Maybe 1.5.... Have been really trying to give this place (there are 2 locations, one in Stratford ) a chance. The food is great (only ate vegetarian) , portions are mostly generous for takeaway/delivery; however, service is disorganized & man on phone quite rude. We’ve waited 2 hours (despite calling to follow up 3 times), and then 1 hour PAST THE DELIVERY time, so please follow up with them about 30min in to make sure they are aware of your order. Difficult to figure out what’s what as some ingredients from description are often missing so ends up tasting/looking quite similar as in the photo (here missing: no spring onions, no cashews, no green peppers, no aubergine, only 2 pieces of pineapple ). As good as the food actually is, I’ll need to find another place. I tried.

Ho fun was a catastrophe and the carrots in noodles were raw. chow mein was nice if carrots were not raw

What has happened to Popo!? I loved the quality and flavour of their food but it seems like they have got a new cook in who must be completely clueless. I couldn’t eat my order this evening because there were giant clumps of raw red curry paste in the Thai Red curry. Otherwise, the curry had been thickened into baby food paste with corn flour!? Proper weird. No prawn in the prawn toast and the pad thai was not a pad thai - it hadn’t even seen a hot pan with oil let alone any tamarind paste or nam pla. It was just anaemia in a Tupperware 😭 reconstituted chicken lumps thrown on top of unseasoned boiled noodles with a few peanuts on top. The only positive was that the fried bread tasted alright and the peanuts were actually toasted. Won’t be ordering here again, thanks for ruining what should have and previously would have been a takeaway treat.

It arrived over an hour late and cold. The crispy rolls were microscopic (thankfully) and soggy. 2 prawns in the main and 2 chicken portions in the rice. Never again - straight in the bin.

The issue with reviews is that people only go out of their way to write one when they are dissatisfied. I am doing the opposite here and showing appreciation for the fact that every order I received has been perfect. Great portions and always delivered hot.

I just ordered Crispy Duck from Popo chinese on uber eats and i usually don’t give a feedback but this time must do it because i ordered 1am and food came so fast and was still so warm like you can feel they cooked it couple of minutes before they send it to me ❤️❤️❤️ Delicious 10 out of 10 I love it ❤️❤️❤️

Vile food, prawn crackers were overcooked and brown, the chow mein was the salvageable thing. Wouldn't order here again unless it was the apocalypse then I would consider.

They forgot 2 items of my order, out of 5. Luckily the restaurant is nearby and could go to collect the missing items. They fixed their mistake in a timely manner and the food was good. I reckon I'll give it another try.

What is this?? Who are these people who think this is good ?? Who thinks this is chinesse Guys please fix this google need to check this as people rely on the reviews 1st this not chinese sorry its like a fake subtitute Better of eating ready meals from supermarket. 2 tastes like someone owend a chicken shop then tried to deversify . If you guys think this is chinese you need to open your eyes and stop licking windows . Thiefs bait and switch sell me chiniese give me rubbish.

I have no idea why this place has so many low reviews as I've been ordering from here for over a year and have never been disappointed. The food is always hot, absolutely delicious and in my experience usually arrives earlier than estimated. It's my go-to Chinese and I don't see that changing any time soon.

Very bad customer service, I paid for my order online, they called me 35 min after saying they cancelled my order. Very bad customer service!

Very tasty food, I don't understand why there are so few good stars, maybe the delivery is bad here, but it depends not on them, but on the delivery.👌
