I would recommend this apartment hotel to anyone. The rooms are clean and modern. The staff is so friendly and will go out of their way to help you with anything. Conveniently located next to the DLR station. You'll find anything you need in the neighbourhood with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Especially recommended for longer stays - the kitchen has everything you need and it's possible to wash your clothes in the hotel. Can't wait to be back!

I moved in from a student accommodation and had all my belongings with me in 9 bags and 3 boxes and Marshall and Sim helped me in moving them, thank you so much. Also they are making sure we’re having the best time here. The whole staff are nice and friendly making the stay very comfortable. thank you all.. will stay here again and definitely will recommend the place to friends and family.

Location was great for getting to and from Greenwich. Getting back into Central London was also easy (lots of public transport options) Room was great. Had everything we needed for a comfortable couple of nights. Loved the little fully equipped kitchenette. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Reception was really busy when we arrived (and housekeeping were struggling to turn rooms around so there were people waiting) however, I'd checked in on line before travelling and our room was ready and waiting (so would definitely recommend acting on the check in email before arriving). Reception staff were brilliant (it was clearly very busy but they were so polite). Megan was extremely helpful and friendly. Reception is staffed 24 hours and doors lock late evening so it felt really safe and secure (for two female guests) . Area is fine, co-op across the road, right next to the DLR and bus stops outside. We walked to and from Greenwich (takes 20-25 minutes. 6-7 minute walk to New Cross railway station too. Would definitely use Staycity again whether Deptford Bridge or other location.

Very spacious rooms, amazing water pressure and amenities. The employees are super nice and welcoming. The room comes with extra bedding sheets and towels, equipments in good condition and the kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware.

We booked an apartment at 8pm for that night (due to our accommodation being cancelled elsewhere) and all was sorted quickly and professionally. Incredible service and nothing was too much trouble! The apartments have only just reopened after refurbishment and were absolutely perfect for our needs (2 adults and young baby). Clean, super comfy bed, plus a small kitchen with everything we needed. We needed to stay somewhere air conditioned with our baby during the heat wave. It was fantastic to be able to have a proper one bedroom apartment with kitchen. We had a bit of a delay checking in and I was expecting things to be a bit cleaner and finishes nicer - but all of the staff were genuinely so friendly and helpful and they found us a different room right away. The staff actually went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly at every point.

We had a very warm welcome from the staff on arrival. We were greeted with a complimentary glass of Prosecco and a speedy check-in as we had a party to attend. The room was very clean and tidy, we had issues with the air conditioning, however this was quickly resolved by Megan. Overall we had a good nights stay and would definitely stay again 😊 Thank you!!!

The staff were so kind and accommodating! They made the stay very enjoyable. We had to start our stay earlier and they were very helping and open to us changing our booking! Transit around the city was easy and there were great food options in the area. Would definitely stay again :)

Superb place to stay, went as a family to tour London. They have car parking facility available. Very hospitable staff. The front desk staff are all exceptionally sweet and cheerful. Always welcoming you with a smile that brightens all our day. Very kindly took all our requests and helped us with directions and stuff. Highly recommended and definitely coming back again. One of the best places to stay. Very reasonably priced and most of all highly trained and professional staff u can get. Special mention : Megan from front desk.

I had a great weekend in London at the Staycity Deptford Bridge hotel. The staff are super welcoming and friendly. We had an initial problem with our reservation as they changed the name, but they resolved it quickly and super efficient. Clean and new rooms. And they even rewarded us with a time allowance at check out for our stay to end brilliantly. Thanks

The stay has been amazing! The convenience of location and the accessibility to our room was top notch. All the staff is wonderful and so helpful! I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I stayed for a week and it was nice to come back "home" after a long day exploring London. The room was very comfortable and clean and had everything I needed. The staff were are all very friendly and helpful. The location was great, right next to the DLR which takes you right into the heart of London in just 15-20 minutes. The neighbourhood was lovely, colourful and vibrant. The coop grocery store next door is very convenient too. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Nice personal attention, little comfortable studio and great train connection. But I have to say, in my case, the studio was not clean. The studio floor and the bathroom had a few dots of dirt and the paper bathroom was already used… so I have to say, when you book a room anywhere, the more important thing is to find it super clean. Receptionist were all super kind and helpful!

The two girls on reception were absolutely fantastic this weekend! Super friendly, nothing was too much effort and they made the stay really pleasant! Everything we asked for was sorted quickly & they even turned a blind eye to me walking through the hotel without any socks and shoes on! Would definitely recommend and stay here again the next time we’re in London!

Checked in to this hotel, last minute, due to close proximity to a gig in the area. The hotel is clean and bright with good amenities for the price and location. The absolute standout of this visit is the man at the desk. Marshall was an absolute star! He was polite and knowledgeable. Any, questions or any small issues we had he was able to resolve straight away with a smile on his face! Super impressed!

Beds are really comfortable. Towels are very nice. Very good distance to all public transportation (DLR, buses).- We stayed for 5 days I think some basic cleaning could done on third day. We also asked for second duvet or two single beds and our request was ignored😪. Overall experience was good.

The staff was very kind and helped us with all our questions. The room setup was new, modern and nothing was damaged. The bed was super comfy and the room also had a small kitchen with everything that we needed. The only thing that was not so good, was that the room was not cleaned during our 7 nights stay. A room cleaning at the middle of the stay would have been great. But afterall it was very nice!

Can not recommend enough! The place was clean, the staff was amazing, the service was professional. Very comfortable beds. Pretty good size apartments. Really good destination to stay in London.
