The osteopathy department at this centre is just great, I can't recommend them enough. I've been working with Rohit for a few weeks now to get rid of my chronic back pain and improve my terrible posture, and I'm so impressed with the progress. I'm now absolutely pain free, something I didn't believe would happen any time soon, or ever. Even he was impressed with the progress, and the only thing I did was follow some of the exercises he gave me, the rest was all achieved in the clinic. I wish more people knew about osteopathy, it can honestly be life changing.

Charlene Wilson is an amazing hygienist who I highly recommend at BUPA Canary Wharf. She is kind, gentle, knowledgeable and did an amazing job on making my teeth feel delightful after I had left it too long between visits 😬. Terrible and frustrating experience with Bupa insurance. I really don't recommend this company. My husband did the insurance with his company and the first time we tried to use the call center advised us to install babylon app to have a refer letter and gave us one code to use. And of course the core didn't work. We called the babylon service customer and they told us we didn't need use the code. I was with a terrible pay and finally when I managed install the app and do all the settings (it s lot) the babylon send a bill. I tried to add the code again. I am suffering for 2 days and can't have support from this company. I m fell so frustrated because my husband payed a lot for this insurance and in exchange we have the worse service with give us nothing. None help none support. Im the meanwhile we had an appointment by call from them but didn't help at all because the final answer was go to babylon to have a refer letter. Maybe if you were dying or need a surgery you can be well succeed. But definitely if you are just in a terrible pay before any diagnosis you will have a big big problem.

I was referred to Rohit for osteopathy treatment of a lower back sports injury. I am a seasoned runner who has been struggling with niggles injuries from time to time. I saw a huge improvement from treatment with Rohit even after the first couple of sessions. He listened to my feedback and constantly made little adjustments to the treatment which I found hugely beneficial. Above all he is a positive and great individual, aside from a great osteopath. Can’t recommend him more!

Highly recommend Dr Kent at Bupa Dental practice. This is the best experience I’ve ever had in a dental practice. Dr Kent made me feel at ease as soon as I went for my consultation. When I first walked in there I was nervous about my treatment that I needed to have, but when I had my check up he made me feel comfortable. The work he carried out was amazing and I’m so grateful for the attention to detail. I’ve recommended my family and friends to him also.

Impossible to get through to the musculoskeletal clinic. After navigating the terrible phone system options (that put you through to health assessment bookings if you choose MSK) I was eventually sent through to the main BUPA call centre because no one was answering. The call centre couldn’t book my appointment so I was redirected to a receptionist who also couldn’t book my appointment. She gave me a number to call and that led me to the same call centre. The call centre tried the MSK clinic again and I was told that they were too busy to answer the phone. After spending over an hour on the phone (each time I called I held for about 10-15 mins), the receptionist for the dental centre kindly made an appointment for me. Absolutely painful and unacceptable level of service. Judging from the comments below, this seems to be a recurring theme.

****Please avoid this practice**** I had a dental implant with Bupa Canary Wharf in 2019. While the surgery with the implantologist Ashley Watson went very well, the crown fitting with Anil Kent was horrible: - First crown fitted didn’t match my teeth tint, and the shape wasn’t correct. Dr Anil asked me to go in person to the lab for better fitting (the lab is NW London or about 1 hour from Bupa Canary Wharf). - Second crown was slightly better but still didn’t match my teeth tint and there was a huge gap between the crown implant and the adjacent tooth. - The practice then closed for 6 months due to pandemic and I had to wait until they reopened for follow-up. When I did, Dr Anil refused to discuss the implant and rather charged me for the appointment as a regular check-up. - 2 years later, I am still struggling with my implant due to food getting stuck between teeth as the crown implant doesn’t have a correct shape and the tint is also incorrect. This practice, especially Anil Kent, is to avoid. They also charge the highest prices in London similarly to Harley Street. One would be better off paying the same money for better value in one of the Harley Street experienced clinics.

