Its a shame that i have to give 1 star because all the notaneys are actually quite competent as is dhalini, however i spoke to a lady over the phone, im sure she was locum because i have never spoken to her before; She was so rude it was quite shocking, she would interrupt me and say in a condenscending manner " if you actually listen to me" and when i asked her to confirm my prescription she said " well thats what we kinda usually do, y know" lady this line of work don't suit you if you have the empathy of a toaster and i would have given her a piece of my mind if i wasn't so desperate for a medicine. Just want to make clear that i don't think it was any of the doctors- update: i checked nhs app and it says her name is kandi. I don't pay thousands in tax a year to get spoken to like i just came off the yellow bus. Embarassing, 1 person represents the whole company-remember that

I recently had the pleasure of being cared for by an amazing nurse (Khushbu Patel) during a blood draw, and I wanted to share my experience. From the moment I walked into the clinic, this nurse exuded professionalism and kindness. Her demeanor immediately put me at ease, as she took the time to explain the procedure, making sure I was comfortable and informed. She had a gentle touch and an incredible ability to find a vein without causing any discomfort. What truly stood out was her empathy and attentiveness throughout the process. She engaged in friendly conversation, distracting me from any anxiety I might have had. Her genuine concern for my well-being was evident, and it made the entire experience much less intimidating. The nurse's efficiency was remarkable too. She completed the blood draw swiftly and accurately, which minimized any discomfort. Her attention to hygiene and safety protocols also reassured me that I was in capable hands. In the end, this nurse not only demonstrated exceptional clinical skills but also exhibited qualities of compassion and patient-centered care that are truly commendable. I left the clinic with a sense of gratitude for her outstanding service, and I hope her dedication to her profession continues to positively impact others as it did for me. She is a shining example of what makes a healthcare professional amazing.

The worst medical practice I've ever been too. Numerous failings including being able to speak to a doctor and receiving essential medications. Last year I was made to have an unnecessary cervical screening appointment only to be told a few weeks later, I wasn't scheduled until next year and therefore my sample was disposed of. There was no apology or care about the patient. The staff are incompetent. Avoid!

There is a complete lack of organisation here and those who work in this "premier" medical centre would rather blame those in need of help than get their own act in order! Edit: With regards to the response to this, I was writing a review based off of an experience that my brother had. I was helping my brother to sort out a situation that he has with this medical centre. Therefore, I felt entitled to leave a review based off of the experience.

Firstly, I phoned the GP surgery on Friday and got my appointment for this morning. AMAZING Thankyou reception. I saw Dr. Tokhi, this morning. First time seeing this Doctor, May I say what an exceptional Doctor. I had two issues, he took the time to explain in his very professional and extremely lovely manner. I felt very well informed. This confirms why I am still with this surgery for 25 years. Well done for always being an exceptional surgery. The whole team always helpful and professional.

My mother and myself have been with this practice for as long as I can remember, I was a child now a woman in my mid 30's. It's unfortunate to say how disgusted I am with the way the practice has become over the last few years. My mother had an appointment today (4th Dec 2023) and waited over 5 hours for the phone to ring and for her to get cut off, the landline rings she answers they disconnect the call and then one ring again on the landline then received a text messaged a few moments later to say they attempted to call her for the appointment but they had no luck....what a load of rubbish. This practice has gone downhill and lost respect from a lot of the local residents as I am aware how many people have moved on to other places. I am mortified that you expect a elderly person to wait more than 5 hours for a telephone appointment to then be texted saying they attempted to call but didn't get through when she has been sitting here at home all day waiting and tried to answer the calls but kept getting disconnected. Doctor's clearly can not be bothered anymore as they just want to rush and get home. Being paid a lot of money as a doctor seems to be great if you get to ignore your patients.

After being part of the NHS for so many years and having dealt with a few more GPs, I can say that this GP is hands down the best GP I have come across. Great staff and streamlined process. Thanks for all you do.

It took a week to get a phone consultation and the doctor was late 3 hours to give me a call back. After I told her what are my problems she just told me to take some medication and see if it helps me. The process is they suppose to make some tests and exam and see what is it and then go through the options. I’m not a lab rat. I keep disappointed in doctors. To add to the answer I got and I can’t answer that I’ll answer here. The doctor would agree only one blood test which you can’t tell what is my problem. Any other test I was required she did not agree saying I don’t need it because she know what’s my issue and just try this one medication and see if it’s works for me. That’s not how you tell the person what’s wrong with him/her. In this case I’m a doctor.

