TLDR; Good burgers and open til late (for the Wharf anyway) but drinks can be a bit pricey One of the few food places in the wharf to open until 11pm. Burgers and fries here are consistently good and satisfying. Soft drinks here can be very pricey at nearly 3 quid a pop so had to knock a star off.

Good quality food in a great location. Would recommend. We had the bacon and cheese burger special with fries and a milkshake. To be fair, the food is quite expensive but everything is fresh and the portion size is just right. Always recommend the milkshakes. Very thick and tasty! The place itself is clean and airy and with a relaxed atmosphere. It’s also well located, being less than 5 mins walk from Canary Wharf station.

Good chicken burgers, a little on the small side. The crinkle fries are great. The double shack burger (beef) is a good shout, these patties are smashed and the crispy edges taste great - patties are seasoned well, to the point if you try the beef itself you enjoy it without sauce. The custard shakes are okay, lemon meringue was too sweet but the classic black and white is good.

I'm a big fan of shake shack in the USA. Whilst this is a decent burger - it doesn't quite compare with what you get overseas. This is fine for a quick bite if you're feeling like having a decent burger, fries and shake.

An entirely adequate burger experience. The burger is pretty tasty. The chips/fries are alright, really salty though. The cheese fries are even more salty and that cheese sauce doesn’t smack of high-quality ingredients. Decent value overall. Friendly enough staff. The venue doesn’t have much character. Overall, an easy lunch option in Canary Wharf.

Brilliant burgers and loaded fries! Spacious and located just off Canary wharf station making it a perfect place for a sit in and quick bite when on the go. Shout out to Zuber who helped place our orders and catered us on our booth !

Sadly, it’s gone downhill. I remember when Shake Shack opened in Canary Wharf. It was so good and such a great experience. Ok hadn’t been since 2020, and oh what a disappointment! First of all you have to order on a tablet, which is annoying because you HAVE to put in your email and mobile number. When you know what you want and it’s a simple order, why do they make you go through the hassle of all that? At least in McDonalds the interface to order yourself is fast and easy, this was certainly not that. In the end we had to order at the till because it didn’t work on the tablet. Then we got our food, and it’s not what I remember it to be. They must’ve changed the recipe for the cheese 🧀 because it was awful…more like a bechamel floury sauce. I get it that the price of ingredients has gone up but they cheapened it too much. The burger was just OK. The tomato 🍅 was nearly frozen and that’s all I could taste (cold and watery). The patty itself was dry. Overall a huge disappointment and I will certainly not be going back, especially when you have so many other better options out there like Patty & Bun and 5 Guys. Even McDs is better because of the value

Great place to grab a quick burger for lunch or to have a burger and milkshake for dinner. I always get the Shackmeister. It’s not the best burgers you’ll ever have but Shake Shack has always been consistently good for a quick, decent burger. Never had issues with the Canary Wharf store in particular over the few times I dined here.

Can’t get to NYC this year, but was able to get my Shake Shack fix while visiting London. The Canary Wharf location was very clean and had lots of space to eat. Great outdoor area. The burger is by far the best I have had since C-19 started. The mouthfeel of the burger and meat patty can’t be matched

Always came here for the cheesy fries, but this time was a disaster! I was so upset and disappointed, the cheese sauce taste was horrible, I’m not sure if they changed the recipe, but I has nothing to do with cheese anymore. The rest of the food was alright.

Order took a while to make but the freshness made up for it. Busy location also, so be mindful of time. Ordered the limited edition gouhujang fries and the chick’n shack. Chicken sandwich was 10/10, did not disappoint and the fries were alright the sauce just got a little too sweet and overpowering at the end.

The place is a mess but in a good way. This chaotic atmosphere has its soul and goes well with late-night London. The fries were ok, and the burger was nice but the chicken bits. Oh my goodness. Those are delicious! Can't get over them. The first occasion I'll get I'll come back for a double portion of them. Don't take any dipping. The breading tastes like heaven 😇

A so-so Chicken Shack fried chicken burger. Left a lot to be desired for the price. Breast meat was dry and not very flavorful. Definitely required a nice slather of ketchup. Atmosphere was chill on a Sunday afternoon so I’ll give them that.

Popped in here for lunch and the burgers and shakes were really good. Prices are slightly high but expected that being London and Canary Wharf. I would recommend and will return when next in the area craving a quick tasty burger!

Food was good but what was better is the service by Mr. Zuber. He was welcoming and friendly. Ambience is decent and good for summers

Shake Shack truly impressed me with the quality of their beef burger. I ordered it through Deliveroo to my hotel, and it was a delightful experience. The burger itself was delicious, and the fries were excellent too. While it may be a bit pricey, it's definitely worth the cost. My brother also thoroughly enjoyed his shake. The biggest takeaway for me was the anticipation of Shake Shack expanding, as I'd love to have their burgers closer to home and avoid the need to travel all the way to London for this culinary delight.

Same authentic delicious burger that I got in New York City. Friendly staff. Very willing to help. Atmosphere is a bit dead on a Sunday afternoon.

We popped in fir a couple burgers after playing ping pong nearby. Place is nice and clean, service is friendly and helpful. Food was ok. I didnt like my burger bun, but the isle of fudge whipped custard dessert was really good.

First time to dine at Shake Shack! The food was top notch! Zuber who had bought food to our table, his customer service was full of professional. Always smiling and made us very welcoming! Recommended to eat here!

Lovely ambiance and Zuber was an amazing waiter. Truly , a kind hearted person. The outdoor seating was beautiful as you could see the greenery against the modern tall buildings. Zuber told us the chicken was halal so I got the chicken shack. It was okay, needed more flavour and sauce. It’s an experience overall but I would say it’s quite overpriced

Today was my first time at Shake Shack - so far I only heard about it since the chain hasn‘t reached Germany yet. I had a couple of hours before my flight back home and quickly wanted to grab a bite at famous Shake Shack. What should I say… that was perfect burger experience. :) Location: The location is in the center of the middle of Canary Wharf’s core, surrounded by the typical towers, but also with some cozy, park-like green venue in front of it. So the first impression from outside was quite nice. The interior is not super special, but warm wooden walls, huge windows and simple, modern seatings. So far, so nice. When getting in the first surprise showed in front of me: Zuber from the team warmly greated me and was exactly the support I needed as a first time customer. He gave me some sleek burger tips and brought me to a table with proper view. Definitely didn’t expect that level of service and kindness. Almost like a host welcoming me in his home. :) The food franchise industry tends to ignore how important a good host is for the experience. Great to see positive exceptions. Might not be the standard for shake shack, but the Canary Wharf one definitely has it. The food: Boom. Exactly what I want from a cheese burger and fries. Great balance of salt and sourness, almost caramelish bun, super fresh salad, mild cheese and juicy patty. Size-Witze perfect lunch for me. The ripped fries (forgot the proper wording) were also surprisingly good. Next surprise was the ice tea. It said „freshly brewed“ on the menu - which usually triggers a „oh come on, what a BS“ in my head. ;) Turned out it was no Lipton or similar, but actual fresh black tea, without sweeteners that I‘m used to. Noice. So, full 5 stars for a quick meal that turned out to be a pretty nice restaurant and full blown burger experience. Coming back for sure!

Lovely atmosphere for a work lunch break. Zuber the guy who brings you the food and clears up the tables was such a gem. Food was good. I had the portobello mushroom burger and chips.. way better than Nando’s! :)

Had a great first experience at that branch. One of the staff, Zuber, was especially attentive and made the experience even better. The food was delicious, will definitely be back again to try different dishes.
