    Had some bad experiences with this restaurant as they kept sending me thin crust pizza's instead of deep pan. I ended up complaining and was given a free voucher for them to get it right next time. I used the voucher and the order was perfect, so used them again. I sat in waiting for almost two hours for my pizza on another occasion so rang the store. I got my pizza and was asked to give feedback, so I did. Again pizza hut sent me a voucher, but when i cam to use it the store told me I couldn't as when I tried to redeem it the delivery price wasn't met ( £10 voucher reduced price from £15 to £10) Spoke to a woman on the phone and she told me delivery times would be over two hours and that they didn't have the particular pizza which I always ordered. So basically the store didn't want to deliver to me because of the complaints. I told the woman i still wanted the pizza and would wait, to my surprise she then told me the delivery time would be 45 minutes. So she had basically lied to try and stop me ordering and using the voucher. Since then I can no longer order from that store because they have obviously banned my postcode from there delivery addresses. At the end of the day if you get it wrong and ask for feedback, don't expect someone to sing your praises. Especially when they have to wait in for hours hungry, cos you messed up. Since this traumatic ordeal, I have stopped using pizza hut all together. How this store is still open actually amazes me, I have been sick a few times after eating from here, so I wonder what they do to the pizza's there. I would never recommend this store to anyone, just a shame there isn't another store local to me, as I know not all pizza huts are like this!!!

    Worst Pizza Hut branch I've ever experienced! Countless times pizzas came soggy/raw in the middle. They never use the corrugated cardboard under the pizza to soak in the grease and moisture. The last order I made will be the absolute last from this awful branch. Various toppings missing with no apology or note. Ordered the new "chips" side order - less fries than in a McDonald's happy meal and were obviously McCain oven chips; they came with iconic burnt edges. Don't waste your money, avoid.

    This place is an absolute disgrace. We ordered not long ago and the pizza took one hour as oppose to the 30 mins stated by the website. When we called up to enquire as to where the pizza was, we were met by a very rude man who didn't even have the courtesy to make a simple apology for the lateness. So that evening we complained through the website and we were kindly sent a gift card a week later. However, when it was time to make an order we called up this branch just to enquire whether we can use the gift card with them, and the person on the other end simply hung up. I'm really surprised this place is still open with the way it's run.

    Do not waste your time and money. On jabuary 26th at 19:51 Our pizzas said 30 to 40 minutes to arrive. After me calling the shop every 15 minutes after it was previously due, waiting a total of 1hour and 20 minutes our pizzas arrived cold and completely wet, infact so wet that the pizza box was soaked through. I called the shop and after mentioning the problem he said we can have a free pizza next time. Which tonighr i have tried to redeem to be argued with down the phone. Told my rights as a customer, passed around 2 dofferent employees. Promised a call back and then lied to about me not even ordering the pizzas. Do not put yourself through this, my sense is a hugely unsuccessful franchise, seriously struggling in the current market with competition. We are so disgusted with this behaviour we will never order pizza hut again.

    What can I say?! I seriously never been mistreated so poorly by anyone. First of all I waited for an hour and a half for my pizza delivery. It was literally my first ever pizza it order. Pizza came cold in a soggy box. Driver apologised and said that he will bring me a new pizza as well as he will give me a discount. I am already waiting for an hour for a re delivery. I doubt he will bring it actually. 3h and no pizza. Seriously do not bother !!!

    If I could I would give a 0 star to this specific restaurant! Worst service ever, if you give a time you should do it in the time that you're saying or at least call to say that it will be late, I can't understand why this keeps happening when they are a big brand. Otherwise, I call them cause I was waiting for my pizza one hour ago with my door open, and they say "we was there and we call you" I mean, really? I was waiting for them, with my door open and they lie in my face like that?. I was speaking with a normal tone and he started to scream to me, that's very rude. They always forget my dips (and you pay for it), they always delivered late and to make it worst, they look at your face as if you were a lier. This pizza Hut definitely doesn't worth you time or your money, they should get a better manager or better staff! So Pizza Hut, Let me tell you the basic criteria in a restaurant or any other business, client is always first.

    There was a long black hair in the pizza, called, manager was rude, didn't give his name and he said it's not from his staff so must be ours. Well, neither of us have black hair !! So I called pizza hut customer services and complained, they obviously apologised and refunded the costs. Two stars for pizza hut customer services.

    We ordered online 2 pizzas and drinks. They are not able to delivery a pizza at the correct adress, they delivery to someone else. We called to ask why after 1 hour and half we did not receive our order. They said will make again but will take more than half an hour. We ask for the refund at this point. They are not even able to refund but they gave us a number to call tomorrow. Don't waste your time, use Deliveroo instead.

    This pizza hut is not clean their pizza are just like plastic .I call them and they didn replace or refund and the way they talking to the customer is insane really hope they will change those people . Those men are ruining pizza hut reputation

    It must be really hard to open a business and hire a proppa manager/staff. the skills is not in making sure you prepare the order but that you make sure its the correct order. and possibly deliver it on time. ALL these big chains need to stop letting incompetent franchisees ruin their label. Never again pizza hut because for me service matters more than the brand name.

    a barrage of lies, which left us feeling highly upset, mistreated and let down by Pizza Hut to have such representation discredit their company. I expressed the following to them and want to highlight these as completely unacceptable: that I am unhappy with how Mr. Sequel dealt with my brother over the phone. I expressed I have doubts about what they are telling me as their story does not correlate with what was said on the phone.The number of excuses made as to why the delivery has gone wrong. Paying for a service we did not receive which is the delivery of pizza within 30 – 45 minutes. Being refused any refund and offered no compensation. Mr sequels uninterested and disconcerting attitude we found rude and very inconsiderate. Both members of staff refused to give more than their first name