There are some things that are bad with this Practice, hard to say who's fault it is, but I feel disappoint. They should tell patient that they always giving 10 minutes appointment, unless requested longer. I was just told it today. I have never got opportunity to explain all my health issues, because I was told by doctors that they have another patient and I need to go. I have never felt so disrespected. coming for 55 minutes in one way just to have 10 minutes appointment when doctor is telling you that you need to go and you can not get all needed information to help yourself. I especially took day off to have this appointment...... :( :( :( . That left my frustrated and angry at this Practice. One of the worst experience with healthcare in my life if not the worst. This practice is not giving information that patient needs they are thoughtless. They do not have approach "can i help you with anything else" or "I would recommend you to do this or that so you would be able to get help quicker". Half year ago when I was depressed the service of this clinic was making me suicidal. I do not want to say anything bad about the Doctors, I think the problem in this clinic is management and how it operates. This clinic should take more informative approach to the patient so they would now how to look for help and where to go. Telling them information they need and asking how long appointments do they need. It is stupid to assume that a patient that comes first time to the clinic needs only 10 minutes. Failing to provide the necessary information about how clinic operates is shameful. It causes a lot of distress. Because of it Clinic look very unprofessional. No matter how good are the doctors or equipment is there, if they failing people that much for many many months. I hope they will implement changes that will make this clinic professional. By the way I am a student and I was send a message on my phone 7 months ago saying in short "please rate us otherwise we might stop giving our service at university". Obviously I gave 5 stars, but now I regret it. I think sending messages like this to students is unethical practice that is making higher score on google for this clinic while they should have it much lower.

My elderly parents (Mr K and S Jadeja) have been receiving wonderful service at this surgery. Dr Arun, Dr Tokhi and Locum doctors have been very helpful and supportive. The same can be said for all the back-up staff (Asmita Kerai, Rashmi Ghelani, Crinal Kumar and others). They are all very caring, helpful and sympathetic. Thank you.

The stars are for Daniela only (who’s gone on maternity) thank you for always providing amazing service and checking in. As for the reception staff. Where do I start. Absolutely incompetent. I’ve had to call in everyday for a week just to get a referral to another hospital but I ended up getting it directly with the hospital staff as this GP is absolutely useless. Also requesting prescriptions are now digitally sent to the pharmacy directly. But why have I had a consolation at 8am and it’s 12pm and my prescription still wasn’t sent to the pharmacy??? Had enough of having to fight the gp to do their job. Wouldn’t recommend.

I was content with the medical center, but Dr. Francesca appeared uninterested in thorough examination and seemed more focused on a swift exit, leaving me somewhat disappointed. I wonder if this is influenced by our Asian background.

The best GP Practice I have ever known. I don’t even know how to put into words how grateful I am to be a patient here . The GP’s who are in charge of my care ( not sure if I can put there names ) are amazing with taking time with me and listening . I really do feel cared for and like a human . I’m not just another patient to them it’s just a lovely feeling especially with all my stuff they have never made me feel away or like I’m to much . It’s very hard trusting a Dr when your known for having “complex” needs and several conditions but I have had l no problem with that at Premier in fact through there support I found my true self and regardless of what I have I know who I am now which hard really help my self regulation. The reception team as well are one in million again I’m not sure if I can say names but they are very diligent with taking down what I have said and they are very caring . I was feeling really low one day and just after speaking to R***** I felt so much better she breathed with me over the phone and got me out of a really difficult time . The Nurses as well are great they always explain what they are doing step by step and answer my questions they even clarify meaning of words for me . All in All it’s a great place to receive care , a truly divine group of people proving an amazing service . Feels like a real GP you know. I have been meaning to write this review for a while because everyone really needs to know the hard work and dedication of the people in this practice just wow . Thank you all for taking such good care of me even when I can’t it really means a lot that does to me . Warmest Blessings

I have been treated regularly by Dr Sushila Notaney who has used acupuncture to treat my condition. Her treatment has been very effective and I have noticed significant improvement. Dr S. Notaney is very understanding , caring and never rushes her time with me. I feel very fortunate to be a patient of hers and would not hesitate in recommending her.

This GP is very high tech. Expected all patients are gadget savvy. I tried to make appointment for my son this morning, but I couldn't find the option of an appointment. One option is download app for 'ask first'. Second option is external referal. How to speak to human being?

booked a phone appointment via the app at 9am, the clinic changed it to 12, have been waiting near the phone for 8 hours to get a call back. The doctor I’ve been dealing with prescribed medication that I said didn’t work (mentioned this multiple times). Very disappointing customer service (actually none) and incompetence of the doctor led me to leave a negative review.

I am glad I am registered at this GP. I am so thankful to the staff as all are very kind and humble.Receptionist(Swati) was very helpful to get appointments, she also suggested best doctors for each of the issues. The staff are also fair to patients and make sure everyone gets attended and would love to help from starting to end. Would definitely recommend this GP to everyone who stays near Wembley area.

My blood test was made by Neha Nathu. She was prompt to help me receiving the analysis of a specific protein in the results. She didn’t hesitate to call the laboratory and make sure that they would’ve done what I was asking for. She also made me comfortable during the blood test, she talked to me, asked me questions and distracted me from the presence of the needle which was making me a bit agitated.

