The worst food ever!! I will never go back, the food was cold and burnt..and they took so long to serve us. I feel that have so many untrained young people working there that haven't been trained correctly.

Firstly, this isn’t a review to get any form of compensation or future freebies. I hope this is used for SOP guidelines. We came on a Friday 5th May evening after work locally. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience before we even ordered anything. There was no greeting as we entered, there was a small pile of rubbish on the left of the booth area. There were about 6 people in total dining or drinking at the bar. We were going for drinks and while we were greeted at the bar area warmly. The cleanliness of the environment just made us uncomfortable. As you can see from the pictures and video, there were ants on the counter top. It really put us off. We didn’t order a thing. As we left the some staff members were congregated in conversation, while the rubbish hadn’t been cleared. A complete shame, as I haven’t dined in any TGI’s for a number of years, it would of been a nice treat. However, this experience will see that I/we won’t be coming back at all.

Great place for eating out. Special kids menu, bar, veg dishes and non veg also. Starters are also delicious 😋. Big in space and sitting arrangement.

We were served by Chenaii, we had a great time. It wasn't busy and we sat at the quieter part of the restaurant. Comfortable seats, nice ambience with lovely staff. Very pleasant experience indeed.

The ribs here are really amazing. Huge portion and tastes awesome. The steak on the other hand is really tiny for the price and is guaranteed not to fill you up. Note that if you visit when there is a match on at Wembley Stadium they operate with a more limited menu. The mixed grill I actually wanted was unfortunately not on the menu due to it being a match day.

Haven’t been to TGI Friday in years, but they still get it. I had the ultimate ribs with Jack Daniels sauce, fries, sweetcorn, coleslaw and onion rings. The meat fell off the born, super tender. The onion rings were crispy and seasoned to perfection. I was a little disappointed there wasn’t a lunch menu. Definitely going back to partake in a cocktail or two. Couldn’t this visit, I was driving.

We was the first ones through the door and I'm glad we waited for the doors after we found google is wrong by half an hour (said open at 11:30am not 12) Server was very patient and friendly. Food took a bit to come as expected for a restaurant like this and it was amazing! We had the cheese burger, classic ribs and some hallumi sticks. Drinks were amazing too, we had some moctails and a Rocky road milkshake. Spent £55 for all this and I asked if they take a tip but the server (also manager) said to put in a review here and Google instead so here I am lol (not that I had planned to do this anyways) All in all, a great experience and would definitely come again if were ever in the area again! Thanks guys!

The wait time for food was over a hour and the plates came out hotter than the food which was a clear indication that the food was just left under a heat lamp instead of being served straight from the grill. The restaurant wasn't even busy to explain the wait time for food. When passing to use the restroom, you could clearly see everything we ordered was just waiting there. Really unfortunate as I usually love going to tgis

Our booking was at 16.45 although there was no availablity for our booking we had to sit with two strangers. we waited an hour for our drinks alone let alone a hour and a half for for our food and when we did get our food it come out completely wrong, overcooked and cold. A portion of chips is literally 6 chips on a plate as you can see the plate looked like it was filthy and this is what a medium rare steak come out as. The service was terrible the food was rushed and awful with the presentation! We couldn't even get them to fix it because we never had time as we were going to a concert so had eat cold food and leave the rest!!

It was so huge and so well kept it was love at first sight. The staff is attentive and absolutely very helpful the food was nice and hot and the flavours were good . Relished the meal and the ambience was good.

Visiting London for a week and stopped here for a late dinner. Overall, it was 5/5. I ordered the messy burger with fries and 2 for 1 cocktails. Food and drinks were just right! Also, the staff members are very friendly and I like the restaurant design. I met the floor manager Shimmy and one of the cooks Ola. They made my dining experience! :)

TGI Fridays Wembley is an excellent choice for a heavy dinner. It is a spacious place, and the staff is excellent and friendly. The food is tasty and delicious. The rib is a highly recommended option; it is a huge portion and tastes awesome. I highly recommend them. Thanks.

The service was okay, but too slow and felt like they didn't care. There was hardly any crowd but it was awfully slow. But the food was awesome, feels overpriced though, food was awesome but not worth as much. Satisfactory food ngl. Drinks - meh, not worth it. Don't get the Tex Mex Salad, if you expect a tonne of taste - the dressing was just on the surface so...

Ordered their chicken burger & chips expecting to be satisfied but basically what I received was a dry, small and botttom of the barrel piece of chicken which someone found on the bottom of their shoe. The cost was £19.95! Absolutely dreadful . AVOID!

-Sent to dirty table, which we had to clean ourselves. -Noone served us for 15 minutes, while staff talked among themselves. -Food was left on trays without being served to customers. -Music way way too loud. -Menu clearly reduced from our previous visits in Central London . -Waitress finally came when we had our coats on and got ready to leave. Appeared generally relieved when we said we were going. When around the corner & enjoyed a slap up meal at Iguanas!

