I wouldn't advise booking this property. I had to cancel due to Covid issues - having tired to contact the owners countless amounts of times they ignored each call. As I paid upfront im sure it was in their interest to not respond. Poor customer service.

I never got my deposit back and I am so annoyed still to this day. I had a lot of hassle with this lady who owns these apartments trying to get this back. She told me she was in hospital which I completely understood wished her well and hoped everything was okay and this was fine but it got to over a month and she kept telling me she'd give me my deposit back on that day and it never happened as well as being out of hospital too. Also ignoring all of my emails and calls and texts which I sent . I eventually got my money back from booking.com but the standard of service from elegant apartments was very poor.

Didn't actually get a chance to stay here. Card wouldn't accept the transaction which has never happened to me before, but when i called the property to suggest an alternative they told me "they can't accept cash payments as no cash is to be in the building" ??? They take a 300 pound CASH deposit, so not sure how much i believe this. Man i spoke to was rude and unhelpful. Would not suggest booking unless certain. There are plenty of other places in the area.

Está muy bien apartamento cerca todo tren a 3 calles autobua a un paso de la casa tele piza enfrente cafetería bajo edificio super al lado combinación muy buena para todo único problema es llevar un enchufe inglés para cargar teléfono de lo demás perfecto cuando llegamos nos estaban esperando os lo recomiendo

Bad experience

-No Microwave -No TV -lack of mirrors apart from in bathrooms Not a good experience. Parent must there for permission if anyone is under age.
