So I joined London Fight Factory, end of 2018. Best decision of my life. Not going to say you don’t have to put the effort in. Not in the sense of motivation, but discipline, being consistent. I have failed a lot, but learn more. Also, LFF coaches developed me into taking onboard criticism to develop myself better, something I struggled with my whole life. ~This team is a really awesome and clean environment. I think the only way you really see how far you can go, is if you remember, as much you can: why you signed up that very first day. hearing the pads, the work, the sounds, the fear. the purpose. Coming into 2022, alot has happened in this world- alot. And that purpose has helped me. I walked in the club met by Vado. Who from the get go, though I was fearful, was so cool, and polite. Yes, having *some* martial arts but post 30+, I needed to be more confident. Life can hit you when your low, and it did. But the team here, at LFF, have picked me up over and over again. Real talk. The lessons I have learned here have helped me develop as person and decisions I make working towards goals, and effectively my career. I also have had the opportunity to meet athletes I only dreamed of, when watching on you tube. These included in November, the club hosted former Bellator Middleweight Champion Raphael Lovato Jr and the greatest grappler in UFC history, mixed martial artist Demian Maia. The very best in combat hold reverence to LFF and coaches that include Current Contender’s Featherweight Champion: Canadian fighter, Jeremy “Ninja” Petley (who operates the MMA program + He has fought in Bellator and BAMMA, also), Silvio, Tiago, Luis “Manxinha” Ribeiro and many amazing coaches. Really awesome who passionate and talented. [Sorry I haven’t mentioned all the coaches-] This is my experience, and I won’t say anything I wouldn’t hold to my chest. I met the best people in my life here. Throw out all the preconceptions that people told you who are when you were down. Be who you want to be, beyond belief. This is the place. Really worth a visit. Any questions you can ask Raphael or Helen, who are always the MOST helpful. Thank you. The whole team make *ME* feel like *WE*. Always.

I have trained at several gyms around the country and can genuinely say LFF is the best. They were incredibly welcoming when I first started and have really helped develop my skills over the last 2.5 years. They have every martial art you could want to try with the country's top coaches. I had only done striking before coming to LFF but after taking Jeremy's MMA classes I fell in love with the grappling side of things, especially wrestling. Earlier this year LFF recruited Mohsen, a world class wrestling coach. Mohsen installed a new mindset to my training and I feel like I am improving week on week and looking forward to my first tournament this year. Can't recommend joining more. All it takes is the first step!

Trained in a variety of classes there this week so quick review of each. Overall this is 100% a place I'd train again when working in london, great facilities, super clean - really appreciate the strict hygiene rules. More gyms should be this good at following their own rules. Muay thai - did two classes with Anton, advanced clinch and mixed abilities, gave me some excellent tips and paid good attention to me even though I was just a drop in a very busy class. If you want to be molly coddled this is probably not the class for you tbh as he doesn't mince his words but his instruction was excellent. I only mention this as there seemed to be other reviews with some thin skin on here but Antons approach was do you want to be elbowed in the face, no then stop doing that which is exactly what you need! 10/10 lessons one of the best striking coaches I've trained with. At no point did I feel unwelcome, just well coached. Appreciate the tips on clinch and timing on the bag a lot. Mixed mma/mma 101 - Believe instructor was Jeremy but not 100% Was a good mix of wrestling over under clinch to trapping single leg, and some clinch breaking to striking. Good technical details, I also appreciated the coach mixing up resistance drill partners for me. Very standard mma class in format but geeat coaching none the less and Jeremy was very friendly. Basic no gi - class was taught by a purple belt sorry I didn't get your name, good class and coach was good at answering questions, encourage q and a which is great for a beginners class. It was a little jarring to go from sitting down on inside trip to drilling kimura trap sweep from bottom half however the instructor did ask if people were there last time so I'm guessing I may be missing a middle step. Good beginners class, would recommend especially for beginners, quite a soft pace compared to other sessions I attended which makes sense in context. Sambo (orientated for mma) - Silviu was super welcoming, and gave a level of detail on the inside and outside trip combo that was excellent, I really appreciated the live soft reisstance drills. If you attend this class be prepared to work hard, though he did cut me a little slack it was very physically demanding and was my 3rd session that day so felt it more than a little bit (im also fat atm which is no ones fault but mine lol). Again expect constructive criticism and also it was nice to see him telling people when they were resisting too much/being slightly difficult partner during the throwing drill section. I can't stress enough the level detail was great, not just what to do but why he didn't do certain thing, how to respond after landing the takedown etc. Felt like a got a lot out of this session and took some solid warm up drills to work on.

