This shop is adorable. We bought a specialty tea a few days ago and they had teas to try. I tried the English Rose and couldn't stop thinking about it. So I went back today to get some to bring home. They were very helpful and the lady suggested another that I decided to try as well. The lemon ginger biscuits are perfect!

Great tea selection and also some Coffee. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Also there were some nice free tasting of tea and hot chocolate, that was lovely. Store us designed nicely right on the busy street.

I come here regularly, and the staff is always welcoming and helpful. I love their black tea and chocolate-covered coffee beans -they’re out of this world! The hot chocolate is not bad, but it’s not particularly special either.

My partner was overcharged at another Whittard and was told on the phone to go to any Whittard shop in London to get a refund. We arrived there and explained the situation, the shop attendant called someone who completely dismissed our claim and told us to go to the other shop that is 20mins away. They did not offer any help like calling the other shop or just basic human empathy on the situation, while looking genuinely pissed. Definitely avoid this shop that provides a surprisingly poor customer experience.

Such an amazing shop. For tourists this is really special. So much variety of different teas. The chocolate milk is the best!!! And the small marshmallow.

We brought some loose leaf tea home and for souvenirs. They sell instant teas and hot chocolates as well. You also had 3-4 types of instant drinks to taste. Saleswomen we’re super helpful and friendly!

I liked it. This store has been at this location for many years. Not as interesting as it used to be, but times change. The good thing about Whittard's is that they have kept up with the times, are still relevant, and still have products at prices that are competitive with the mass market grocery stores but infinitly more variety and better quality. All of their stores generally have 2 to 4 pots of a tea they are promoting, and you can enjoy a full cup, not just a thimbleful. Each store iften has specials and clearances that are never offered at their discount outlet at the O2. The only negative for me and the reason for 4 stars is that almost all their stores are now indistinguishably the same. Good in some respects but a notch down for those of us that remember the older stores.

A nice little tea shop with samples and a great selection of specialty hot drinks. Such a shame about the rude staff who ruined the experience. I won’t be becoming back to this particular store because of that.

Nice, small, cosy shop in a good location. The staff is very friendly and they keep customer service standards high! Their tea selection is good as well as gift options. As a coffee lover I'd just add bigger coffee selection as it's kinda limited. It's still a nice shop!

Rude male staff name Safak accused me for breaking the seal on the bottle when it was him not looking after the products, not doing his job properly. And told me that I will NEED TO tell him if I want to taste the product. Thanks to him I will never shop in Whittard again. Whittard, you have trained your staff very well

We get our monthly coffee beans for home from Whittard of Chelsea. We found the Guatemala Elephant to be an exceptional and fresh dark roast coffee. Great quality beans in general, I'm certainly recommend it!

Excellent service and a great selection of teas and coffee from around the world. Definitely worth a visit if you are close by especially to try their FREE hot chocolate (Absolutely delicious). They also have a good selection of tea making tools.

Not to be missed if you love tea. Great selection, good prices, kind service. Whenever I go to London, I always shop here. I especially recommend the Imperial Pu-erh loose leaf tea (No. 30.)
