The shops are great but I received a parking ticket for staying parked for 1.5 hours. Apparently they've changed the rules, but no one knew about it. 75 mins is the new parking time, not sure how you're expected to go in different shops in that time.

Really like the shops on offer but like other have already mentioned I received a parking ticket for being in there 1hr 28minutes. Obviously you are not meant to browse in home bargains AND shop at Aldi, thank goodness I didn’t need a new kitchen!!! 75 minutes is a joke for the type of shops in this location!

Great shops with plenty of EV charging points located near Primark run by Pod Point. Not sure how well the parking is managed as spaces were taken up by none EV cars blocking charging points. Some were out of order at the time of visiting.

You will have to spend a lot of free time to look at and choose a product. Excellent store

One of the best and biggest Primarks I've ever visited. It looks great on the outside and it's better on the inside. You just can't beat Primarks quality and prices, they are outstanding. Definitely recommend. Next is next door, excuse the pun, and is oozing class and quality products for home and fashion. Highly recommend.

This shopping retail park has a choice of retailers. Many of these are known for having lower prices or good value products. There's an Aldi supermarket. For clothes you can go to Primark or Next with Next Home and Costa coffee shop inside. There's a bus stop just at the front on the main road. Pedestrians be careful of cars! No queue to drive in or park. Be careful as you have 75mins parking time no matter how many shops you're going to within this particular retail park. If you overstay, you'll get a parking ticket. If you need to go to shops across the road or close by in the area, it's best to drive over and not chance overstaying.

Good range of shops and plenty of parking spaces. However, none of the EV chargers were working.

Great place which houses Aldi Home Bargains, Next, Wren and Primark the former opens at 8.30am Lots of parking, however if on foot the footpaths are not great on one side, even worst for mobility aid users as due uneven surfaces of the pavements. Many pedestrians, often scuttle down the embankment when departing the park to get to the bus stop/ journey home.

Big showroom, with a lot of varieties for every age group. Also a very big parking area. ASDA & Sainsbury's are also very near, Next showroom is adjacent only.

Nice little shopping area, across the road from another shopping centre, making the area as a whole fairly diverse for shopping.

Along here you have Primark (including coffee shop), Next Home, Next (including a Costa Coffee). Across the exit/entry road there is a Wren Kitchens showroom, Aldi and finally Home Bargins. As Charlton has become busier and busier, traffic around this area is particularly slow, so allow lots of time if you are going during peak hours. Personally, as many stores are open until 8pm if not later, I prefer to shop weekday evenings - much more relaxed! Parking is free but it can get busy enough that you need to wait for a space sometimes. Opened around 2017 so relatively new, approx 200 car parking spaces

Easy to park, lots of trolleys and speedy service in Aldi. Most items available.

Don't forget your plastic and soon to be dead real money. A nice size Primark, Next, Home Bargains, as well as other stores awaits. Along with a B&M and others just along the road on the same side. If you're allowed to cross the road on your own you will also find other shops...The newly opened Dunelm, Poundland, Wilko, TK Maxx, and Hobbycraft amongst others. Need food, Aldi, Lidl, Asda, and Sainsburys are all near by. If you really must there's also those famous gold arches, personally I wouldn't bother, worst one I've ever had the misfortune to go in. Don't really do Maccy D's but I have extensively travelled all over the world and that particular branch is a nightmare.

You only get 1.15 mins to shop otherwise you get a parking ticket

  • 5/5 Rofique A. 9 months ago on Google
Good amount of shops, always seems to be quiet even on weekends. Only issue is dealing with traffic for the Blackwall Tunnel.

  • 5/5 Julie C. 10 months ago on Google

Gets super busy, but that's because you have everything you need, from Asda to Next clothes store. Plenty of parking space

SHOPPER BEAWARE - PREDATORY PARKING REGIME This retail park is disgusting, managed by a predatory company called Premier Park, they have intentionally divided the car park into multiple zones, each with different time allowance, designed to catch people out, some of the time limits are only 75mins, very short considering the amount of shops in the park to visit, once overstayed even by a minute they will fine you with £100. AVOID THIS RETAIL PARK THAT WILL FINE YOU £100 FOR PARKING.

Great retail park which I find is never too overcrowded. Located in Charlton Greenwich . Has a large variety of retail shops from Poundland to Next catering for all. From £-££ e.g Primark - Next, Sports Direct - JD, Superdrug - Boots Could do with another restaurant there is a McDs which is further up. 10mins walk there is a very big B&M amd Iceland warehouse. I love going to Brocklebank Retail Park it has everything I need in one place

So many stores conveniently all in one place. There's is a shop for everyone here and I had a hard time figuring out where I wanted to go first as there's so many choices. Could easily spend 3-4 hours here and not be bored at all.

I thought it was 3 hours no RETRIBUTION THEY CHANGED OT TO 75 mins How do you shop in say 3 min shop in that time what do you have to do 3 trips on different days ??? And they want us back in the shops after Pandemic?? Seems NOT Oh if you read these reviews you are loosing custom daily as you will pay the ultimate Shop closures!!!! I shopped at HB then onto Alfi like shoppers do I am disabled so I don't go shopping unless it via car, and I am in the fi Al stages of recovery of surgery, and I got a parking g Ticket !!!! REALLY Its nit like I parked there and left my bloody car (which I could not drive that day!) Why can't the drops do a ticket system where you pay the parking at till if u der a certain time then its free if after then pay !!! I don't mind paying to park as I do not have a blue badge as thydeem me mobile that's a joke!!! So BE CAREFUL !!

This is a large shopping park that hosts a large Primark store, an Aldi, a Home Bargains as well as an array of other stores. There are also 2 other shopping parks within walking distance to here.

Shopping was nice and easy not to many queues but it'll get busiest coming closer to Xmas, should have something for everyone and when I need help the assistants couldn't be more helpful and polite in all a lovely experience with my daughter.

Plenty of free parking but check maximum stay signs. Lovely bright, airy, clean shops with good ranges and stock.

  • 2/5 Abdul R. 1 year ago on Google
My usual shopping centre for grocery and other stuff. Be careful they have a 3 hour parking limit even though the place is divided into 2 parts across a busy road.

  • 5/5 Sarah K. 1 year ago on Google
I still feel like the home section could have more variety, there's definitely not the full extent of what they sell there. However it's a large enough store that you can get most of what you need. Older boys section could be bigger and more obvious. Girls section is huge of course.

👍👍 Beautiful Courtyard and a few shops. You may also just sit and observe the fun ambience of the Place and nurse a drink while doing so. Get out of your comfort zone and explore a little. You may meet and make a new friend/s. Lots to eat and very friendly feeling. Then take a walk by the River Thame...
