My room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view into the garden. The owner, Julian, could not be more lovely or helpful, both regarding my booking and helping me with directions and transport. The breakfast was really lovely, and I really appreciated the care that had obviously been taken. Will definitely return when Iโ€™m next in the area!

A wonderful B&B with an excellent host Julian and his team. I've in all the rooms during my visit and each one is wonderfully designed with lovely original features. Breakfast is great too. A perfect location near St Katherines dock and Brick lane, it's perfect for exploring London. Excellent place, I'll be back

We had a lovely stay at the cable st inn. This is an old east end victorian pub that has been lovingly converted to bed and breakfast. Tastefully refurbished and decorated the room was so nice - large and comfortable and pretty peaceful seeing as it is in the heart of the East end. Julian was so friendly and welcoming, we could not have asked for more - we told him we will be back next year because we loved it so much, and we will!!!! Give it a try you will not be disapointed. Sean and Val.

Absolutely charming place, we loved our stay here. An 18th century pub turned B&B, beautifully decorated with wonderful attention to detail and such a nice atmosphere. We had a glorious view over St George's in the East from the balcony window. So much nicer than some souless hotel. Very lovely host in Julian. We'll be staying again!

A beautiful B&B in a normal London neighbourhood. Host was friendly and kind, and I felt very much at home and slept SO well. Will be back.

We've stayed two times in this fabulous bed & breakfast and will hopefully return soon. Julian was very welcoming and helpful during the booking and stay. This former pub has been converted into a highly exceptional, romantic guesthouse. Beautifully furnished and decorated room as well as common area / breakfast room. Perfectly located in the East End, at walking distance from Tower Bridge, The City and Wapping area with its interesting history and beautiful walking and cycling routes, e.g. alongside the river Thames. Wapping is also home of one of London's oldest riverside pubs, The Prospect of Whitby. An absolute must-see! Both DLR and Overground train stations are around the corner and the bus to Central London (St. Paul's) stops in front of the door. There are also rental bikes just steps away. Our room (#1) was very idyllic, with a lovely, comfy bed and an ensuite with a bath and a separate shower. The eye for detail is exceptional. This room is located at the back of the building, with a view over the adjacent park and beautiful mural in memory of the Battle of Cable Street. The park closes at night, so there is barely any noise coming from outside during the nightly hours. This is my favorite B&B ever and I would highly recommend staying here!

Sorry Julian, took us this long to give a review but we didn't have a Google account back then ๐Ÿ˜. We stayed in summer of 2017 for three nights where we experienced cleanest, freshest and most comfortable bed in the Queen's land๐Ÿ˜Š. You were very helpful with everything we needed from cabs to good market. Great to stay at a quite little location in a big city like London. We would also like to thank our pleasant stay to the lady that prepared our bed in room 1 and will stay again on our next vacation. Rooftop garden is very neat too for an evening tea, beer or wine.

Another fab stay here. We wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting London. Julian is a wonderful host and this little Oasis in the city is like home from home.

Gorgeous B&B full of character. Fantastic owner. Location was perfect for getting in and out of main London easily without paying main street prices. Beautiful terrace!

The location is convenient to the metro and a bus stop is right outside. The inn is beautifully decorated in period and the rooms are fabulous with a comfortable bed. The breakfast is great and Julian is a very welcoming host. We would certainly stay again.

Julian will receive you with courtesy and a big smile. The place is from the 1700 with all the charming aspects. I stayed in the suit at the top floor close to a lovely terrace, with a great view of the โ€œBattle of Cable Streetโ€ painting. Good Wi-Fi, clean and comfortable room. Simple, but very decent breakfast in the morning. The building is close to Tobacco Docks and the area around worth exploring.

Such a beautiful place to stay. Fantastic hospitality, super comfy and beautiful rooms. Great Brekky and lounge. Just up the street from the metro and right out the front is a bus station. Would love to stay here again!
