Inconspicuous
gem
of
a
cafe
in
the
heart
of
Whitechapel
that
is
only
identifiable
by
the
long
queue
of
hungry
customers
waiting
outside
it.
Quick
tip:
if
the
queue
is
too
long,
you
can
always
get
a
seat
at
circle
and
slice.
Its
owned
by
the
same
owner
so
they
also
serve
the
same
food
in
grounded.
Not
only
that,
but
the
pizza
at
circle
and
slice
is
actually
amazing
-
fresh,
high
quality
ingredients
with
decent
portions.
In
my
opinion,
the
food
at
circle
and
slice
was
the
winning
point
for
me
as
I
felt
the
food
at
grounded
was
lackluster.
The
sourdough
bread
tasted
of
quality
but
lacked
butter,
the
beef
sausages
tasted
amazing,
the
buttermilk
pancakes
were
very
lacking,
and
nowhere
near
the
quality
of
American
pancakes.
Also,
flavours
were
limited.
The
saving
grace
for
grounded
was
the
coffee
-
freshly
brewed
and
bitterless.
The
rest
was
substandard
at
best.
The
pizza
options
at
circle
and
slice
however
is
worth
coming
again.
Service
is
a
little
slow
too
-
sat
down
at
11:10
and
got
our
food
at
11:50.
