantly helped us and interacted with my son. He helped make our first trip to London extra special.