Lff It is a gym and very well equipped, Luiz and Helen love this job and are always super kind professionals of the highest level. Ready to listen to the person's needs and follow anyone who wants to grow. From Muay Thai with Anton and China, Silviu with boxing, Jeremy mma coach...superlative! Riccardo, Julie with complete and demanding Bjj coaches and the group that all mixed martial arts gyms dream of having.

Joined London Fight Factory years ago to develop & practice useable self defence skills - including psychologically facing & managing conflict situations - due to various unpleasant, challenging personal circumstances. It has been hugely successful and benefitted all aspects of my life. I train in BJJ & wrestling (did boxing too). LFF is a diverse, friendly community with committed, knowledgeable, no-nonsense instructors. Owner Luiz runs the gym. There are rules - such as no shoes on the mats. It’s family friendly - my teen son & I did boxing private sessions with instructor Silviu. I felt self-conscious & awkward for a long time – often still do - as I’m older than most. But keep showing up with commitment, determination & drive to overcome failure. I train with: Luiz Mon & Wed 10.30am BJJ no gi; Ricardo Mon & Wed 12.30pm BJJ gi; Julie Fri 12.30 BJJ gi; Mohsen Thurs 12.30 & Sat 9am & 10am wrestling. Weekday mornings and lunchtimes are less busy. Coaching styles are all very different. Luiz is a very experienced fighter & more old-school. I have known him the longest. Ricardo is an experienced competitor in various international BJJ leagues, has a thoughtful, thorough, natural coaching style, encouraging best performance. Julie has a judo background, manages the class with understated expertise and care. To me she’s an inspiration in not smashing and grabbing but using your own strengths to find opportunities and incrementally achieve submissions and better position in a fight. Mohsen has extensive experience as an international competitive wrestler & coach. Additionally to his brilliant technical teaching, he has the rare gift of holding the group in 100% sharpened focus & drive, pushing you to the very edge of your comfort zone almost before you realise it. Post pandemic I cancelled my membership for a few months for health reasons. But desperately missed my friends & community, building my skills, the physical discipline, fitness, adrenaline highs, feeling alive.

I was recommended this place by a friend as I was trying to see if I wanted to get into BJJ. I tried the free session where I was able to take part in one session for the entirety of it. I was in the beginners class. I am a very anxious person when starting something new especially when there is a group of people who have at least some experience I was going in having never done anything like this, but I found the atmosphere was welcoming, the instructors were patient and helpful to those that showed they wanted to learn and improve and took on board what was being said. One person who partnered with me was clearly better but took her time with me and was so so patient with me even when I made mistakes or was not as quick to begin with. The main instructor was encouraging and supportive and gave advice where needed as well as acknowledging when I had improved as someone who struggles with confidence this really helped me start tp feel more at ease in the group. I will definitely be back for more and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to start a martial art.

This is definitely one of the best gyms I’ve ever trained at. There is a heavy focus on technique before rolling or sparring. Which means for a beginner it’s great because you feel a lot more confident when you get thrown into the deep end as you built up a good base of technique. All the coaches are invested in students getting better. Definitely recommend

Can’t stress how incredible this place is! All the instructors are super dedicated to us learning and always makes us feel so welcome!! I’ve been coming here for nearly 2 years now, multiple times per week, and the support and care I get here is simply unmatched. Special shout out to all the women I’ve had a pleasure of learning from and doing drills with - you have all made me feel part of a big community! If you want to learn martial arts, this is 100% the place for you. Big thank you to Luiz, Rafa and all the instructors for all your hard work!

Lff is one of the best gyms I've ever trained in! I've joined since 2018 best decision ive ever made working with coach silviu in sambo and boxing class. As well as coach anton in muaythai class and Muaythai pts Its the best place for whether your an absolute beginner or an experienced fighter. An excellent club in central London. It has some of the best trainers in the world, especially the Russian Sambo exercise, and is suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced.

If you're looking for a new martial arts gym you've found it. Quality of BJJ coaching is unparalleled. Very strong focus on technique for beginners. Women's only sessions are also offered which is a nice touch. Sessions are clearly structured, coaches comfortably flex teaching style to get best out of students, neurodiversity friendly gym. The gym and its competitors consistently perform to high standards across competitions.

Definitely one of the best gyms I’ve ever trained in! Coaches are extremely professional and the general atmosphere is friendly and respectful. Classes are very varied in age, constitution, and gender, and we usually get paired accordingly to make sure everyone feels comfortable - I’d say it’s a safe space from my experience so far. Loving my Muay Thai classes and can’t recommend it more!

