Bone Daddies serves solid but not authentic Ramen with reasonable price and great portion. It’s a perfect place for a quick fix of lunch or dinner. We had their Yuzu Tonkotsu with double topping for extra £2 and Fried Chicken to share with a group of two. We highly recommend to add £2 for double topping which was worth the price. However, the taste & quality of food was overall not so good.

Shout out to the staff first, good job folks, great service! The sides are to die for, recommend the Korean chicken wings which were superb, plump and juicy! Fried chicken also better than kfc! Ramen however I thought was so so, broth was tasteless and too watery - this is based on the tantanmen and tonkotsu which we ordered - shoryu/ippudo are much richer and better for my taste - your mileage might vary though. The noodles were also too soggy and soft, again this is just my preference, perhaps they should ask how you like your noodles done like in some other places?

It was chilly day bit was ok to stay outside because of heaters. Foods were warm and tasty. Expected literal donkats on the top but was different. But it was ok to eat. I recommend the sweet chilly flavour chicken, was pretty good:)

Amazing Food and Service at Bone Daddies in Soho! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bone Daddies in Soho, and I must say it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The combination of excellent service and delicious food made for a memorable evening. First and foremost, our server, Craig, was absolutely fantastic. He had a great sense of humor, engaged in friendly banter, and provided us with exceptional recommendations. Craig's presence made our dining experience even more enjoyable as he effortlessly attended to our needs, ensuring our glasses were never empty and our food arrived promptly. Despite the restaurant being busy, we were pleasantly surprised to be seated right away. The efficient management of the crowd added to the overall positive ambiance of the place. Now, let's talk about the food! The margarita cocktail was a delightful addition to our meal, and it was recommended by Craig himself. It perfectly complemented the flavors of the dishes we ordered. Speaking of which, the "Chill Chill Pork" dish was an absolute winner. The heat was just right, the portion size was generous, and the quality of the pork was outstanding. Each bite was a burst of deliciousness. The Korean wings stole the show! They were undoubtedly some of the best wings I have ever tasted. The combination of crispy texture, perfect balance of spiciness and sweetness, made them an absolute delight for the taste buds. I highly recommend trying them! One pleasant surprise was the variety of vegetarian options available. Although the menu may not initially appear to cater to vegetarians, Bone Daddies exceeded our expectations with their diverse selection of flavorful veggie dishes. In conclusion, Bone Daddies in Soho deserves all the praise it receives. The exceptional service provided by Craig, the mouthwatering food, and the unexpectedly impressive vegetarian options all contributed to an outstanding dining experience. I will definitely be returning to this gem of a restaurant soon.

Always a good time at Bone Daddies! Went here on a Friday evening around 9:15 and got a table even though it was quite busy. Got a Yuzu Tonkotsu and the original Tonkotsu - also some yummy bao buns. Service is always fantastic here and love the intimate eating atmosphere.

Our experience at Bone Daddies was a mix of hits and misses. On the bright side, we were promptly seated, which was appreciated. The food truly stood out - it was flavorful with some innovative touches. A notable example was the fried chicken served with what seemed to be tartare sauce, a combination I'd associate more with calamari. It was an intriguing and tasty pairing. Additionally, the ramen was perfectly cooked and had some playful ingredient combinations that added to the fun dining experience. However, there were some areas where Bone Daddies faltered. After being seated quickly, we found ourselves waiting a considerable amount of time for our waiter. We eventually had to beckon her over to take our order. Moreover, while the food was delightful, the ambiance was somewhat dampened by the lackluster interior decoration. A particularly jarring aspect was the state of the toilets - they were dirty and rundown, which was surprising given the quality of the food.

The Yuzu pork ramen was delicious and the baos (duck, aubergine and chicken) were so good that they almost stole the ramen show 😛. Atmosphere was nice and great service by Awais. Queuing was around 20 min on a Saturday evening.

Having been to Japan and also trying many ramen places in the UK this was one of the best ramen meals I've had. I ordered the yuzu tonkatsu ramen and it was such a refreshing taste! I couldn't put my chopsticks down! It was very reasonably charged considering the location and huge portion size. The service itself was okay, staff were friendly but it was packed full so I understand they were extremely busy. The decor is nice but atmosphere is quiet loud since the seating is quite tightly packed in. An extra touch which I'd never seen before was they provide hair ties for people and even bibs to ensure your clothes don't get messy. 10/10 would recommend highly.

