Really good variety of options. The Conveyor belt which brings the food is so cool. Although it doesn’t stop for very long when it gets to you so you must pick it up quickly.

Yummy Japanese prawn katsu, salmon sashimi, gyoza with reasonable price at the biggest shopping mall in Europe. All you need to do is to scan the bar code, order your food then wait for the light turns green and pick up your food. Interesting 😌

Always love YO!Sushi. I wish they'd go back to (or at least have sessions) with the coloured plates going around pre-2020. Also the ordering via QR code can be slow sometimes. However the loyalty system points earned by doing this are a great benefit and allow free sushi, easily. Food was all very fresh and served in good time. Will always keep going to Yo sushi.

The worst Yo! Sushi experience ever! We waited at entrance for a long time and still being ignored. Had to find chopstick and soy sauce plate myself, no wasabi either (or need to pay for wasabi separately now?). Staff was rushing with closing, plate literally got taken away while kid was still having her last a couple of chips. That time was 8:41pm, I thought they close at 9pm? No goodbye from staff when they saw us leaving. Ok maybe expecting goodbye is too much, but Yo! Sushi is not a cheap restaurant….. My family and I have visited quite a few Yo! Sushi across London, always like the food, the vibes, the cleaness, today we found Yo! extremely disappointing! Also when I looked up to the ceiling, the plates somehow really seemed like ulcers, ulcers in mouth…right? No? Just me? Ok…. I don’t like giving 1 star because it can lay down so much hard works from other staff, it’s actually my first time giving 1 star, because the experience I had earlier was bad!!

It's sooo yummy and fulfills hygiene requirements as you see how chefs are working in front of you. It is a great experience when you choose your sushi and salads on the runner :) besides I like that you can eat as much as you want, it's all calculated at the end according to the colours of the plates when you finish.

Came here with my partner more than once. Great sushi place, staff very friendly, food was delicious. My only complaint is the variety of chicken sushi they have. If you don’t like spicy sushi then you don’t have many options. Overall, I recommend everyone to stop by !

Update: 29SEP23 We tried to eat here again as we saw that they put back the sushi/sashimi that you can just get it straight from the conveyer belt and the pricing will depend on the color of the plate. It was a fun experience finally and the food tasted great. Aside from the sushi and sashimi, some of the desserts are jn the conveyer belt as well. It was a bit in the pricy side but I guess the experience is a part of what your paying for. I took a photo of the prices. Went here to experience eating at a revolving sushi restaurant. But it wasn't like the one in Japan though it's understandable. Food tasted good and there were good selection. As always, loved the miso soup as well as the sashimi and shushi. My daughter loves there fries as well.

We've been to a few YO! locations, including this one before, and they always do the trick. The food and service were decent, but it wasn't up to the same standards like some other YO! restaurants. I'd rate this location a solid 3.5/5.

Quick stop to eat, limited booths so if busy you won't get. You can reserve, though. The food was nice good service.

Where is the jammy egg? Asked for it they told me they boil them in the MORNING?!?!? Everyone talking their own language and had to seat ourselves. Its a shambles!!

I have been here a few times as I work here. Every time I have to ask for things like chopsticks and or ginger. Staff are busy chatting or making food no servers. Yo sushi use to be one of my fav places to go but this quality since the pandemic seem to have decreased.

Terrible at all costs. Service needs to be reviewed and urgently you don’t seem to know what hospitality and catering even is! Greeting guests is is the 1st step before seating them.( We sat by ourselves) Food is poor and portioning I’m not going to even mention. Higiene is very questionable specially if you seat there and then look up and can see the dust falling in the kitchen while your food is being prepared I’m referring to the dust from those hanged cups or plates or whatever you wanna call. Also keep your eyes on the head-chef as he and probably is sous chef were the only ones not to wear gloves apart from everyone else. They eat on going while preparing food and gossiping about the guests in their own language and probably thinking that no one understands them (well there are some key expressions that you can only mention it in English and that what lets you get caught) Pay attention to the dirty pans attention to the knifes and boards in case you have allergies. Washing their hands regularly should be an habit specially if you are preparing. “fresh food” in an open kitchen! Guys seriously where are your standards?!?! The value for money is simply ridiculous. You have supermarkets cooking better at cheaper prices than you practice at the moment! I could be here pointing a whole role of other things. But I guess I’ve already wasted a lot of time writing this review and describing my bad experience.with you guys.

I wanted to take my mother, while she was visiting me. We both were very happy of choosing exactly Yo Sushi- food delicious, and the conveyer belt is really attractive, you can look at the food, and choose, for people that do not know that well Asian cuisine is very good. The staff is great, we were served by Sara, she explained everything to us with a big smile and so friendly. Highly recommended!

I was a bit disappointed with the selection. I feel like there was more choice in the past. This is the only yo sushi I've been to since Covid but I imagine the menu change is not limited to just this branch. The service was nice and my food arrived fast. The food I ordered was good but several favorites were not on the menu anymore..

This was a great choice for Japanese food at Westfield shopping mall. The menu was overwhelming, with lots of very yummy options. In the end I ordered the popcorn shrimp as a starter, followed by a large bowl of the Terriyaki Chicken ramen bowl. I was very happy with my food and the friendly service.

A good Yo, usual friendly staff and the food is always great. Great deal on just now, "The infinity menu". Amazing value, so many dishes for £24. I just wish they would bring back the constantly rotating conveyor belt that always has food on it, colour coded. That was fun.

I love it... It's not just sushi! This café showcases Japanese & Korean cuisine at its most accessible, with the quickest service and a buzzing atmosphere. They aren't running the super fun pre-COVID system of the "never-ending-dishes-on-the-conveyer-belt" thing anymore, but the food and atmosphere was still so good that I can't give any less than 5 stars. Whether you want a bottomless Japanese tea, some great fried chicken, a quick curry or some great vegetarian food, look no further! Yo Sushi has it all... 😌🍜... My number 1 recommendation!

This is the worst sushi I never have in my life, they are cooked the rice look like mash rice and look at the top and the bottom. Look disgusting. 😰😨

This concept of conveyer belt sushi restaurant is interesting but they have very less choices especially for vegetarians and vegans. Not very impressed.

I dined here this afternoon and honestly a lot was going down. The staff were trying to cope with the servers being down and unfortunately were having to deal with some very challenging customers who were being very vocal / impatient and unkind. The worker who really stood out to me was a young waitress (perhaps early twenties?) with dark hair and glasses She was kind, efficient and smiling - no matter how stressed she may have been. We could see how hectic it was and how much pressure she had been put under and yet she continued to be attentive and take care of everyone. I wish I caught her name. Yo Sushi is so lucky to have her - she was the lead staff member making sure customers were happy and being communicated with in the midst of technical chaos and challenging customers. Thank you so much whoever you are - we see you and appreciate you!!!

Friendly staff, fast service and great food. I had my go to - Beef Teriyaki takeout! And it truly never disappoints. Enjoyed every bite of it

It is very hard for freshman to find. I spent 1 hour to find the reseturant with my friend. The kimchi fried chicken is too salty. The food is not too fresh.
