Such a great little theatre with a bar at the front with a few snack and drink options. The theatre itself is small and intimate which means that even if you buy seats in the back row, you can see everything that is going on. I went to see "But I'm a cheerleader" and the acting and singing was just as good as any West end production. Will be keeping an eye on what shows come into theatre here as it was such a nice experience, I'd love to come back.

Fabulous time watching The Nutcracker, so funny and cheeky, great cast. Small but mightly theatre, friendly staff. Clean and plenty of toilets. Also a short walk from battersea power station shopping centre. I hope to be back for more shows.

Very small venue that could do with a few upgrades here and there. Very convenient location a few minutes on foot from the Battersea Power Station tube station. Went to see Eugenius and totally enjoyed it. Small selection of drinks and bites available.

Great venue, very close to the Tine station and right in the heart of all the activities in the area. A cute outdoor stinking space and a nice bar inside too. Seating is comfortable and great sound (even with the trains going past).

Went to The Turbine Theatre to see “But I’m a Cheerleader The Musical” and had great experience. Small venue, so you can see the expression of actors even from the back. It’s cozy vibe and you can hear the train briefly from time to time in the far back, so it’s like an add-on to this venue’s unique space experience that I like. “But I’m a Cheerleader” is a great adaptation from cult queer film to amazing musical, as good as West End musical. Talented cast with great story that you’d love even without watching the film before. Highly recommended it! Good LGBTQ musical. My seat was L 3 in the back but I felt like I was close to stage. The theatre itself is located in Buttersea Power Starion area, very upcoming. So it’s best for you to explore the area while you come to see the play/show here. The space has small bar, friendly service and clean toilets for all genders.

Beautifully kept small theatre with very comfortable seats. Feels like you are in a private showing. Fair pricing. Very clean toilets. Interesting concessions. The only odd thing is that each screen has its own entrance from the street.

The Turbine is THE friendliest theatre in London (possibly the world!!) Dedicated primarily to new work, it has a really exciting and varied programme of shows. You can catch shows at the final stages of their development or final versions of great shows. Accessibility is good for wheelchair users, bar is good, location is great, loads of options around before or after shows. I've seen a lot of shows here and can honestly say it's provided some of the best atmospheres I've been a part of.

Quirky and very different set up to a theatre. You can hear the trains rumble across the top and it's intimate in nature. Selection of drinks and snacks for a show and lovely staff. Very pretty / pop art style (in my opinion)

High quality performance and great educative insight into the world of an autistic person. It is indeed apocalyptic in the sense that an autistic explains the conflict between his interior self and the expectation of society.

I saw "A-typical rainbow" which was gr8 but... 1st half is very slow & some ppl unfortunately left after that... 2nd is much dynamic yet I feel that its bit long... I saw something similar "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night"... Also Parking is Very Expensive 4hrs = 10ÂŁ... There shall be some discount system in place 4 theatre goers 2 get it for 50% off?... Just a thought... As it will put me off from my next visit...

Absolutely wonderful theatre, very kind staff especially Jimmy who changed the date of my tickets due to a newly announced train strike. Production on "But I'm a Cheerleader" exceeded my expectations by miles, great music and cast especially Inez Budd who I'd seen in "Heathers". Definitely will return to another musical at this venue. Pick n mix sweets were great too ! Thanks đź‘Ť

saw But I'm a Cheerleader there! charming place, cheerful, friendly staff, brilliant performance. there was some rumbling from the trains going over the bridge, which made it sound like there was a thunderstorm outside. i didn't mind, and spent a perfect night there

I went to see the final performance of A-Typical Rainbow. As a disabled person I thought it might be interesting to see how they portrayed autism on stage. There was a little confusion regarding the cost of access tickets, but a big thank you goes out to Jimmy for sorting this out. The only downside to this theatre is that it is a bit smelly. I'm not sure if it's the heat of if they have a resident cat, but it smells a lot of cat pee and the disabled toilet smelled a bit like someone might have died in there. The location is a bit awkward as well, but doable and there are lots of nice restaurants nearby for a pre-show nibble.

What a lovely venue! Great staff, plenty of toilets and quick bar service. 4 stars for loud trains that can disturb the show! Probably they should have some ear defenders on site, sometimes it's very loud

Lovely atmosphere and felt really cosy and welcoming my big issue is the toilets! No toilet lid highly unsanitary and non paper towel, sensory issues makes it hard for me to use dryers. It’s also so incredibly tight £2.50 for a not even full glass of orange juice

My wife introduced this theatre to me last year. We have since been numerous times! The staff are incredibly welcoming and the shows are spectacular! A hidden gem of a theatre :)

Such a great little theatre. The staff there were super friendly and I loved how we were all so close to the stage. It is under a train track so you will hear trains going overhead.

I went to see 'But I'm a Cheerleader', which was fantastic! The theatre itself is small and intimate - no seat is a bad one. You can hear the trains above you but it doesn't take anything away from the show. I would go back.