You can't really make a reservation at Bone daddies but the queue moves pretty quick. We had some warm sake to start off with and it was very nice. We also ordered a cholu lemon sour and I personally think this drink goes really well with ramen. For starters we chose the chashu pork crochets, black pepper wings, fried padrons and bao bun each. The crochets were definitely my favourite, followed by the katsu chicken bao bub and then the padrons. The wings were a bit too sweet for a peppery dish. The bao bun was actually quite large and the chicken piece and sauce were also quite generous. For the ramen, I chose the pork pork chilli ramen and overall I really enjoyed this dish, I felt a little more meat could have been added but the flavours were just popping. They even had garlic and chilli on the table that you could add to the dish.

My friend recommended this Japanese ramen restaurant to me. It was my first time eating there, and the taste was good, but I can't say it was very authentic. It made me somewhat nostalgic for the Japanese ramen I've had in Asia. The seating arrangement in the restaurant was a bit cramped, and as the weather started getting cold, I had to wear multiple layers of clothing. When entering the restaurant, I had to take off my coat, but there was no place to properly store my coat and bag while sitting on the high chair, which made me feel a bit awkward.

came here on a whim during a busy saturday eve and was seated and taken care of by the nicest server! really good atmosphere and great service. sadly no egg for my tantanmen 3 but it was still delicious and filling. would definitely recommend the bao buns, could've devoured 20 of the aubergine ones

Great experience. We've ordered the spicy ramen, the mushroom ramen and the aubergine bao bun. The bao bun was one of the best ones we've ever had. The spicy ramen was also very good. We were not impressed by the mushroom ramen. Atmosphere and service are good and prices are ok. Would revisit.

This ramen is 5/5! Usually there’s a queue outside, and I can see why! The broth itself was so tasty alone, and then the crispy chicken as well as the mince and spicy paste took it to another level! The portion size is also huge, even though we wanted to try the wings were full without. The staff were all friendly and attentive when we needed top up of the tea or water etc. If you want to get a table without reserving go early, around 6, otherwise book in advance! Highly recommend!!

We walked in off the street and got a table within a few minutes, but this place was BUSY. Don't go here if you want to have a quiet meal! The service was excellent, despite the deluge of customers, and the food came relatively quickly. Everything was tasty, and I particularly liked the noodles.

The food was great, very tasty and flavoury. The service was a bit disappointing (the waitress forgot to add my ramen to the order so my boyfriend's arrived and he had to start eating before me, however, another colleague of hers apologised multiple times and made sure to get my ramen on the table in a few mins). The atmosphere was a bit loud - I personally found the loud rock music not to blend in with the whole concept of the restaurant - it almost reminded me of a hard rock cafè, which I found strange since I was eating ramen. Overall the food is good and I would go back for it for sure!

I used to live in London and I loved bone daddies when it had first opened, so every time I’m on a business trip and alone I stop by. This time all the ingredients in the ramen were cold, and I tried to add sesame and the sesame thing broke into my soup. I didn’t see it and I continued eating and I found a piece in my soup. I complained to the service and the waitress didn’t even flinch. They didn’t switch the ramen and they charged me in full. That’s me not stepping into this place ever again.

Pretty good ramen. Some toppings were a bit too cold for my liking. As was the tea. Good selection of vegetarian options. The atmosphere is a bit more rustic and the seating is pretty cramped, but nothing too bad. Service was good and the food came super fast (12:30 on a friday).

Came across this place when we were passing by, and thought that we will give it a go. They sat us down very quickly and food came out quickly too. We have had T22 and TANTANMEN 1. Food was good but not something special, there was something missing on flavours. Service was nice and staff was helpful.

In UK standard, i would give 4.5 star to the ramen. I tried the 2 ramen (pork soup and chicken soup), you can find every elements of Japanese ramen. It's really appreciated. Besides, the declaration inside are very nice, which makes me miss Japan a lot. However,if you have tried ramen in Japan, you can taste the difference. Using an Asian standard, I will only give 3.5 star to the restaurant. I think the major difference is the soup / broth. It's delicious, but the broth is not concentrate enough. Overall speaking, he restaurant is quite nice and it's full of local people, which proved that the food quality is very well. But if you are a real ramen lover, it's preferred to try ramen at a restaurant run by Japanese.