I had been interested in Muay Thai for some time after a many years hiatus in practicing martial arts, I did some research on Internet and London Fight Factory appeared to be one of the best places in London for it so I decided to go and it was a great choice. I have been going for a couple of months now and I am liking it more and more everyday, the atmosphere is super welcoming and really engaging since day one. The classes are brilliant as a top workout and to learn the techniques of the sport. The teachers China and Anton know how to have everyone doing their best and motivated, their explanations are very clear and they make sure all the students learn everything correctly, besides they are both very dynamic and good fun. The gym is well kitted, sparkling clean and spacious and Helen and Raphael are always ready to help with any questions and are super nice and friendly. Absolutely recommended for all levels!

I have trained at many gyms overseas and in the UK, and after moving to London did trials classes at 5 gyms around the city before finding LFF. LFF is the best gym I have ever trained at. I train BJJ and whether you’re just starting out or keen to compete at a high level, there are classes for everyone and the coaches will push you to achieve your goals. The culture at the gym is great and the LFF team do a excellent job of keeping it that way. (the only bad reviews on google seem to be from people who do a trial class and have too big an ego / attitude - I wouldn’t want them as my training partners anyway). Anyone who trains here regularly loves this place.

I joined London Fight Factory at the end of 2020 as a complete beginner and it was definitely one of the best decisions I made. I only focus on Muay Thai, CHINA and ANTON are both respectable and professional Muay Thai trainers. Whether you want to learn a professional technique or just feel more confident and secure walking the dark streets alone, this is a martial arts school worth trying.

Great gym with an eccentric and fun coach (BJJ). Luiz does not limit himself to only working with higher belts too, instead he runs many classes. Which is a really nice touch for the white belts out there.

I take my six year old son (little lion) there and he just loves the place. The quality of teaching is just excellent and the attention they give to each kid to reach their potential is superb. Beyond just learning jujitsu skills they also learn discipline and following instruction. Sometimes at the end of the lesson they play short games which all the kids love. I recommend London fight Factory to anyone who wants to learn Jujitsu. Some rimes

Great gym, great classes. Spent some time with Anton, one of the best coaches I have trained with. Very skilled approach to the training regime, hard exercises but you see the progress right away. Recommend to anyone who has a serious approach to the exercises and wants to improve and progress. Anton is always improving himself and the training routine never gets boring or monotounus. In general great atmosphere in the gym, very friendly staff.

Incredible gym and club. Hard work but friendly environment and great community. BJJ lessons are great for anyone wanting to train at any level from beginner to competition. Coaches are very helpful and push you to your best, they’re all extremely experienced and savage. All other martial arts classes are just as good, varied schedule and always enough space to train. Weights area is extremely well kitted, highly recommend this place to anyone serious about their training! Obviously location is also insane and super easy to get to. Osss

Attended a trial class at the 7am Muay thai session. The class was very good and the instructor, China, was very helpful. The gym has a lot of good equipment and the overall vibe was quite cool. Very quick and helpful responses from Helen via email. However, like alot of reviews ive seen, i had unpleasant experience with luis, the BJJ instructor. He was extremely rude after I misheard him about wearing shoes off the mats and threatened to kick me out if I did it again. While I understand the importance of keeping the mats clean, I felt this was extremely unprofessional considering it was the first time he told me and that i was there on a trial session. Other than that the gym seems like a great place to train.

It has been an absolute privilege to train at London Fight Factory. Personally, I practice Brazilian Jui Jitsu and wrestling and can confirm the training is carried out to a very high standard which is amazing! They truly encourage you to become a better person both on and off the mat. Words are hardly sufficient to encapsulate the essence of my training experience at this phenomenal gym. Whether you come for fitness or to compete at a professional level the training you receive at this gym is always great. The coaches at London Fight Factory are the backbone of the gym. Their extensive knowledge, competency, and encouraging demeanor motivate you to push beyond your limits, to test your boundaries, and to emerge as a stronger version of yourself. Each session is beautifully crafted, perfectly amalgamating skill, strength, endurance, and technique. The intensity is challenging yet never overwhelming, thanks to the meticulous planning of the trainers.

Just started my journey with LFF and people there are amazing. They are extremely supportive and helpful. I am always looking forward to another training. What I also really appreciate is that the trainers are pushing you to your limits (happened to me on all trainings so far) but if your body can't handle anymore they don't judge you for tapping out. And sparring partners are also taking care of you. Overall the environment is extremely supportive and friendly. Definitely can only recommend!

I had bad experience with Jiu jitsu instructor and totally advise folks to avoid this club especially if you are beginning your Jiu Jitsu journey. I found Roger gracie academy and Fightzone much better. I also attended Muay thai class which was decent and both trainers seem to be doing their part well. Interestingly the Jiu Jitsu instructor is also active director/founder of the Gym and not much feedback/complain would help - he needs a therapy before being allowed to train folks in gym. So even if liked Muay thai trainers I avoided this gym as I don’t want membership in a gym that is supervised by unstable personality - also mentioned in other reviews.

