Very tight rooms, prices are way too high. Unfortunately I am never staying there again!

A great hotel, very comfortable and very functional, staff is top notch..

Stayed here now a couple of time for special occasions and it is always so lovely when we do. They try their best to accommodate our requests whenever possible and they usually find a way which is really great. Always positive the staff are very polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and offer great amenities. Some rooms offer lovely balcony views and that's not always possible in London. Situated on a quiet road away from the hussle of the city but minutes walk from harrods and the underground. Definitely would stay here again.

That's a dream of mine to stay there for our honeymoon! Well done everybody who works there

I really shocked and upset! What happened for me than never i faced in my internal life. My gucci shirt was missing while i stayed in hotel. then my body spray from tom ford and dress from self portrait is missing also! i tried to speak with staff but they not solve my issue and ask me to call police! I send an complaint by email for them several time but no answer or replying until now! Then their manager replying on me with strong dividends on his employees and he think what i lost is not expensive or worth it! I open a case in uk police and i waiting the investigation end. If you want your items stolen or lost then booked with this hotel. so i will not trust any hotel under Jumeirah company.

I would say an average hotel with a good location. Not very far from metro and bus station. Also a walking distance from the famous department store harrods and some good coffee shops and restaurants. The room was clean and to my surprise it wasn’t as small as the majority of rooms in London. What I didn’t like is noise coming from the air conditions from where our room is located. The view was not great plus the sound pollution. Another thing bothered me is where they placed the shampoo and other shower products. You would expect it be around the shower head. Sadly it was nailed to the exact opposite wall of the shower which was from my opinion very stupid. Specially with the slippery bathtub. Bathroom was small and the room lighting is absolutely a joke specially at night. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed.

Would give them no stores but the only way for it to go on Google is giving a star had personal belongings stolen had four done on my credit cards and hotel just wiped their hands so I would not stay at this hotel and will not advise any of my friends that are going to London to stay here GM does not care about his guests to compensate them for the trouble they go through.

I had over $6,000 with of jewelry stolen from my room while I was out of the room. It was so upsetting. I had to return to London for the court trial when the cat burglar was found. It was my favorite hotel before this happened. So sad.

Had an amazing night out in Belgravia and the paramount feature was concluding our night at this hotel. The hotel and rooms were immaculate and the staff provided a service that was simply top class. They quite literally couldn’t do enough for us. Wish we could have stayed longer so would definitely be returning.

A boutique hotel located in Knightsbridge in central London, the staff were of great help and willing to help guests as much as they possibly can

I think this hotel is really a little gem. We stayed recently, it was my wife’s birthday. The hotel staff made such an effort, I mean they really went the extra mile. The bedrooms were very nice, we had a balcony which was lovely. It has a nice restaurant and bar. I can definitely recommend and tell you we will definitely be staying again!

Had a great stay here, the hotel is situated in Knightsbridge’s neighbourhood 7 minutes from the metro line. It offers also the pool, spa and gym service in their other hotel. The bed is really comfy and the around area is really calm!

Disappointing. Slow and inconsistent service. Property is tired in places. Lacking 5 star appeal. This would be diluted if service were outstanding but it isn’t. Some staff are well trained and attentive, others are not. By no means a disaster but not what it seems reasonable to expect having stayed at the sister hotel Jumeirah Tower, just around the corner and with a property boasting a 5 star rating.

Had an amazing weekend. The staff at this hotel are what made it for us. From arriving to leaving they looked after us so well. They make this hotel special. The hotel is in a perfect location.

Had overall good time during stay in mid September. Hotel is ideally located with good access and parking, suite room interiors are good quality. There are some nice fine dine around. Front office staff is prompt & attentive. A little more finesse and refinement of room service and restaurant service expected. Seems little overly priced.

Restaurant staff have no idea how to serve food and drinks. They are closing the service whenever they want, arguing and refusing to take our drinks order 'because they are already cleaned the equipment "🤣 In 5* I didn't expect to hear: " It's not my problem if you don't like it".

Very clean and quiet hotel with a very comfy bed and even though I only booked a small room, it had plenty of space. A great location for Knightsbridge, Belgravia and Victoria. Overall nice village vibe in the area.

Fantastic location, more casual atmosphere but service levels, at all levels are going downhill. I am not clear if this is mismanagement or lack of skilled labor or both. either way, it is sad and unacceptable

I'm very satisfied with this property. Stayed with them whilst on vacation and they made me feel welcome from the time I stepped in the hotel. Also, they attended to all my requests in speedy manner. Property is just different!

Front desk staff were wonderful. Room was a little on the small side, but very clean and the king sized bed was very comfortable. Attached restaurant and bar offered a nice variety of food and drink. Conveniently located a short walk from multiple tube stations.

Stayed here many many times, love the place, would highly recommend