This was my first visit to Bone Daddies Ramen shop and I was very pleasantly surprised. I had the chilli chilli ramen bowl with a side of boa buns. The ramen was great. The soup was spicy, but did not blow your head off, making it tasty and rich. The toppings were well cooked, with chashu that melted in your mouth and tasty mince pork that added to the texture of the dish. The ajitama egg was good, though could have been felt in the marinade long for my taste. The only thing I was not sure about was the chilli in the bowl, I get the asthetics of having it on the top, but added nothing for taste. The boas were good. I had the chicken and chashu pork. The pork was a little overpowering with flavour by the last bite. But the chicken was spot on and very tasty. The baos themselves were light and fluffy and had great mouth feel. Recommended on your own or in a group.

Great triple threat combo of ramen, beer and buns. Ramen was spot on, full of flavour. Pork buns superb, tender pork with tasty sauce. Super friendly and helpful staff(Becks?). Iron Maiden playing in the background is worth a star alone. Great find, will return.

Lovely place. Would definitely recommend. Dined in and had lunch on Friday 18th March 2022 and had received lovely table service. Drinks were good, food sublime and a great atmosphere. The buns were so nice I had to order more to takeaway. All members of the party were more than satisfied. Clean toilets and hygienic areas. Bone Daddies table accessories proved useful. Will be going again sometime.

Lovely place. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Food was delicious, didn't manage to get a picture of the rib because we were hungry but please do try it! Highly recommended! The tantanman was very tasty. The broth was flavourful with nice level of spice. The baos were OK.

Salmon Bao I enjoyed every bite of it, clean crunchy creamy and light. Korean chicken wings The best, soft, well marinated, not sweet “tomato paste” and amazingly decoupled. My main dish was T22 ramen: the broth was not good and not clean, you can taste the chicken skin 😰. But the other toppings was good. They might enhance the egg’s flavor by marination. Finally, the chairs are not comfy but doing the job. And the people are polite and welcoming. I am only rating 3/5 because I came for the ramen. And no beef broth “for Muslims”.

I have an unhealthy relationship with Bone Daddies…I can’t remember the last time I ate ramen anywhere else in London. A solid selection of ramen with a different special every month. Quick service and friendly staff make this an easy recommendation for somewhere to grab a bite to eat in central London.

We went here after seeing the reviews and it was just as everyone described. The food was really good and the staff were friendly. It was nice to see that they had veg/vegan options which are mostly difficult to find in other Ramen serving places. Would definitely come back again to try a different Ramen.

My favourite ramen in town for many years now. The Yuzu Ramen was great too. I gave only three stars rating due to the hygiene. The tap water bottle has some nasty substances around the bottle neck. Seems like they have never been cleaned properly. I recognized it after I drank the water 😱. Unfortunately I didn't manage to get a photo before they took the water bottle away. I started to doubt their hygiene standards, which is shameful for such a place with good food. NOTE to the owner, please do clean up the water bottle properly. This is unacceptable and utterly unappetising. Thank you

I ordered a classic tonkotsu ramen. In my opinion, there was too much garlic in the broth. I truly like garlic, however I think it created an imbalance in the flavour itself. However, it's one of the best ramen I've had outside Japan!

  • 4/5 Filip B. 2 years ago on Google
Great place with a distinct Japanese vibe (those posters on the wall really add up to it!). Ramen was served beautifully and of course tasted great, but it could have had a bit more ingredients, since after eating most of them, I was left with half of the bowl worth of broth (it was spicy, but reeeeally delicious). Other than that everything was great 👍

  • 4/5 Matan M. 2 years ago on Google
We ate the T22 and Tantamen 2 along with 2 buns (fried duck and salmon) and everything was delicious. The portions are more than enough even though we were starving when we got there. The only reason I'm giving 4 star rating is the price which was a bit too much. 46.5 quid for 3 dishes is very expensive compared to what the Soho area has to offer.

  • 5/5 Jhay P. 2 years ago on Google
One of the best Ramen places I've been to. I'm amazed on how tasty the food is. The Ramen has a very generous serving and the mouthwatering bao buns I can't get enough! Whether you're looking for a good place to warm up your hungry tummy or have a snack... (But would definitely recommend you going here hungry. Haha!) Bone Daddies is definitely the go to. This is the place to be to satisfy your Japanese Ramen Bar cravings!

The ramen and tater tots were amazing paired with a warm sake! Gavesh(G) took care of my order and helped me decide on food and really made me feel welcome like I was chatting to a friend. Also, try the salted caramel ice cream with fried noodles, can’t go wrong with that dessert. Definitely recommend this place!
