Was highly impressed by the wide range of vegetarian / vegan and healthy food options and outlets at this theatre. More than I’ve seen at any other venue in central London. Wonderful atmosphere. Sound quality was good despite the rain, and the performance did not have to be delayed. The experience was very well run from start to finish. The queues for the bar etc were very long. Additionally, I felt that they could have placed more signposts just outside the theatre as it was quite hard to navigate the inner circle of the park being unfamiliar with the area, so I struggled to find the tube station / main road and this was very poorly lit being late and dark. But this is my only criticism and otherwise my experience inside the venue was fantastic.

A fantastic venue with seats offering a good vantage point to an expansive stage. La Cage aux Folles was my flamboyant chosen show, adapted from the 1978 original. Long bar and amenities too, catering to the interval rush of visitors. Lovely ambiance with the array of ash, cedars and birch trees. A real gem in an iconic spot.

We came to see 101 Dalmatian’s. We were pleasantly surprised by the venue, as you would have thought there would be a lot of background noise but none were present. Our seats were in row p and they provided a fantastic view of the performance. It was a lovely event and well executed. There is a bar, a pizza place and a burger place- I did not try these but did see a lot of people enter with drinks to the performance. All in all, a good experience for all and I would recommend. The cast were also great!

Fantastic venue (in the sunshine) with great food and drink options. Only 4 stars because there were no stewards to show us to our seats so no-one had a clue how to get to their seats and it caused a lot of chaos- including the show starting late! But it's a unique venue to watch some theatre, I would love to come back.

Brilliant venue in an outdoor area, hidden by the trees - I’d recommend bringing a blanket or extra layers for when it gets colder, as it helped us! We went to watch Legally Blonde and it didn’t disappoint! The stage setting there was brilliant and the entire cast was funny, inclusive, and full of talent - would definitely recommend going to see it, you won’t be disappointed! The only thing is that the queue for the bar was extremely long meaning the show was delayed and people kept coming in and out so we kept having to stand to let people in which was slightly annoying - maybe they could have a cut off time to make sure it flows nicely. Other than that the whole atmosphere and experience was amazing - lovely food and friendly staff

Really lovely experience. We watched Legally Blonde and it was really well done especially when I had seen the original west end one a few years ago. The only thing is, it did start late because the line for the bar was so long. Maybe the line needs to be shut earlier or there needs to be more staff so that the show can start on time.

La cage aux folles. Excellent production, great cast, set and costumes! Only 1 week left, a must see. This open air theatre is one of the best kept secrets in London. A must see!! Bravo to the cast 👏🏻

What a fantastic night at the theatre! The facility is lovely, there are ample restrooms and food/drink options, and there really aren’t bad seats in the house! It was simply magical. I opted for the covered dining which is a great option as you get a starter and entree then at intermission you get dessert and coffee/tea. It was about 35£.

As a venue, there is a slightly amateurish 'let's put on a show' feel to the Regents Park Open Air Theatre that is belied by the keen merchandising and marketing of food and beverages within. These are pricy, but classy. The actual experience is, of course, entirely in the lap of the weather gods. On the right day, with the sun shining, this is a green and pleasant theatre going oasis in the heart of one of London's great parks. The seats are (just)comfortable enough, and the leg room (just) sufficient. I was here to see a revival of Jerry Herman's big and warm-hearted musical, "La Cage Aux Folles'. Though decidedly lacking in spectacle (the production often looked lost on a large stage) it is impossible not to like, even admire, the wonderful score, performed here with verve, charm and oomph by a talented cast.

Beautiful park, it was a lovely sunny day 😎 and the grounds looked stunning. Full of wildlife too. We were only walking through this time and no time to rest and enjoy but we have enjoyed the park many times before on our visits there

Saw 101 Dalmatians here and it was delightful. The theatre is actually much bigger than we thought, sitting at the back you can’t see the facial expressions of the actors and you feel a bit far away from the show. Watching from the front is a totally different experience and well worth the money.

Went to watch La Cage aux Folles - what an experience! The entire ambience and setting outside the theatre has been done so well. Food is pretty good, and service is quick so you won’t miss your show. The theatre itself is magnificent, and very unique. Bring a blanket if it might get cold, but wonderful evening all round!

Came to see the film Grease with the Luna cinema. Great venue, easy to get to from public transport and plenty of parking spaces around the inner circle and various other nearby roads within the park. Once you enter the theatre, there’s a bar and seating area for food and drinks. The bar staff are slightly disorganised, we ordered pizza, which are served by the slice and also as a whole 12 inches. We got charged for 2 whole pizzas, without being asked which was the preference. But it was sorted quickly by the manager. There was also confusion with what flavours were/weren’t still available. The layout inside the theatre is like an amphitheatre - we were sat in row J next to exit 3. Great view of the screen, no issues with tall people as it’s all tiered on steps. And row J is step free and on ground level, so great if you have any access issues. Good experience, we were lucky with the weather and I’d definitely recommend visiting. 😊

Reviewing the venue rather than the show (the show, The Tempest re-imagined, was very good)! This venue has great access, and once accessed you have access to food and drink, both cold & hot. There's a bit of peace with picnic tables if you've bought your own food. Good toilets. The theatre has a really good pitch which means the seats all tend to have good views. We sat in row M (30s) of the upper circle and you can see a nice unobstructed view of the stage. Tickets are a good price, so would recommend for a nice day/evening out and obviously you have the park right outside to continue enjoying the day. Would like to visit for an evening show.
