Its
been
months
since
me
and
my
husband
had
planned
to
come
to
TGI
Fridays.
Because
once,
a
few
years
ago,
we
actually
loved
it
there
-
the
food,
the
service,
the
setting.
Today
was
beyond
disappointing.
It
started
with
the
woman
sitting
at
the
entry,
telling
us
that
we
had
to
wait
20
minutes
for
a
table,
although
60
%
of
the
tables
were
empty.
We
decided
to
wait
at
the
bar
and
start
with
a
cocktail,
because
years
ago
this
started
our
appreciation
for
TGIF,
with
a
great
barkeeper
and
good
cocktails.
As
we
arrived,
the
seat
was
covered
in
spill
of
some
sort,
the
barkeeper
cleaned
it
after
we
said
something.
The
cocktail
was
great
actually,
but
after
25
minutes
waiting
and
more
and
more
tables
emptying,
no
one
seemed
to
know
we
were
waiting
to
be
seated.
After
I
asked
we
got
seated
at
a
table
that
had
already
been
empty
for
over
30
minutes.
Nevermind,
we
wanted
to
eat
-
so
we
decided
fast,
but
had
to
wait
for
another
30
minutes.
As
the
food
after
another
25
minutes
finally
came,
the
staff
decided
that
it
was
the
right
time
to
open
the
door
to
get
the
outside
tables
inside.
We
would
have
understood
if
they
wouldve
worked
the
whole
time
-
they
didnt.
Most
of
the
30
minutes
it
was
opened,
no
one
did
anything.
Although
the
dishes
were
warm,
our
food
was
cold
within
minutes.
The
outside
temperature
was
10
degrees
-
after
the
30
minutes
it
felt
as
though
we
were
sitting
outside
the
whole
evening.
If
the
staff
had
payed
attention,
they
wouldve
seen,
that
we
were
eating
5
meters
away
from
the
door.
Crazy
idea:
maybe
they
could
have
re-seated
us
with
the
food
somewhere
else?
The
food
was
actually
great.
But
the
staff
never
came
to
our
table
voluntarily,
we
always
had
to
ask
for
it.
No
one
seemed
to
care
-
there
were
maybe
10
people
walking
around
the
whole
time
we
were
there,
but
they
didnt
seem
to
look
out
for
guests
or
anything.
In
the
end,
we
werent
asked
anything,
but
we
gave
a
feedback,
so
it
cant
be
suprising
to
read
this.
We
are
so
disappointed
that
we
will
not
return,
although
the
food
and
drinks
were
good.
