My experience with egg donation through London Egg Bank was very pleasant. The staff and my recruiter throughout the process were all very supportive and friendly ensuring my comfortability at every step. The stimulation phase wasn't easy but in the end I did get very comfortable with carrying out the injections. The procedure itself was quick and easy with no issues and again the doctor and nurses were very helpful. I will definitely be coming back to donate again via their services.

The service received from the staff at the LEB was amazing, they were all so friendly and helpful. I always felt informed of what was going on and the app that had all my appointments and medication detailed sent helpful reminders. My coordinator checked in with me regularly before and after donation as did the nurses. If egg donation is something you have thought about and you can commit to, the London Egg Bank are great and will guide you through the process.

A lot of positive reviews from donors on here, I thought I’d butt in with my experience if egg freezing for a change. It was fine — but not spectacular, which — if I’m honest — for a process that requires a premium (~£6,000) investment, I expect a premium service. Staff are very pleasant and friendly, but not 100% professional / efficient and I have found service from start to end very disorganised. Appointments not being booked properly (i.e. me arriving and noone expecting me), medication being ordered SUPER last minute, and — frustratingly — final results not coming for 2+ days. I expect more and I know others, who have done their egg freezing in other places and been told their results (eggs mature / to be frozen) within a few hours of the procedure. At the end of the day I completed the process and that’s what matters, but it’s not super professional / efficient and quite disjointed. Not sure other places would be different, this is just my experience here.

I donated eggs early part of 2023. My friend had said London egg bank was a good experience and she had donated twice before. Not so much for me- I completed the initial requirements in late 2022 and heard nothing from them for a long time. One of the blood test appointments I ended up waiting for 45 minutes as no one had expected me. After this no update but when I chased everything happened very quickly. The team were nice and nurses were nice but overall just felt like there was not enough care. The injections I wasn’t shown how to do just to get on with it and on the last meet before scheduling my egg collection the doctor actually ran out to give me an injection she’d forgotten to mention or give during the appointment. The procedure itself was fine, I was very nervous but the staff kept me calm. A taxi was offered initially but a friend picked me up. Afterwards I had a brief call to check I was okay but that was it. They also sent me flowers as a general thank you. No further doctors appointments and no aftercare from my initial recruiter. I remember that they told me I could get a free appointment with the clinic if I wanted but no info on that either since. If you are looking to give eggs I would advise to go to a different egg bank once that matches you potentially. If I’d had a better experience I may have gone back. Be prepared to go more than 7 or 8 times to the clinics if you do go with them!

I have recently taken part in the “Freeze and Share” process at the London Egg Clinic. From the very first message I sent enquiring about it through to the egg retrieval was all managed very well and all the staff have been lovely to deal with (especially Jess @ London Bridge). The care has been great and I have felt well informed throughout. The treatment process can feel quite intimidating and full on but it’s all manageable and I’m glad I did it. The freeze and share programme is amazing making it an affordable option to many to freeze their eggs whilst helping other people become parents too.

These folks changed my life. From the initial connection I was treated with non-judgmental kindness and compassion. 14 months after we were first connected I am now holding my daughter. I cannot thank Sonal, Laura, Anna and the team enough.

The whole team, from administration to the nurses and doctors, are superb. They are so kind and patient, and of course experts in what they do, which is abundantly apparent. I would encourage anyone looking to freeze their eggs to use London Egg Bank. A special shout out to the Freeze and Share program, which is a beautiful opportunity for those who may wish to donate as a part of their fertility journey.

From start to finish the staff here have been extremely attentive and helpful. They make you feel very comfortable during a very vulnerable process, I don't think it could have gone any smoother than it did. You are kept well informed throughout via scans, emails and calls, and they really do make themselves available for you to ask any questions so you know you're in good hands. This was my first time donating, and I'd happily do it again.

I witnessed the struggle of my friends going through to have their own child for years. Apart from the mental support, I wanted to do more. After having my beautiful son, I decided not to have anymore babies myself, but I've read about the egg donation process and this is how I ended up at the London Egg Bank. :) Wonderful and supportive people all around, answering every question you have basically anytime, taking care of you and checking you on a regular basis. Counselling is also available and the compensation for your time and expenses is decent. I hope I was able to help a new family's dream becoming a reality. :)

Exceptional service from the whole team at the London Egg Bank from point of enquiry all the way through to follow up care. This was my first experience of donating and I couldn't have asked for a smoother process. I felt cared for, valued and nurtured by all of the staff that I was in contact with. I would like to thank the Egg Bank for their ongoing work and for their professionalism and support throughout. I had not intended to undertake more than one donation but having received such brilliant care has inspired me to donate again. Thank you.

I started egg donating last year after knowing how many of my friends and friends friends needed IVF. Women's health and future parenting opportunities so important to me that I wanted to help out. London Egg Bank was so helpful in each step. They explained everything to me and made the process easy to understand. The procedure is straightforward and with the support of my husband and family have now donated 3 times. The consultation afterwards is so warming to hear how many eggs are frozen and knowing in a year or so how these went is exciting. Thank you London egg bank for allowing me to be a part of the egg donating family

I have just finished the process of donating my eggs with London Egg Bank .(first time donation). I was well supported and guided throughout the whole process, and ALL of the staff were professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. All clinics were really clean and they made the whole process easy and smooth from start to finish. I would not hesitate to donate again with them again.

