Has to be 1 star purely based off of the quality. Terrible. Something tasted really rancid, the colder it got the more rancid it became. Could not finish it and cannot put my finger on the rancid taste which is strange as I had a plain margarita cheese with no additional toppings. How could it go so wrong and taste so bad unless they had old dough or old cheese or old tomato base? Something was not fresh. I've a good mind to go and ask for a refund due to quality being not fit for purpose. Cannot be consumed. I have to say it was ready within 10 minutes of ordering. But this could also mean it was sat there as an uncollected order for someone else which might help to explain why it got cold so quick and why it tasted old, rancid and disgusting. Seriously unimpressed. A fresh pizza by the people who make pizzas should taste ok, this did not. I see partly why they are on 2 stars for Google reviews now.

Really huge shout out for Khusbu and Ronak he and she is amazing served me a nice warm food with good options of sauces and huge smile on face on last minutes before close. Whereas, Another great place of Pizza hut 🍕 ! Menu keeps evolving to meet every budget and the range of products means there is something for everyone at any time of day! I personally love the great value pizzas (gives pricier merchants a run for their money any time!) and veggies, which I somehow manage to add to all my orders! The points scheme is also fabulous and those points quickly add up to genuine freebies from the menu - but please add the option to buy a larger meal or melts or pizza with points 🙏

Ordered from here twice, first time food was very late, driver couldn’t find my location (never happens) and food was inedible. Second time I ordered due to a £10 voucher they gave me due to inconvenience of my first order and I thought I’d give them a second chance (big mistake) l. The food never arrived, management very rude and customer service was no help. Avoid at all costs. Honestly, this place needs to be closed down based on the reviews.

Very Rube and Poor Management System I ordered from this batch through uber eats. I have noticed that I have made a mistake on my order. I simply forgot to remove the onions from my pizza. I immediately called the branch and a lady answers telling me the pizza is with the delivery man. I truly think she did not understand what I was talking about especially she didn't take my order number. I did ask her if I can talk to someone else. That person could care less. I mean he didn't even listen and kept saying all pizzas are in the oven then literally hung up on me! I was very polite yet to be treated this way! The guy didn't even ask about my order number or anything. I called a minute later and asked to talk to the manager. I told him the story and he was very polite. He said I am sorry your order is ready to be picked up we can't change anything in your order now but I will give you something extra. how about a small Pepsi bottle. My response thank you I don't need that extra Pepsi bottle but it would have been best if you have a better customer service. But he insisted on sending that extra Pepsi bottle a a gesture of any inconvenience caused. I have received my order 10 minutes later and with no extra Pepsi bottle! I am amazed! Bottom line please treat your customers right.

As I was passing I saw Pizza Hut delivery which stated I could eat in, once entering I was shouted at by the cashier even after this I made my order, however after ordering and being given my food I was told I could only take away. I understand why now as the pizza quality was below par and not good enough. The only good part was the lady who puts the toppings on as she was clearly very generous

Ordered medium supreme and medium veggie supreme, couldn’t tell them apart also looked burnt very disappointed as normally pizzas are good but this time very poor quality.

Didn’t have Huts pizza for last 10 years, for same experience as today. Will try in another 10 years if I live Pizza is tasteless, simple margarita couldn’t be nailed to best taste. Bottom layer of pizza had white tread, and taste uncooked, while top was super hot No healthy liquids available to order with Service needs substantial improvements , store is clean and empty We are in, could have boards or something for eat in customers not to waste hole box

Ordered a delivery which took over an hour to arrive - seems to be a common theme with this branch - I called up and they said there’s nothing they could do, no apology, waste of £30, never ordering from this branch again or Pizza Hut in general for a long while

Khushbu has a lovely telephone manner, really lovely to speak to and helpful. The best member of staff at Pizza Hut ever!

I ordered pizza for dinner and it's been 2 hours and it still hasn't arrived. I hope they don't bring it tomorrow. This is the second time. I love pizza hut most one.the management of this branch needs to change.

Empty when we arrived but had to wait for half an hour for our pizza. Not sure if we got de-prioritised compared to deliveries but would have been nice to give us a heads up considering that you’d expect your food to be done fast in an empty fast food place. Pizza was great though.

terrible customer service, food is 2 hours late and is still not here. called the store millions of times, refusing to pick up the phone. unless there has been an accident, there is no reason for it to be late. and even if so, i expect to be contacted about my food. if i could give minus stars i would :/

I love Pizza Hut but this one just doesn’t taste like Pizza Hut at all! It tastes more like some random independent pizza shop. So if you love Pizza Hut and are looking for that specific “Pizza Hut taste” this is not the place . You re likely to be disappointed.

The worse take away pizza I have ever ordered. So sorry to say this as it’s food but discusting! Thank you to man who issued me a refund over the phone and I never order another takeaway pizza again.

Just terrible I went in order takeaway 2nd October 2022 2 large pizzas takeaway assistant asked me 3 times which bread I told her x3 then same with pizza asked and told her x3 when I got home 1.5 miles away was given pepperoni as meat feast no other meat just a terrible service did not give me bill so I can't complain I won't be going into islington pizza hut again just useless my advice go to another

Actually surprised how good the deep pan Pizza was when eaten at the restaurant. Under 10 GBP for a large size. Manager was very helpful when we were present. However, chap seemed a tad stressed out.

So I've been craving pizza hut for a while, and if the pizza is as good as the customer service I'm going to be a very happy chappy. All the staff was A1, just being nice seems like somthing that's lost on people nowadays but I cannot fault the staffs approach here!!!!

Nice small eatery. Clean and accommodating for a tasty pizza. Ordered 2 pizzas for £10, so probably the cheapest of places to eat on that very busy road. No toilets though.

I ordered two pizzas at 22.47 to be delivered at a pub "The lamb" Holloway road which was closing at midnight and I thought there was plenty of time as the expected delivery time as mentioned on the confirmatory email was 25 to 35 min. 45 min later and since the pizza was not yet delivered I checked the email and I tried to track my delivery which unfortunately was not working so I could not track my delivery. Then I decided to call on the provided number but no one was answering my call. I tried at least 5, 6 times. My friends left the pub at 23.40 and just a few of us remained on the pub waiting and hoping that the pizzas will arrive soon which finally did at 23.40 almost half an hour later than expected. I was frustrated not so much about the delay but because no one was answering the phone and also because the "track my delivery" option was not working. However the pizzas were good.

Had a meat pizza and one of those cheesy breads. Both were good. Driver had some issues with delivering, but a call from the store sorted it out. Keep up that level of quality!

Surprisingly good today- I called after I made an online order and spoke to a lady on the phone and told her to please make the pizzas well done. I have ordered previously and haven’t had the best experience- but today it was great. Pizzas hot and tasty, starters great . Driver was prompt & pizzas delivered hot. Thank you. Is the worse service that this pizza hay gives. Today 21/19/23 at 17:45 spoke to the manager I charge who refused to give his name out the phone down he waited 4 minutes saying that he can not do the order over the phone and normally it takes less the. 3 minutes to place the order. The staff at this pizza shop should be changed as from the manager to the staff are always rude this is not the first time that they behave like this.

I ordered a simple pizza. Took over 1.5 hours to arrive and came stone cold. Called the store who apologised and said would sent a replacement. Replacement took over an hour to arrive which was also stone cold. Customer service was very unhelpful as I wanted a refund and they refuse. This is why Pizza Hut has a bad reputation these days. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
