That's a pretty cool place in London for sunbating and make a splash refreezing during the hot wave. There is a tinny little nude area. Nice but too small for all the guests. You need to be there on time if you want to have a chance to have a personal space to lay down there. It's free to access. But you can pay a 2 pound ticket to keep this area real and clean. So come on guys two pounds per person is really cheaper. Make a donate. I'm just disappointed about the tinny nude sunbating area. It's mandatory to be in swimwear. It is sad because the place is pretty cool. Make a splash without clothes it will be so much fun.

Still one of my favourite places in London. I’ve been swimming there for years, and I will do it while I can. It’s great to be part of the swimming community of the ponds.

A soulful and brilliant place to swim. Better when colder and quieter.

Free for men over 65's up to mid-morning. See online. Paying entrance otherwise. Men only. There is a Ladies only Pond further up Millfield Lane.

Website clearly says no charge after 5 September & they were charging £4.50 PER SWIM today (10th Sept), they don’t allow you to sit or hang around area so if you can’t swim anymore you need to leave and pay to re-enter. The guy taking payments was so rude and dismissive, the lifeguards no better and it wasn’t even busy. It’s a heatwave, most of us have no other option but to use these spaces to catch a break from the heat. I don’t understand the hostility and the need to squeeze every cent out of people especially when people are struggling at the moment. Would rather spend my time and money elsewhere

This is one of Londons best kept secrets. Changing areas are basic but that's part of its charm. Great for cold water swimming in the winter months and is always lovely in the summer

1st time swimmer. Wow, what an experience. Crew and others talked me through and kept an eye on me. Beautiful morning, 8 degree water temp but experience was warming. Simply fantastic, cheers guys.

Become inaccessible with booking system, what's the point if only some people get to use it

Nice swimming area but, unlike in the mixed pond, no “beach” area

Very refreshing and reviving clean pond from which you gain a full energy for the day ahead. Unfortunately, it now has become a business so arrive there before 11 am or after 17 pm for a free access otherwise prebook a space and and pay in the midday.

My mate nearly drowned and the lifeguards were spectacular. Pond could do with some heating though.