  • 5/5 Anna W. 6 months ago on Google
Had an appointment with Ms Neha Nathu for a flu jab. She was absolutely brilliant, and took time to listen to my question and recognised that there was previously a mistake done with my blood tests. She made time to rectify it and do the test, as she had an appointment slot opened, reassuring me that it will now be completed correctly. Was very supportive and gentle when handling the needle. Thank you!

I visited the surgery today and there was a slight miscommunication regarding my appointments. However I wanted to thank the reception team for being so professional and accommodating. They are all so welcoming and friendly and as patients we should all be very grateful for the reception team in particular. Thank you Rashmi for always going above and beyond. Regardless of how busy the reception area gets, it never goes unnoticed.

If I could rate a 0 I would. The amount of times I've been without crucial medication is a joke! Order 7 days in advance they say and still don't action it - if I order before they cancel my request. I've been without my medication for 2 weeks now and they're refusing to help or find a solution. I will be changing GPs quickly the lack of care in this medical centre is appalling. I've written many emails and compliant and they get ignored. If you don't care about your health definitely go here. Otherwise stay FAR AWAY!

DO NOT REGISTER YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS GP!!!! My one year old daughter it’s been suffering of a lung infection the past 2 weeks after so many attempts to get an appointment, they called us in and a doctor prescribed amoxicillin on Wednesday the 14th December, without even examining her properly and with such a rush!!! On Saturday the 17th December she developed a very bad skin rash and also very high fever, I tried to call 111 but no clinician called me back!!! I called this GP first thing in the morning today Monday the 19th December explaining the whole situation and they only asked me to provide pictures of the rash and told me that a doctor would call me back… it’s 10pm now and NO doctor has called me !!!! How can a surgery that is supposed to care for people’s health can IGNORE a 1 year old child, with high fever, taking antibiotics and with a bad rash all over her body ???? How is this acceptable ???? WORST SURGERY EVER!!!! Avoid this GP, avoid avoid avoid!!!!

The staff are always welcoming and friendly. Whenever my family is requiring any help or advice the staff are are always there to advise on the best course of action. A special mention has to go out to Rashmi. She is knowledge and understanding of the needs of the patients. She has that calming sense and makes you feel at ease. She is a tremendous asset to the Practice.

To be honest, this Medical centre is the best Medical centre that I have experienced during my 6 years of living in London and other cities in England. All employees, receptionists, nurses and doctors are very polite and friendly and also super professional. Many times I have been in very bad condition and I called them that I needed a doctor's appointment. Not only did they give me the fastest appointment, but the receptionist calmed me down with his words in a very professional manner and gave me hope that my situation would be fixed. I feel that such valuable and good services deserve a lot of thanks and appreciation. specially Swati Vansola ❤️

I am not expecting much from GPs to begin with, but I can't imagine it could get worse. It's hard to get an appointment, doctors don't call on the agreed timeframe, you can't call back and finally I have been waiting for the prescription for three days to be texted. Simply it's unfit for purpose (I know this comment will be followed but tons of 5 stars to counter, which will prove my point!).

Moving to this General Practice is one of the best decisions I ever made. When I moved I was in a place of urgency as my mental wellbeing was on the decline and had not been taken serious by my former GP. Since I moved to this GP I've had more done with my health and care than I could ever imagine. My Doctor has carried a wellbeing assessment, done follow up calls each fortnightly to a month to check on my wellbeing, made referrals and had discussions with me around therapeutic interventions that best met my needs. In my former GP there were 3 months waiting queues just to be seen. In most cases at this GP an appointment is arranged that very day or the commencing today. If the GP cannot see one at their branch they arrange a weekend an appointment or latest an appointment the following week. This GP takes health very serious and this had been my personal experience. Swati, Roopa and the Premier Medical Doctors have been key people in my experience at Premier Medical being positive. They have looked after me with much care and respect without judgement. Due to their fast and efficient treatment towards me my whole family have up and moved from their former GP. Also have encountered the same level of delivery with their care. Thank you Premier Medical Care for all you have done for me and continue to do. My family and I are grateful to you all.

The receptionist, Swati, provided excellent customer service that I haven't experienced in a long time. She was incredibly helpful and efficiently resolved the issue I had. Also to mention Khushbu Patel, the person who conducted my blood test, possessed extensive knowledge about sugar and its significance. She took the time to explain effectively. Her expertise and understanding were truly remarkable. Thank you and keep doing great things.

I wanted to give a big ZERO, but unfortunately can't do so. Really bad patient experience. No GP availability at any given time, super rude staff and long delays for everything. That has been the nature of services I have received from them all through my postnatal. Been trying to solve something for 2.5 month and they still haven't been able to establish the root cause. I wish they could feel what a mom goes through post natal to really look after us. Long delays to get to them, rude staff and same 'We don't have appointments' can't be the case everytime. Would request people in Wembley to share a better GP option nearby.

I recently had the privilege of receiving wound checking and wire cutting assistance from Ms Nirali Patel. She performed with utmost care to ensure the wire was cut precisely and without causing any discomfort. Additionally, her ability to effectively communicate, provide emotional support and encouragement made the experience even more positive.
