TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. The apartments do not match the photos - major renovations taking place without any warning prior to booking. Further to this the washing machine didn’t work neither did any of the air conditioners. Half way through our stay we got back in the late afternoon to find out there was no water or electricity to the whole building and was not going to be turned on for two days. Forcing us to find other accommodation working half an hour of businesses closing down. They were neither apologetic or helpful, the owner didn’t even bother to make his way to the establishment to resolve the issues for all the apartments trying to find solutions. Absolutely shocking. Don’t waste your time or money.

Most horrendous experience ever. I found out my girlfriend was pregnant so booked a penthouse apartment to celebrate. My girlfriend was in the shower and all I hear was her screaming so i stormed in to find the sink has completely collapsed. So lucky she wasn't injured. But the apartments are extremely old and needs refurbishment. No one was at the reception and the emergency number they had nobody would answer. They've took all my deposit. And won't give it back. First rule of hospitality is to keep guests safe but they have failed to do so. Do not book this hotel it has bad reviews for a reason!

We paid £215 for 1 night in a 'superior apartment '. We had a sitting/dining/kitchen room, bedroom, and bathroom. Space wise, it was good. The other good point was a comfortable bed. But the whole apartment had a budget DIYer feel about it, dodgy tiling, silicone, very squeaky floorboards, etc. Windows don't shut fully, catches are part broken, window in bathroom had only 1 catch (other broken/missing) which means the sounds of the busy road outside are very loud, all through the night.

TERRIBLE PLACE! DO NOT STAY HERE! First off, we were 6 people who rented the penthouse suite during our stay in London. Upon arrival, there was 2 towels in the room and a broken cot as our extra bed. We requested another cot and the next one that arrived was also broken. One of our friends had to place the mattress on the floor and sleep there. On our last night, we left the apartment and placed our key in the lock box. When returning on to our apartment the key was gone. We called the emergency phone number multiple times and sent numerous emails to their support line. After an hour and a half we received no communication from the establishment. We called a locksmith to gain access to our apartment, it cost us 290 pounds. In the morning we went down to reception desk to explain our situation. The manager Fariza, and property owner Hassan, were both extremely rude and uncooperative. They blamed us for the damages and stated that they would not reimburse us for the locksmith cost. They also attempted to charge us for damages to the door. I cannot explain how unprofessional and rude they were to us. Horrible establishment with unacceptable customer service. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Title: Used to be good. WARNING: Never book directly with this property, otherwise no one can grant you the level of quality and service promised on the website. Poor maintenance: Stayed for 17 nights earlier this month in suite 1. AC was not working in any of the rooms during my stay. Kept receiving false promises about fixing it with no results. Poor cleanliness: Towels provided are covered in bleach stains, long overdue to be replaced. The apartment is full of dust. Poor management: Tried to contact the property management a few times in person, and sent several emails to complain about the AC problem. Never received a reply until today. No courtesy: Never received a compensation or an apology for the situation I faced during my stay. Used to stay in this apartment since 2016/ at least 7 times. My latest visit in August 2023 was a complete disappointment and I would never go back.

DONT EVER STAY HERE!! This was one of the worst experiences every. They accidentally took our key and locked us out of our penthouse at 1 in the morning. They wouldn’t answer the emergency line so we were locked out. Front desk staff and specifically Fariza and Assan were very rude and unhelpful. Worst stay in London. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Chelsea Bridge Apartments absolutely misrepresented and misleading apartment details, not as advertised. Please double check that you don't fall into the same scam as did. I booked a luxury apartment' and this was far from it! It doesn't deserve a '1 star' rating, if I could give it a zero it would be more appropriate. The building was on a busy crossroads intersection with busses and HGV's running late into the night. The photos on the website are of a luxury apartment but these apartments are in a really bad dirty state of repair; no hot water, dirty toilet and toilet seat cracked on the edges, the shower doors don't close properly which means the water leaks over the floor, the floor boards are broken, noisy and uneven (a tripping hazard), there was no headboard on the bed, the tiny windows didn't close properly and the blinds didn't work! There was also construction noise from early morning which woke me up. When I went to reception to enquire if I had been given the wrong apartment, there was no one at reception and the door was locked. I made a formal complaint to their receptionist who had said she passed the message on to the manager. However after many follow up calls on a weekly basis and promises that the manager will call me back, they never did. 2 months later, I still hadn't heard back from the manager. If you decide to stay here insist on seeing the photos of the actual apartment that you will be staying in before booking. Better still, don't book here, you'll thank this review! Tip: Don't book here. This was advertised as a luxury apartment, a 1 star apartment somewhere else will be a better option. This is definitely not a 5 star.

