Amazing experience and will definitely do it again. A bar like no other and an excellent show put on by all staff. The involvement being a part of the show as an inmate created the whole atmosphere. I won't ever eat chicken soup the same again lol 😆 Every bit of detail put into this experience from smuggling in your own alcohol, meeting the crooks and cooks, and being good friends with the guards, even having parole cards and outfits. Great couples experience or a group of friends together, everyone makes the experience when you arrive, definitely won't be disappointed.

From start to finish, this was an amazing and hilarious experience. The whole premise of “Alcotraz” is that you’re a cell mate, undergoing punishment for a named crime. The experience involves live actors and cocktails (you’ll need to bring your own liquor). There’s a warden, who is exceptionally funny. There are also guards and other actors. As part of it, you’ll do different tasks and get a chance to take lots of photos. As I’ve got hearing loss, I asked them to turn down the music, which they did. This was great, and much appreciated. I would definitely come here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Reminder: everyone needs to purchase a ticket!! Reservations in advance is strongly recommended! A very cool theatrical bar! From the beginning the experience has started, they give you orange jumpsuit and you are playing the inmate that smuggle the alcohol inside the prison. We love our visit here, the time just flies when we realize the show is over. They will serve 4 rounds of cocktails.

Lots of fun It's like being part of a play or movie while drinking nice coktails. The actors are wonderful, and the fun is guaranteed. It's a great experience in which you actually play a part, acting and helping the main characters. The atmosphere is fantastic. The environment looks like a prison block. Everybody is dressed accordingly and you can interact with everyone. The concept is absolutely great. You bring your own booze and they create cocktails based on your preferences and the alcohol you bring. Their cocktails are really good. And remember, everybody loves Cassidy's chicken soup!🤣

Honestly wasn’t worth the money. If booze was included, maybe. The actors relied too much on participation and ad libbing from guests. It just felt really awkward. The drinks were very very sweet and you just got whatever they made you. It was fun for taking pictures. If it cost a lot less I think I would give it a better rating but it wasn’t really worth the money.

Had such a great time here, I was a bit apprehensive as I didn't know what to expect but this is fun for everyone. The Actors make you feel at ease while maintaining atmosphere and the drinks are fantastic and really fresh. Would 100% recommend and would even visit again

Not worth the money at all. The experience isn’t too engaging, actors are average and their script isn’t funny / entertaining either. You literally just sit in a jail cell wearing overalls, sipping drinks, with few uninteresting 5 minute acts in between. Yep it’s literally 3-4 very small acts over the course of few hours. It feels like a drag after a point. While the servers were great, the drinks were extremely sweet and very average overall. If the experience was cheaper I’d have probably given it a better rating. Just very disappointed with how overpriced it is.

Had a fantastic time at Alcatraz for my birthday, really got involved in the interactive experience and ended up winning a free shot in a private space downstairs where you were taught more of the history of Alcatraz. Would highly recommend for a special event which is a bit different but full of fun and with your own delicious personalised cocktails! The actors were absolutely hilarious and had us in stitches the whole time.

18+ only Absolutely amazing. Can’t even explain how amazing it is. An experience you will never forget. Knowing it is their all year round is amazing. Definitely will be going again. They don’t do food only alcoholic beverages but it’s worth it.

Waow what an experience! We loved! It's an entertainment but not only. You need to discover it by yourself why. We don't want to say everything to not spoil the experience of Alcotraz. The actors, if i can say actors, were so good, hilarious and the way they coordinated the events was fabulous! And the extra, our drinks were so delicious!!! Thank you guys!!!

This place was amazing! Very immersive and the interaction with the actors was outstanding! Best "chicken soup" our party had all night! Time flew so fast I was devastated when it was over. Although had we been there longer we wouldn't have been walking out! Would definitely recommend to anyone! The experience is brilliant.

We had a great time here, it's something different and quite fun. They get every group involved in a little task, there's little scenes of acting throughout. The girl that played Cassidy was excellent. We had 3 amazing cocktails but the last one was disgusting had rosemary in it. I wasn't happy when and check out it added £4 admin fee per person! Overall good experience, we all had a laugh.

Ein unvergesslicher Abend. Dort angekommen hab die „Wärter“ ein kurzes Briefing abgehalten; was man tun darf und unterlassen soll. Ganz einfach, deswegen verstehe ich die vielen negativen Bewertungen nicht. Drinnen haben wir die Kleidung bekommen und uns dann in der Zelle umgezogen. Falls man keinen Alkohol trinkt, muss man das nur dem Barkeeper sagen. Beide Cocktails, ob mit oder ohne Alkohol waren ausgezeichnet! Insgesamt waren es vier Runden. Die Show war sehr amüsant. Die Schauspieler sind sehr talentiert und bemüht, die Zuschauer mit einzubeziehen (sie merken natürlich, wer auf der schüchternen Seite ist und zwingen niemanden mitzumachen, der nicht möchte) Gegen Ende bekommt man auch die Flaschen zurück, falls noch was drinnen ist. Die zwei Stunden vergingen wie in Flug. Kann dieses Konzept nur von Herzen weiterempfehlen! Großes Lob an jeden einzelnen!

Very fun…. not an escape room, very much a show/experience. Be sure to bring your own alcohol to “smuggle in.” Great job by the actors and the four drinks were very well-made. Don’t overthink it, just enjoy the experience! Took about 2 hours from walking through the door to “escaping.”

Wow! What a unique and hilarious experience! We were belly laughing the whole time! The actors were fantastic and created a fun atmosphere. We kind of fell in love with characters! Cocktails were lovely too. We were asked what kind of drinks we liked (sweet/sour etc) and the made gorgeous cocktails to our taste. I recommend bringing some Amaretto! This would be a great start to a hen/stag do! X

Really good evening, the actors were great and really got everyone involved. The bar staff were amazing as we took in a unusual drink and they made amazing cocktails from it.

I had a fun time with my cousin's. The acting was amazing and they didn't break character at all. They did improv alot and it was so quick. I would definitely recommend.

It's a great fun idea for something different. I just thought the actors wearing masks spoilt the experience a little. We had been to events all weekend where this was not so. The cocktails were delicious.

Alcotraz experience is brilliant! Firstly you have a back story as to why you have ended up behind bars, remember it.. Then you must smuggle in alcoholic beverages passed the big guard..scary! This part was pretty damm cool, having to be part of the theatrical scene. It was amazing, pure fun, being part of the experience, putting yourself involved in the theatrical performance. BRILLIANT! SO MUCH FUN. The actresses and actors were really really good, didnt break out of character. The whole experience was brilliant. Can't fault this at all!!! Cocktails were tasty and you get back the bottles you bring in. What was also fun about it was everyone got on with everyone. Didnt know anyone apart from my friend and I, but we got talking to the people in the cells next to us and sharing our stories. I booked this not knowing anything about it, didnt know what to expect, I absolutely loved it! I will definitely do this again.

Great experience if you feel like doing something different. I expected a bit more but it’s been a unique experience. I did not like the concept of bringing your alcohol with yourself.
