Good clean bedroom and bathroom. We got apartment 9 which is on the very top floor. Apartment 9's bathroom is outside the room, where you have to walk outside the room to get to the bathroom. There is no lift in this apartment block. If you have heavy luggage it will be a struggle. The room had a TV, Aircon, ironing board, hair dryer, couch. There was supposed to be an iron but it was missing. The apartment is close to Baker Street underground station and a host of cafes around. Madam Tussaud Wax museum is also 10min walking distance. You can also visit Sherlock Holmes museum which is also next to Baker Street station.

Made a booking and then received a text same day to say due to covid the booking was cancelled and refund would be processed asap. I have been chasing this refund for the last 8 months, all the numbers used by Map Residential Apartments are not working anymore, I am a student trying to survive through this pandemic, as we all are. I am shocked that they would take advantage in this way. After reading so many reviews i can see i am not the only one, and i am shocked that someone could do this to so many people when we are all struggling through this PANDEMIC. As far as i am aware this is a scam and they are taking advantage of the lockdown situation. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY BY BOOKING WITH MAP RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT!

Arrived and there were no towels, king beds were advertised but got doubles, no curtains and dirty rooms. Shower was broken and we were put on the top floor which meant we had to take 4 heavy bags up 8 flights of stairs as there was no elevator. Would not recommend to anyone!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. Paid in full, arrived at the venue only to have no one there and no means of getting in. Of course no one answered the phones either. I was 2 hours late for a work event and had to just book somewhere else. I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE

The size of the apartment was good, same about the location. The staff was close to impossible to reach in any way before arrival. We had to pay 50GBP for arriving 5 min later than agreed. The apartment wasnt as clean as I would expect, and the warm water was out most of the time, making us have extremely cold showers. Also the staff came into the apartment while we were sleeping, hours before checkout.

bad experience in this residence. I reserved 2 weeks before my arrival and I had my cancellation reservation at the last moment and without any reason. After insisting on the platform, we reused having another accommodation but this remains a bad memory

They only have a star because I have to give them one. Holes in the walls, dirty bedding, stains on the carpet, marks covering walls. Bad grammar....please excuse me as I have been stood outside in the snow for 25 minutes waiting for them to get here as our key fob won't work to get in......it's 1am!!!!!!

No telephone number for Manager. No free to air TV only YouTube. Nowhere to sit. The sofa which is apparently a bed broke when sit on. The worst I have ever stayed in

Way too expensive they lies and say we have to increase the rent because of such and such. They asked for 300 pounds for cleaning.