Hard to describe - very poor service, dirty place, no straws for drinks because they run out , firstly if you serve food you should bring cutlery - in a first place , dead leaf salad - list is long - glasses properly dirty - no management at all ! Sadly years ago that place was good - not anymore!

Wembley TGI, setting an example for visitors from around the world. Having had a drink then ordering my food at 20:50 thinking I had plenty of time as TGI don’t close until 22:30 and Chose to be seated outside due to the lovely hot weather. I was enjoying my meal when the surrounding tables and chairs were being collected up from the dining area around me outside and put inside leaving me eating on the only outside table. Wow!!! Another couple came in at 21:15 and asked to be seated outside so he had to fetch a table and chairs from inside for them. I felt like I had to rush my dinner to accommodate his clearing up. Totally uncalled for and unprofessional creating such an uncomfortable atmosphere while customers are eating.

The food was not bad. Full "full ribs" £20,75.. The service, one of waitress was rude and arrogant. Also, as far as we understood, there was a misunderstanding regarding the payment of the bill from another customer. Manager with waiter try to find out next to us this issues. This not professional and disrespect for customers. Not only that, but they also ask if we don't take money from the next table. Finaly find out what happen, one of the waitresses made a "joke" for manager and took the money from the table. All anothers waiters was friendly. Not back again to this place.

Manager Rosie and her team gave a great service and were constantly making sure my neice and nephews were ok during this busy period. I think they should be rewarded with a night out on TGI 😎

First off I would like to thank Nicole for her service. She saw we was neglected by our own waiter and served us instead. She was always helpful and served us food and drinks and was very apologetic when it came to the service of the other staff members. She is the reason the rating is so high. I honestly feel like the staff here were just groups of mates, they huddled on one side of the restaurant or just were no where to be seen. Our waiter served us once for our first drinks and he never approached us again, he was always somewhere else or just out of sight. Nicole saw us looking for our original waiter and just helped us out from there. The food was lovely, one of the best TGI's I have been to. But the service from waiters and waitresses needs to be improved. It wasnt even that busy until nearer to when we was going to leave. Nicole definitely had a lot on her plate and was basically helping all of the other waitresses and waiters. I could see her working all over the restaurant.

Had a great experience. I had heard of the food at TGI Fridays many and finally gave it a go, worth it for sure! Generous portions and good quality American cuisine.

The staff in this branch is close knit and it feels like a family working together helping each other…. It’s the Team Spirit within the staff that makes the difference… Great Customer service & Shout out to Jeff, Shimoya Tanayah, Dee

Service was to die for, it was quite busy and the manager handled it so well, I saw her go into the kitchen to cook food and take orders aswell, she had a black shirt and black hair with nice lashes. She is supportive to her coworkers.

TGI is truly amazing!From their wonderful ribs to juicy burgers and their amazing staff all can be called amazing!I saw someone celebrating a birthday who the staff sang a loud happy birthday song!It was so amazing!Definitely reccomend.

The food was very tasty and the prices are what they are, you get what you pay for. Me and my girlfriend were waiting 25 minutes to get the bill however. This wouldn't usually be an issue but we had a concert to get to. There was only one waiter who was essentially left on her own to run everything on a Friday night!

Lovely staff, great food - we spent ages here catching up and chatting before a show. No rushing us out but always an offer of more refills or anything else we might need at the right times. Sam the manager checked in on us and it was nice to see him all over the restaurant getting involved and in control.

The Meatless Chicken Taco with the Halloumi Stripes were very tasteful. The staff was very friendly, the food was prepared quickly and the restroom was very clean.

My go-to food has always been the TGI's sesame chicken, and this place didn't fail to deliver. It was amazing! The burger was top notch too, great price for everything. Wish the waitress/waiters was a bit more attentive though. Definitely recommend giving the sesame chicken a go if you've never had it before!

Superb food, even better service and very fairly priced! The portion sizes are excellent. It’s a great atmosphere to be in, especially when you feel like the staff absolutely adore their jobs (which they couldn’t when they’re run off their feet!) the food was beautiful but honestly, the service is what will bring me back. Truly kind people with wonderful personalities. That’s what it’s all about. TGIs are absolutely killing it!

Well what can I say about TGI Fridays - Wembley, amazing stuff, super friendly going the extra mile for thier customers everyone was always willing to help, the manager was Top notch super friendly and helpful and the food taste amazing, everything was done in a timely order. I need to secret recipe to the JD sauce honeslty the best I've being graving it since I moved back to France 2years ago.

I was fearing the worst ...but actually I really enjoyed this relic of the 90s which has kept up really good standard of quick food fare. Staff were very good - friendly- and quick. The food was box standard burgers and fries ..but tasty and not over done or too saucy. Definitely worth a trip if you are in the area

cocktails 2 for £18 that were impossible to drink.solid syrup. I was able to drink it and had to pay. The food was cheap and not worth the price. Valentine day was spoiled
