AVOID AVOID AVOID. TAKE MY WORD!!! The staff members were nice but when the bouncer asked where we have come from and we said South London his reply was "you've come this far?" We should've taken the hint. We paid £10 entry and as soon as we entered the club there was 3 PEOPLE INSIDE 5 INCLUDING THE 2 BAR STAFF!!!! We IMMEDIATELY left and asked for a refund which we received. There is also no where to park. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! You'll end up having your night ruined.

Nice staff. Even some of them were dancing with customers. It was very sweet to see happy staff. I have been there 2 times in 3 years on Saturday night and I don't see many people there. Maybe because there are more men than ladies, unfortunately. Ladies shoud have free entrance or at least discount, this will definitely bring more peope in. Anyway, the palace could do with better decoration and cleaning.

Friday night at 10pm it was really empty but we enjoyed a lot there the music was awesome and the lights. No complaint if you go early no one is there 😅best time to go after 12 May be. Recommended to group of friends

Music was not upto mark,requested some songs to play but DJ wasn't to accommodating to play the songs.No one was dancing on the floor yet the DJ was playing all rubbish songs of her own choice. All Arabic songs was being played .we spend money on drinks but it was so pathetic songs played .wasted our time . Never will come again here and will never get my friends here .DJ was horrible.

A great pub on Friday nights and Saturday of the late night parties and during the day restaurant to hug out with friends and family with food and drinks

The screens to watch games are too far and one of the screens is not clear it has some sort of stain. Chips we ordered had strange smell of oil and had too much salt. Sparkling water was mixed with something might be because of unclean filtre or something. They changed it on request, service is not too bad but needs a big improvement in hygiene and food standards.

The worst club/bar I've ever been to, the bouncers made us feel uncomfortable before we even got inside, then once inside my friend got kicked out by really aggressive female bouncer even though he wasn't drunk or disorderly, other bouncers all agreed that she was too aggressive, also there were only a few women inside, all of whom I felt were victimised by the men, which was disgustingly only acknowledge by the door staff and accepted, it's not a nice place and we all felt uncomfortable the whole time and the door staff were absolutely disgusting, I'm a duty manager in a bar and if my door staff acted like k clubs did, I would fire them straight away. If anyone wants to feel victimised and get harassed by men, then this is place to go, I could give minus star I would.

Avoid this place. It is not worth the time or money. Indicative example, the Security guard at the gates was himself not sure we should pay £25 entry!!! The place was literally empty but for the employees. Now I resonate with other reviews here that the place is definitely a MUST AVOID. I recommend buying yourselves beer at a pub or take a bus or tube to Piccadilly Circus, London.

This place has an amazing atmosphere, the drinks are some of the best You’ll ever have. absolutely amazing place for hangouts with your friend’s it’s cozy and beautiful. food is full of flavour. I recommend, It's worthy to try something in there for sure. A must visit I say. If your looking for a wonderful experience.

Visited this place on a Saturday night and had to queue for over 30 mins in the pouring rain. There were long periods of time when the queue just wasn't moving at all and I could see no good reason for this as there wasn't that many people outside. Once inside we had to wait a further 15mins just to have our names checked on the guest list. Couldn't really enjoy the rest of the night because we were absolutely soaked.

Worst customer service and that manager is asking bill for every 10 minutes and Serving is also worst Don't visit it again

Is a very small club. Perfect for small parties

This is a rubbish club. I had the worst experience ever. The girls who work at the bar can’t and won’t attend to you purposely and will drop half your drink on the floor or serve you with half foam. Do not go there it’s a waste of time and money. Really cheap and no class. Wouldn’t go here again.

We pay £60 for tickets we seeded on the corner terrible service, makes us sit in the corner while the tables are empty, there is no success without customers I’m not I recommend It’s so how can you treat people like this who have paid a lot of money to come in, fire this service
