Went here twice, it was such a pleasant experience to have my IV, Elisabeth was taking care of me, she is so professional and kind, she would always advise me what i truly need, instead of something pricing. Visited the Burgon St clinic yesterday to use the cryotherapy chamber and I was very impressed with the place. Friendly staff, welcoming and well thought through - not clinical! There's even a space where you can just go in and spend time. Thoroughly recommended.

Dr. Harpal Bains is one of those very rare doctors who combines expert knowledge of medicine with an open mind. She also takes the time to properly listen to her patients before diagnosing. That, in my experience, is an approach that most doctors simply don't adhere to these days. Her staff are friendly and very professional. I went to the Harpal Clinic for help with hormone and adrenal issues and have been delighted by my recovery. I thoroughly recommend Dr. Bains and the clinic.

I have been going to the Harpal Clinic for Vitamin D injections since the beginning of the year and it's been life-changing. All of the symptoms associated with Vitamin D deficiency reduced after my first injection (hair loss, low mood, lack of energy etc). Four doses later, I am no longer deficient and feel significantly better. The cost is reasonable and transparent - you will pay what you see on the website. Paid near £2500 for consultations, vitamin drips and testosterone injections with no improvement in my condition (Long Covid/ CFS) and was told I should be back to near fitness within three months. When I informed the practice of no improvement at five months was told it would be a further £300 to ‘reassess’

Exceptional Service - My son has been attending Harpal Clinic to receive Vitamin D injections after having blood tests done by his GP and it had shown that he was low in Vitamin D. I had notice a great change in my son’s mood. I decided to get a Myers Cocktail vitamin drip and a vitamin D injection. I felt much better after be lethargic for a long time. Upon my second session with added glutathione, I felt so amazing, my skin felt nice and clear and I am so much happier. MENOPAUSE SUPPORT I visited Dr Harpal Bains on Wednesday 15th June 2022 after leaving a private clinic who really messed my system up, leaving me in a terrible state. I did a lot of research, comparing the Harpal clinic with others before booking my appointment, although still slightly nervous after my bad experience elsewhere. I was so pleased with the 70 minute consultation, everything explained, although it's taking me time to get my head round some terminology. I now feel reassured that I am in very good hands, Dr Bains was very approachable, understanding, listened to me, and reassured me. What she explained made sense and I now understand things better and understand my body better and what is actually happening with my hormones. The whole experience from booking the appointment, attending the clinic and my consultation was very professional and I am now looking forward to recovering faster with Dr Bains support. Would high recommend!

The clinicians and staff are all very professional and competent. This is a serious clinic with a clear focus on health and long term impact / longevity. I'm glad I came across Harpal Clinic, because unfortunately I have seen other clinics, especially providing male endocrinology patient care, which seem to be a lot more focused on immediate results and not so much focused on overall health and longevity. Have used Harpal Clinic twice, my second visit was yesterday, my first in March, both for a Vitamin D injection. The clinic is very impressive visually, very stylish. The atmosphere is calm and all the staff really lovely and very knowledgeable. I think their charges are reasonable and l will certainly be booking again for another Vitamin D injection in 3 months time. Not far from St Paul's, it is a haven of tranquility and l am very pleased to have found it.

I approached this clinic after an early menopause last year. I asked what the bio medical HRT monthly costs were and after I was told around 50 pound a month -so went ahead and decided to get a full health check at the same time- which included ‘food sensitivities and thyroid’. The cost of this initial diagnostic was around £800. After waiting approx 2 months for the tests and then another month for the results, and even even longer for the dr assessment - (all while having dreadful hot flushes) , I was surprised to find that there had been no food sensitivity testing included in the blood test and that the ‘gold package and price’ merely consisted of me speaking to a dr about what might be a food sensitivity - obviously useless. After this I got my prescription and was informed that HRT would cost £190 a month. I pointed out that I was told the cost would be £50 a month before I paid the assessment fee and was told this was for oestrogen and progesterone only and because I was being prescribed 4 hormones (as is typical with bio medical HRT) the cost would be more. I was told I could just have the 2 hormones if I preferred - however these are available via the NHS. I then looked online and found a pharmacy who could make and sell me this compound for £65 and asked if I could just get a prescription from the Dr - this I was told would be £80 a month (for a signature). After being told this I quickly found another Dr in Sloane Square, was seen within the week given a prescription for 3 months for 20 pound which I had within 4 days . The initial consultation was less than a third of the price. This Dr was appalled by what I told him about the Harpal clinic.

I ve been going to the Harpal Clinic with my brother for Vitamin D shot. We had 3 doses each so far. I have been always in low mood, lack of energy but since I have been going to the clinic I feel significantly better. Also felt that I dont loose hair as much as I do before taking doses. Clinic is very clean, always calm and very welcoming. Always offered a cup of coffee when I arrived earlier than my appointment. Apart from everything, Elizabeth is amazing. I have been sick for many years and felt I had exhausted all options of getting better. Then I came to Harpal Clinic and she seemed so sure she could help I felt hopeful for the first time in a long time. Due to Covid I have only been able to attend one appointment physically at the clinic but it was modern and clean and spacious. I could not recommend Harpal Clinic more highly.

Just moved to London and finding the right wax technician can be challenging but I have found my go to spot. The welcome was warm and professional. The technician was gentle but efficient and did an excellent job and possibly the most painless bikini wax I have had to date. I cannot recommend them enough. I will definitely be back and look forward to trying out other treatments.

Such a positive experience, from the start I had the upmost support and understanding from all staff. Dr gave me their undivided attention and time, with so much support and empathy over what I am going through.