Amazing club! 5 years in uk, been to 3 different clubs, but first meet such High Quality Gym gym. Amazing staff, amazing coach! I fully recommend this place! I joined here in March and have attended all courses. Hope my following introductions are helpful to you: 1.The wrestling classes are free wrestling style rather than pure MMA style. Mohsen have rich coaching experience. He is from the Iranian national team and coached the Swiss wrestling team as well. For those who like free style wrestling, coming here to take lessons is definitely the most wise choice. BJJ guys and MMA guys also enjoy every wrestling class . 2. The BJJ classes are primarily run by Luiz, who is an advanced black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. You regard here as a BJJ university, Luiz is the professor here, and each of his basic courses has at least 2 teaching assistants with purple belts to help beginners complete the movements better. When you meet his requirements, you can join BJJ's advanced courses. Advanced classes are often taught by world famous BJJ athletes. Every year, different world leading BJJ instructors will hold seminer. If you're female, you can also take female BJJ classes. BJJ students very friendly, and Luiz will lead the students here to participate in BJJ competitions. If you are a BJJ lover, all you have to do is come to class on time every day, and leave the rest to Luiz and his team. 3. The MMA course is taught by Jeremy, who is a famous cage warrior player. Jeremy usually encourages each student to experience each skill in each practical scene, and shares many practical MMA skills from his fight. 4. Silviu coach boxing and sambo here. He is a former professional boxer and then became a sambo fight. Now, he is trying to bring LFF boxing team and MMA team up to another level. If you are new to sambo, Silviu once answered this question, his sambo class combines wrestling and ground control with submission. This is a great course for MMA guys. 5. There are muay thai gyms everywhere, but not every muay thai gym can have such diversity class as LFF. Muay thai is coaching by Anton and China. Anton is a very very experienced coach. He correct my mistakes in each class. China is a very friendly lady who usually teaching fundemental class and lady's muay thai class. Here we have different class focusing on techniques, clinch , pad work and Sparring.

Hello to all LFF members and to who so ever is reading this, LFF is the best gym I have ever come across since I started my career as an athlete in the UK, my words cannot express how grateful I am to be part of LFF but I must admit some of the things though so that you that is reading this should come and be part of LFF training their are so many amazing things I have learn from everyone I have come across in LFF, when ever I want for training I feel like am home every single person in there knows his or her responsibility to play in individual lives starting from the reception, coaches and athletes every each one of them are unique at LFF. All the coaches have while knowledge in their respective field not only that they also share personal advice to a athlete if you ask any one of them at anytime, come to my colleagues athletes I always feel comfortable with them when training with all of them. Some of the reasons why I joined LFF • l always feel belong. • The gym is always clean and tidy • The coaches know how to do their job they are always on time and friendly to train with they speak the same language to see you the athlete become good that’s the language they all speak together. • My training partner are all welcoming people, truth to be told I was not expecting this kind of hospitality from them but they proved me wrong they are all friendly to be with. • I’m training to become a professional athlete to compete in different sports like wrestling and mma.

I had an amazing experience during a wrestling trial class at my gym, all thanks to the exceptional instructor. Their professionalism, kindness, and patience stood out throughout the session. The instructor paid close attention to each participant, correcting our movements and offering individualized guidance. Within just one hour, I noticed improvements in my skills, which was incredibly motivating. It's safe to say that I'm excited to continue my journey at this gym under their guidance. I highly recommend this gym to anyone interested in wrestling or seeking excellent instruction.

*Training here is one of the best decisions I've made* Personally, I train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and came to the sport as a complete beginner. I had no previous marital arts experience and wasn't particularly sporty but since joining I have had a newfound discipline and love for BJJ. As a woman training in a male dominated sport, I cannot say how reassuring it is to train in a safe environment where Coaches and Assistant Coaches put your physical and emotional safety as a priority. The standard set by coaches here is high. However, don't let that put you off- use it as an opportunity to set your own standards higher. Coaches here focus on ensuring the fundamentals are perfected and that you're the best you can be. We recently had 8x world champion Michelle Nicolini coach at the gym for 2 months and multiple world champions have come to run seminars. Everyone at the gym is super friendly- I personally have made lifelong friends at LFF. I come to the gym from over an hour away but it's my training partners and the coaches that make it worth the journey. OSS

I've lived in London for over a decade and tried a few jiu jitsu places, but London Fight Factory remains at the top of the list as the best (if not the best) martial arts gym out there. What has kept me there for nine years now is the incredible atmosphere of friendly proximity, competitive training process, incredibly easy accessibility to wrestling, sambo, kickboxing and boxing (all these sports are practiced there), but above all, the human and down-to-earth attitude of everything coaches to every single person training there. There are also many visiting champions in various sports, which enriches the fighting style and spirit. Worth!
