I
recently
stayed
here
for
two
nights.
The
room
was
small
but
nice
for
the
price,
and
was
generally
clean
on
arrival
although
the
shower
did
have
some
marks
and
signs
of
wear.
The
location
was
great
(about
a
5
minute
or
less
to
paddington
station)
and
staff
were
friendly
and
helpful.
My
primary
issue
with
this
hotel
was
that
I
didnāt
have
hot
water
to
shower
either
morning
of
my
stay.
I
spoke
with
staff
on
the
first
day,
who
looked
into
the
issue
and
told
me
it
would
be
fine
for
the
next
day,
but
I
still
didnāt
have
hot
water.
The
hotel
has
hot
water-
I
showered
quickly
the
first
evening
I
arrived,
but
had
to
take
rushed,
cold
showers
on
both
of
the
other
days,
which
was
unpleasant
and
relatively
upsetting
in
January.
I
asked
if
there
was
someone
I
could
speak
to
about
the
issue
when
I
checked
out,
and
I
was
given
an
email.
I
havenāt
received
a
reply
or
resolution
yet.
Other
than
that,
there
werenāt
any
instructions
on
how
to
operate
the
heater,
so
I
was
freezing
my
first
night
since
I
came
back
to
the
hotel
late
and
couldnāt
figure
out
how
to
get
it
to
work.
While
that
was
my
error,
I
wish
a
small
card
was
included
as
it
would
have
made
the
night
much
more
pleasant.
Obviously
this
hotel
is
a
budget
option,
but
I
couldāve
paid
far
less
for
a
hostel
and
been
more
comfortable
than
I
was
here.
Edit:
I
did
get
a
response
from
their
customer
service,
who
were
very
apologetic,
offered
me
a
partial
refund,
and
said
that
they
would
investigate
the
issue
so
that
it
wouldnāt
impact
future
guests.
While
it
did
take
a
little
bit
of
time
for
someone
to
get
back
to
me,
they
were
prompt
in
issuing
the
refund,
and
I
had
a
good
experience
with
their
customer
service
team.
