Been here a couple times and spoke to a very nice and attentive doctor the first few times. If you make an appointment the waiting time is close to none and appointments are also easily booked online. However, the most recent time I went I felt very uncomfortable and was taken aback by the demeanour of the doctor I spoke to. After describing my symptoms I was essentially asked to diagnose myself as well as in a rude tone accused that my “timeline doesn’t add up” (mind me the symptoms had been going on for ages and I was off by a couple days with the description of one of them). I was then told I simply had a cold and charged the entire consultation price. A week later I fractured a rib from coughing so hard and was diagnosed with a whooping cough and sinusitis by a doctor that actually cared to listen. Find it quite tragic that people who don’t care choose this career path. Will not be going back.

Emailed the contact and never received a reply. Was traveling in London and needed to see a doctor but didn't have a phone with U.K number to call with. I know it was the correct email, as I sent a message and received an automated reply back saying we will get back to you shortly, but they never did.

As a foreigner my experience was Impeccable. Professional and so considerate! My appointment was made last minute and they’re availability was great. I also got my results in a record delay (less than 24h). Highly recommend.

Been going here since I moved to London 4 years ago. The doctors are top notch, very knowledgeable and very attentive and caring. It's great to come here if you don't like waiting 2 weeks or more for an appointment to see your NHS GP. I think £75 per consultation is fair as the service is truly outstanding. Most times you can get an appointment on the same day. Very convenient.

Great clinic overall. Nice and clean interior; smiley and helpful staff. I visited for a Wellwoman test and some woman hormone tests. My results were ready very quickly. Doctor called me in a couple of hours and talked me through my blood test. The full report of the Wellwoman test is coming next day. I am so pleased with the service. Highly recommend!

Thought I could go to any GP practice in London and pay out of pocket as a tourist but got turned away from many that were NHS. This practice got me in on the day and the staff, doctors are extremely professional and thorough. Highly recommended.

Very happy with this place. I have done few times my blood test here. I got the results at the end of the day. The price is affordable as doctor's consultation is optional. I always have one done annually right at the beginning of the year and I found your clinic last year. I ended up having my one done just before Christmas and the results came back quite fast. As an expat, I was actually treated so well and professionally. I am so grateful for such staff and clinics that make getting medicals in another country seamless. I wish more people get themselves checked at least once a year.

I would highly reccomend Harley Street Health Centre to anyone. I recently had two blood test there and I received a wonderful service. Everyone was very kind and friendly- from the receptionists to the nurses. the results do come the same day, it is a very responsive, professional clinic. My appointments were both very early in the morning, right before work and the staff from the very first moment I walked into the building were very kind and very awake! I was seen within 5 minutes which was actually great in this day and age. My blood test lady was an absolute gem, barely felt the needle and it was done so gently. I’ve been 3 times to the clinic for blood tests. On these 3 occasions, I was seen quite quickly at about the time of my appointment, and the service was really efficient with results received within a few hours as advertised for my test. I can only recommend, they also have quite competitive prices especially considering the area.

I have been doing my blood tests at Harley Street Health Center for 3 years now and it’s always the best experience! They take care of hygiene so much which is the best thing you expect from a blood test center. The team is so kind, the nurse who did my blood test was so nice and friendly and absolutely pain free, I tend to have anxieties before tests but she made me feel so comfortable and calm! I have received my results same day after a couple of hours, incredible how quickly they assist you. Highly recommend!

I've had two blood tests, both times I didn't have to wait long and the appointment was quick and I received the results same day The first time I had a critically high potassium score, but since learned that pumping my fist is a common cause of this, so I had a retest. It would have been helpful to have been told not to do this, as I did it instinctively. That said, I'll be back for my next blood test.

I've come the last few days for 3 blood tests. The team has been very professional, has not recommended or pushed for any other tests than what I want, and results have come back around 6 hours. It has been very easy to book appointments and they run on time. The office is modern and clean and I would come back for blood tests in the future if needed.

I did a silver profile blood test last Friday morning at 9 o’clock and at 1 pm I had my results by email. Very fast service and the nurse was very professional. Very happy I chose this clinic for my blood test!

My doctor ordered a blood test to check my hCG levels, so I booked myself in at the Private Walk-In Clinic. I got seen yesterday at their Queen Anne Street branch (closer to where I work) & my results were sent to my doctor just after 6hrs. The staff is very friendly & professional. I needed to see someone and got a same day appointment. Doctor was attentive, send me for tests, gave me some med and dealt with my issue very efficiently. This is really close to work so it was all done with minimum time away from my desk. Would go again.

The monument location is closed, though it is still on Google AND their website. The website shows two different locations with two different phone numbers. When called to confirm the location, the reception could not be more apathetic.

Very polite and helpful - booked a same day appointment over the phone and additional test on the spot as soon as I arrived and they managed to accommodate my request and help me have my tests as requested . While away on holiday, I got a bad cough lasting more than 5 days. I found the Private Walk In Clinic, and booked an appointment online for a same-day appointment. On the same day, we got a blood antibody test as we worried I might have whooping cough. Luckily, the results were negative, and it was just a mild cough that was a bit stubborn to go away. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. One of the best clinics I visited in a while.
