Been here for the first time in a few years having been a regular at both the pool and the main gym and the facilities and the spaces has only improved. There is a large cafe area (which is currently being upgraded) with more than one gym area and a large main swimming pool as well as separate children’s pool area. There is also an outdoor pool which is great when it’s sunny and it’s warmed to 23 degrees all year round. Parking is really easy and reasonably priced and definitely will be visiting here on a more regular basis.

We've coming here for for swimming for years, and we love the place. Unfortunately after the pandemic the swimming pool rules are making it very hard to enjoy. They say children who are signed up for swimming lessons can swim for free. They do swim happily sometimes, but when the life guard changes some of them ask for booking. It looks like the life guards do not have unified knowledge of the rules. The rules change with guard. The same applies when children are allowed to swim in shallow water alone with no adults. Sometimes in the middle of the swim session a guard start asking children where is there adult after they've been swimming alone for a long time. It is quite worrying that no one seems to know the rules. They need better training and rules posted on the walls so everybody knows. Also changing rooms are always dirty in busy times. They only clean once at the end of the day. Changing rooms need regular cleaning.

Went as a referral client. Nice sports complex and plenty activities to get on with for adults and children. Have a cafe on site. Hot chocolate was gorgeous but sandwich was a bit pricey for me but tasted nice. Even have a lido. Would recommend.

Really great outdoor pool to cool off summer heat. But the indoor pool is a bit crowded. Nice facilities outside with open shower and locker with a pound.

I can't knock it for its price or facilities. Very clean pools and decent up to date gym. It's good for kids and families and the staff are generally helpful if a little young. My main issue is the level of quality in the swimming lessons program. They have what seems a rotating instructor system and the difference in quality is actually staggering. It's gotten so bad that my son doesn't want to learn to swimming anymore. I have raised my concerns with the swim lead and the concerns were addressed but sadly it was too little too late and now every Sunday is a battle to try to get him there.

Trouble free swimming here. You have to book a slot, which gives you confidence it won't be rammed. I'll go again. It's significantly cheaper to swim before 4 pm. The place is clean throughout. However, I would like to be able to shower "au naturelle" rather than in trunks by the pool. This can be achieved if the group changing rooms are open but not in use.

Only went to watch grandson play football, so didn't use any facilities. Nice that Blue Badge holders can park for free. Could have had better signing for this. I had to walk to pay point, to find out, seems odd to make disabled people do this. Then only in the small print, on side of pay machine. Signing for public toilets, would have been nice.

Very poorly run and they have made it difficult for customers to contact them. I was hoping to start with this gym on a GP Exercise Referral scheme for health reasons with a view to joining permanently once finished. But instead, a once previously easy process of 1 day between receipt of referral and joining the scheme has now become unnecessarily complicated with a waiting list that takes 4-8 weeks to even get the paperwork started - then going back and forth waiting for their response with no outcome. So far, this organisation has shown absolutely no customer care and so my family and I will look elsewhere. I’ve never known anything like this from a gym. Awful!

The manager is very unprofessional and rude! Back In December his friend went to swim and have fun then the manager gave him a swimming test in the deepest part. His height is 150cm and she put him in the most deepest part. He went to the 140cm part he was perfectly fine until the manager was very rude and told him to get out! She could of just tested him in carefully not roughly! Not recommend

A nice outdoor pool. Lovely atmosphere. You have to book in advance for morning or afternoon sessions but places are taken up fast. Car park fills up pretty quickly too so come early for your session.

The best leisure centre for me! I am always in awe with the nature in front of me whilst running in the treadmill. Cleanliness is well-maintained and staff are polite. The sauna and steam, however, are not available most of the time. They should open until 8pm as most users are working during office hours.

My 7&9-year-old children do weekly swimming lessons here, the people who run them are amazing and the center is clean and nice... I also go to the Learner Pool with my three-year-old which is clean, warm and fun.

Good place to take the kids they enjoyed the family swim time. Shame its only on during the holidays as term Time the weekends are taken by swim lessons. And not much space available. Hope they fix this soon.

I like coming here for swimming but lately the filtration seems inadequate in the pool. There are drifts of crud and hairbands laying on the bottom of the pool. Gross.

Excellent facilities and friendly staff but avoid the outdoor pool like the plague in after school hours if you want to do lane swimming. Far too full of kids/big kids screaming, running and dive bombing. Ruins the peace and makes an actual workout impossible

The gym and pool itself are all fine , no issues But never park there , worst car park I’ve been to in 8 years , I’ve had my van done over twice in a month , no security cameras alarm in van going off , ignored. Not worth the gym membership for that agro Facilities staff all good Just watch out in their car park as they charge you enough for nothing

I only been once here but impressed with the size of the badminton courts which can be multi-purpose used. We didn't try swimming pool there but it was busy when we visited. They do have a pub at walking distance and serves alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages and hot food too.

This is the first time I've been there. Just a 19 to 22 minute drive from my flat in Park Royal and the Lido is big and spacious. It has changing rooms, lockers and showers indoors and outdoors which is very convenient. You have to book sessions online for the swimming indoors and outdoors or you can book it when you arrive. It's best to come when the weather is warm, hot and sunny. Definitely recommended!

The outdoor lido is great. It's clean and well managed. Swim for all can be quite busy, but they will keep lanes dedicated for swimmers. They will also keep an hour free just for fitness swimming, which is a lot quieter.

Clean & staff helpful. Unable to book although 7 days in advance & have to go on wait list. Also if I want a swim after Aqua keep fit I have to book that separate, so need to know the rules before joining (took me 3 visits to find out!).

My experience at the Hillingdon Sports and Leisure centre is mainly focused on the cafe situated inside. I came in for a light bite after my swimming session, the atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming the staff were very warm and friendly. The cake and coffee I had was perfect the range of cakes and sweet treats was decent also. The check back I received was greatly appreciated. Overall a very happy lovely cafe and nice experience. Will be coming back again.

a nice place for swimming outdoor in a 50m long swimming pool and sunbathing as well. Enjoyable. For me, the swimming pool water is quite cold,😬😅

The staff member Kay was extremely friendly and nice to me. The gym is ample. Lots of equipment and classes. I only wish some of the gym equipment were facing the window rather than the wall. And it would have been better, if the swimming times had been longer on the weekends. So far, an amazing leisure complex.

Poor swimming class management. Since 3 months every day new teacher in my child group. Profile haven't been updated for 3 months and updated last time after complain. My child' s friends who were in same hat in the previous group have been moved to silver hat. What a awful thing happening, everybody can imagine. Main thing is my child can't see future in this pool apart from daily exercise. As a parent, I can only write comment and look my child leaving behind.

I found my experience really poor and even the staff/lifeguards were rude. I came in for my session at 4pm, leisure swimming activity for all and I couldn’t even use the bloody swimming pools at all, they said you’re not allowed to? What did I pay my money for? Terrible would give 0 stars.