I made an appointment to do an earwax micro-suction procedure, but after a quick examination my ears were found to be clear (I used earwax softener drops at home prior to the appointment). Since cleaning was not needed, I was not charged. I was so surprised because I DID book a slot and took up some time that could have been used to perform the procedure on someone who needed it, but the nurse said that it would be wrong to charge me for a procedure that I did not need. It is great to know that there are people and organisations one can trust 🌹💞

Best dentist experience ever!! For someone like me who always feel nervous entering dental clinic, Dr. Naazi Marouf is absolutely gem of this place. She is professional, friendly and communicative. she is also very patient and helpful explaining the terminology and my conditions as well as giving further advice in an easy understood way since I’m non native English speaker! The way she always double check on me with soothing voice to see if I’m okay even just through x-ray procedure, has definitely calmed me down and secured my mind. It’s the first experience I had with Bupa dental care even I’m not on Bupa dental insurance but I would definitely consider them first for their professionalism and enthusiasm!! Also the lovely receptionist lady Elisa helped me a lot in terms of appointment booking and statements. She is very thoughtful and professional to help me schedule the further treatment plan and my insurance claim. Many thanks to every amazing person I meet today in the clinic! My toothache has surely reduced a lot (not entirely physically but spiritually) after today :)

I’m would highly recommend the dentist Dr Mitesh Patel here. I’ve been seeing him over 10 years and he has been amazing from day 1. He is an excellent dentist, professional, polite and kind. I’ve referred many work colleagues and friends to him as he’s so good! Matt is an amazing hygienist here also, the best hygienist I’ve ever seen and I would highly recommend him too. They are so good I love going to the dentist 😊

The worst dental experience I’ve had. The dentist Dr. Anil didn’t clarify the cost of the treatment before carrying it out, so I ended up paying an extra £200 for something that should be covered by my insurance. The treatment plan given is also SO OVERPRICED that is almost three times the price shown on their website. The incompetent manager Ms. Kabir had no skills or intention to respond to my complaint. AVOID!

Really poor and unprofessional from Dr Myrum Meltzer, who apparently "misread" the calendar and impacted multiple customers booked in the morning. 1 star for the receptionist who was trying to help, but people wasted time and money (commute) to visit only to be told they will try to reschedule is not good enough.

This is a review specifically about Ellie on the Centre’s reception desk. There was a problem with my referral from one of the consultants at this centre - the receiving hospital refused to accept the referral for bureaucratic reasons. Ellie did an amazing job of making sure the referral issue was resolved. She worked with me, the consultant and the referring hospital to make sure the problem was resolved. Thank you Ellie!

I’m so happy that Dr Anil treated my infected tooth! He helped me when I needed and he was really kind and gentle using the correct tools with his nurse, it looked like a team work! The atmosphere was relaxing and he was explaining me step by step of what he was doing! As a private dental practice isn’t that expensive too considering I don’t have insurance. I will definitely come back to see him :)

I've been seeing Dr. Anil for several years now, and I can truly say he's an exceptional dentist. He has seamlessly repaired so many of my damaged teeth and fillings, and you wouldn't know he's done such extensive work on my teeth if you were to look at them, as his finish is just incredible. It's not easy for me to travel to Canary Wharf, but I will continue to do it just to be seen by him for my dental needs. He is an absolutely incredible dentist.

Ms Jwan Alavi was the most helpful and gentle. I had staining from using medical mouthwash incorrectly and she removed everything. She’s an Angel!

Anil is an amazing dentist. Started with a thorough check of all my teeth and repaired what was needed, and then completed my Invisalign treatment based on my requirements. Super happy with my new teeth and will continue using Anil going forward. Have recommended Anil and Bupa Crossrail to friends and family.

Charlene Wilson, hygienist does a brilliant job cleaning and leaving teeth smooth and shiny. Normally, I would dread having my teeth cleaned, as this has been a painful, unpleasent experience in the past. This was my second appointment with Charlene and I will definately be seeing her again in the future. I would highly recommend her for a painfree dental experience.

Highly recommend Hussam Lashin for physiotherapy. They found the root of my cause of my lower back pain and explained everything causing me pain, and how the recovery programme will help. I received amazing customer service and faultless medical care for an issue which was misdiagnosed and wrongly treated on the NHS.

Stay away. Inexperienced dentists and incompetent practice managers. On top of all that, they won't offer 30min hygienist appointments as other practices do, so you end up paying £120 where you can have the exact same procedure for half the price in other BUPA practices. Worst of all is they could not care less when you give them feedback.

I can’t tell you the intricacies that Rohit goes through each time I have a correction! From shoulder pains to back adjustments to even being able to lessen the pressure from my breathing problems honestly can’t rate the service higher, if I could I would and would definitely recommend for any alignment issues 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