Terrible place to stay. The staff took our key a day early, forcing us to call a locksmith and pay £300 to get in to our apartment. Offered no sympathy or compensation for their mistake. Offered no justification whatsoever for taking the key from us. Very disappointed.

The location is excellent, at Battlesea Power Station along many bus route and easy to take the tube to Victoria and Leicester square. It is also walking distance to the pier where we took Uber Boat to Greenwich. If you are attracted by the price, there are definitely shortcomings you have to accept about this property. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment. The cons are: Our room is right beside the street. Some people like it some people don't. The apartment is not new but can see the people running it tries to keep things serviceable. Generally I'm quite satisfied with my stay of 3 nights because it is a good location.

My family and I stayed here twice over Christmas 2021. The first 4 nights were 12/2--12/24 and one night before departing back to Los Angeles on 12/29. We had a 2 bedroom apartments on the 3rd floor. Overall, we were very pleased with the accommodations, but there is little to no ventilation and a poorly working fan in the bathroom. With 4 people taking showers this caused a lot of condensation to set in on the already slick tile floors which led to a slip and fall on our last night where I injured my knee. Everything else was great. Spacious and well appointed kitchen. The television wasn't great, but we weren't in town to watch TV. A quick walk to the Battersea tube station (which puts all of London at your disposal) and a lovely pub called The Mason's Arms was just down the road in the opposite direction of the tube station. They did take a large deposit, but it was refunded quickly after both stays. I would definitely stay there again, but would caution the owners to take a look at the ventilation in the bathrooms before someone gets seriously hurt.

If you have any chance of being a little late for your arrival and can't get in touch with Chelsea Bridge (such as being on a delayed plane), do not book here! They have a small window of 5 hours (3-8pm) for you to arrive. I came earlier in the day expecting at least someone to be there - locked gates, no access to reception, no one answering calls. I called during their working hours with no response, and returned again not long after 8pm after a long days work filming. They had an out-of-hours phone number - displayed on a sign that said it's for "further assistance", so not an emergency line - for Chelsea Bridge to get back in touch with you asap. I called and messaged this number repeatedly, and I could even see they were online reading messages on WhatsApp. They did not bother to respond that evening, they didn't the morning after, and didn't even reply during working hours that next day. When I eventually got through to them around 15 hours later, they said they would investigate why someone working there did not assist in any way. Chelsea Bridge admitted they were in the wrong on this over the phone and yet still did not offer a refund, partial refund or just any kind of compensation. The sad part is that I'm sure some of the rooms are fine, and I would have likely stayed again. Unfortunately they have lost business, and need to raise their performance to the standards of a normal apartment/hotel business. I wish them the best in this and hope to see them change their ways.

Amazing stay! Very well located, near to the train station and the underground. There's a supermarket just across the road. We (6 adults and a toddler) stayed in a suite and it was a very good experience. The apartment was big and comfortable, with two bedrooms (one of them had an en-suite bathroom), equipped kitchen, dining table, living room, TV, a bathroom with a tub and big closets. I would definitely come back.

Bathtub is too high and slippery making it prone for slip and fall accidents calling for lawsuits. Office does not provide rubber mats in bathtub to prevent risk for slip and fall.