Making a donation with LEB has been a pleasure. They are super supportive through the process and give you all the information you need to feel confident throughout. Emma Court was my recruiter and she’s been awesome :)

We used the egg bank last year to purchase eggs for our egg donor IVF process, for which we were having treatment at the London Women's Clinic in Darlington. The outcome of which was our daughter born recently after our first round of treatment. The staff at the egg bank are helpful, professional and compassionate. You are able to register and access details of donors for no initial cost, with payment only due when you choose and purchase eggs. This is a very emotive process there are a lot of questions about the process and individual donors and the staff take a lot of time to answer them and give you as much information as possible, within the confines of the egg donation process. The staff also supported me in accessing a range of counselling options to help me with my thinking and decision making process. The choice, easy access and speed at which your chosen eggs can be made available also means the process can generally be as quick or slow as you need. Overall I would highly recommend the London Egg Bank for anyone considering using an egg dknit as part of their conception process.

I’ve had a really positive experience taking part in the egg donation programme. The engagement officers, nurses and everyone I came into contact with have been super friendly and warm and I felt like I was given lots of opportunities to ask question and get support throughout the whole process.

I have been through a few donation cycles with LEB. Each and every time, it only seems to get better. The staffs are very attentive and caring. They have made the whole process comfortable and it was always very lovely meeting them during my scans as well as the egg collection. What they do is so important and I am honoured that I get to be a part of making someone's dream come true. I highly recommend for those who are considering donating to go through LEB. You can be rest assured that you will be taken care of and the journey will truly be a fulfilling and happy one.

We cannot speak highly enough of our experience with the London Egg Bank. From the very outset of our journey towards parenthood, they were nothing short of amazing. Our journey began with genetic tests, and from there, the team guided us through every step seamlessly. They facilitated the egg purchase process, embryo creation, and provided invaluable support as we navigated the complexities of finding a surrogate and embryo transfer. Throughout the entire process the whole team was great and one individual stood out: Andrea Blanco. Her dedication and compassion were evident in every interaction we had with her. During some of our most challenging moments, Andrea was there for us, offering guidance, reassurance, and a listening ear. Now, as we find ourselves 30 weeks into a pregnancy made possible by the London Egg Bank's expertise and support, we are filled with gratitude. The journey hasn't been easy, but knowing we had such a dedicated team by our side made all the difference. While it's true that the services provided by the London Egg Bank come with a price tag, we firmly believe that you get what you pay for. The level of excellence demonstrated by this company is unmatched, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking assistance with fertility treatments.

London Egg Bank and the London Women's Clinic were simply superb helping us to have our son after a decade of infertility and babyloss. The staff were all so warm and supportive at both in the emotional process of picking an egg donor. We cannot recommend them enough.

Today I completed my third cycle of egg donation. My co-ordinator Seema has been amazing from the very beginning, at times when she has been on leave other co-ordinators including Dominika have been super helpful too. I have done all my donations at the LWC Cardiff Clinic, the staff there have all been so friendly yet professional. The fertility counsellor Tracey was lovely too. My only grievance is that I have never met the doctor who has done my treatment plan in person, which I find slightly odd.

The team involved with my treatment were professional, caring, genuinely interested in our welfare and gave us valuable information to make an informed decision.

Highly Recommend. Recently donated my eggs and the experience was lovely from start to finish, hopefully I will be able to donate again in the future. Everyone at both clinics, London Egg Bank & LWC Cardiff were so friendly and caring throughout the whole experience! Especially Dominika!! Thank You.

Donating your eggs may seem like a daunting scenario, but frankly it was pretty easy. If you are located closely to the clinics, it’s just about having the time to attend the appointments, which I managed to fit in before/after work or at lunch times. Get comfortable with having internal ultrasounds, they cause no discomfort or pain. They take your blood to test and then the op itself is quick and under sedation. Post op I just felt bloated, no ot All the staff are lovely at London Egg Bank, super friendly, welcoming and chatty. They will tell you as much or as little as you want to know and keep you informed along the journey. I have donated my eggs twice now, and it has not had any negative impact on my life or health, I am happy to have done this to aid others in need.

I cannot recommend the London Egg bank highly enough! I stumbled upon an advertisement and submitted and enquiry and every single person I spoke to was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. I was assured throughout the process and was always provided with accurate and up to date information on the whole process. It was a really great experience, and made the ability to donate my eggs a very easy decision. I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Thank you to all the team at LEB and LWC who helped us achieve our dream of parenthood. My husband and I had difficulty conceiving naturally. We had 3 egg collections and 5 embryo transfers done at another clinic which were all unsuccessful. I felt so devastated thinking I would never have children. We then considered using donor eggs. When I contacted The London Egg Bank they were incredibly kind and helpful. We viewed the Donor details online and chose a Donor with similar characteristics and interests. We have two beautiful daughters born 20 months apart, thanks to the expertise of the team at LEB/LWC and the kindness of the donor. We feel blessed having our two little Angels thanks to you.

My partner and I have had a wonderful experience of the London Egg bank. Our initial consultation was with Priti Jain who was so kind and thorough with our results and she was very positive and professional and we feel very well cared for. Nicola Merritt is our Egg donation and matching officer and has been super helpful and friendly and has made everything extremely clear and easy for us. We have switched to London Egg Bank from a previous company where we had not been quite so impressed. We would recommend anyone to London Egg Bank.

I have just completed my egg donation journey with London egg bank. The staff were all really friendly and helpful really kept an eye on me throughout and answered all my questions. The stimulation process was pretty easy I didn’t have any issues with that however the procedure and recovery is a lot. All for such a worthwhile cause which kept me going the whole time. I was really amazed with how many eggs they managed to retrieve

Thank you so much to the Egg Bank for all your help and support during our process with you. You have been there every step of the way for us and have quickly answered all the questions and queries we have had. You have made what could be a very daunting process, manageable and explained each step so we understand exactly what was needed. Thank you. We have been able to purchase our donor eggs thanks to your support.

I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional care and support I received at the London Egg Bank during the egg freezing process. The staff made me feel welcomed and supported at all times, and responded to my queries very quickly by email or phone.