Very disappointed, was meant to be 2 double beds but 1 was 2 singles pushed together, one of the bedrooms smelled damp, was meant to be the executive suite🤣 towels was stained, ironing board to dirty to use, the only thing that looked newly refurbished (Advertised as newly refurbished) was the bathroom. Lots of the furniture needed repairing and was unusable.

Misrepresents what you really get. This business shows you lovely photos of apartments but when you check in they give you an apartment which is in bad state of repairs, no hot water, dirty toilet seat and broken on the edges, broken floor boards, blinds don’t work, no headboard on the bed, construction noise from early hours of morning with windows that do not close, shower doors don’t close and generally very dirty. When you call them, nobody is at reception. Your view from the window is large lorries and busses driving towards you. We made a formal complaint and chased it every week but they never responded. If you decide to stay here insist on seeing the photos of the actual apartment they will give you before booking. Stay in a 1 star hotel and it will be better value for money.

Only stayed a few nights and it was more for the location - we had a early morning appointment for the American ebassy. But we were very happy with this accomidation. It was spacious - brought our 8 month old and 7 year old Had all the supplies for the kitchen you would need. The views were nice - windows brought in all the light even if view was on the street Location was great for bus routes, the train, the park and resturants or grocery shopping They had a few strict rules that were nice for noise and such They were doing some decorating when we were there so probably looks better now too! Would return

Great experience for a 3 night stay in London. We arrived early due to early flight and they were able to get us up into our apartment. Good size for a family of 5 (2 bedrooms for 4 and a single rollout bed in living room). We were on the 3rd floor facing the intersection. We happened to be in London during the 40 & 43 degree days and thankfully the apartment had air conditioning that worked well for those days. No issues with the apartment except for work being done inside the apartment while we were out without notification. I would have expected a heads up that it would be happening. Since we were out exploring it wasn't a big deal but it could have been an issue had we spent more time inside. I had to fix the cable box as a previous renter messed the wiring up. Location was fantastic. Loved the location as it was walking distance to the tube and a railway stop to get back to Gatwick airport. Small grocery store across the street and nice café at the Battersea Dog & Cat rescue. Laundry was wash only. They had an air dry rack in a closet vs a wash/dry unit which was a minor inconvenience. I would definitely rent it again if I was back in London.

the location is excellent, just 100 meter from the Northern line and then 10 minutes to go in the very center of London. the rooms are comfortable but small, and few additional comodities are missing. It whorts the price if you can afford it

Good location. However, the apartment was in dire need of work and updating (as was the communal corridor). Holes in the ceilings. One sofa for four people. The bathroom was terrible. Most of the floor tiles were cracked/ broken, and frankly dangerous. Mould around the bath and shower. The towel rail had an illegal switched socket.

Nice big apartment with two small bedrooms and tiny bathroom. Kitchen connected with living room - big space with smartTV. Apartment was clean and prepared. One big And one small towel for every person. Small disadvantages - double beds are not double but only 1,5 (140cm width) - bathroom fan did not work / work ineffectivelly But in total: it is very fine for the money, Tesco Express opened to 22:00 opposite the street. Some café And pubs in walk-distance, not far from Underground station and close to bus stop. Also close to the shopping mall - powerplant station. Friendly receptionists. We were satisfied :-)

Actually very good. We were a family of 4 and were surprised at how large the apartment was. Great location, Battersea Power Station tube is 5 mins walk away & connects very quickly to Leicester Square directly. Highly recommend - ignore the stupid negative reviews.

AMAZING!! Very close to Battersea Power Station, and where I (a fellow train-watcher) was placed; a nice view of the railway!! Such a lovely family trip out, and I got WiFi! Beds were lovely, kitchen looked fab, 10/10, definitely staying here again!! Also- had to say I did NOT have high hopes when I first saw the building, but I checked in and really enjoyed it!! Much nicer than people say it is!!
